Excellent service! Yogi was an amazing and patient customer service rep, found us the best deal and helped us transfer from our previous service which was not easy! So incredibly helpful and kind - we never felt like he was trying to ‘oversell’ us, but gave us strictly what we needed and wanted for the best possible discount! This store was great - would highly recommend!

Abi and associates really took care of me. They helped me understand where I am currently as far as pricing goes with my current subscription, and furthermore helped me save money by opening my eyes to more isn’t always better. This was as a walk in customer only looking for an upgrade.

The experience was terrific. The staff was exemplary. They answered all my questions and even showed me things that will help me in the future. They are service oriented and I highly recommend them.

I had a serious issue with my phone upon walking into Verizon (Merrick Rd,Merrick). After the most AMAZING service provided from Blake, I left shortly later with everything back in order with my phone and in my life. This mans skill for the trade was beyond unrecognizable. He is a true skilled professional and you will see how qualified he is almost immediately. Great place, great service and I will be using them going forward for all my cellular needs 👍

The people at this Verizon store will lie to your face and tell you anything to get you to buy a new phone. Dont believe anything they tell you. My bill is about $40 per month more than what I was promised.....stay away unless you dont like your money!

He’s honest, quick and makes the process not so stressful and overwhelming. The employees here seem to be just as great! Watch out for the shady employees here at Verizon. This is a re seller store acting as an official Verizon dealership. They are not and when you purchase from them, Verizon Corporate office can not help you because you did not purchase from an actual Verizon store.Especially watch out for Manny and Vinny. These 2 will lie and fast talk you into deals, when in reality they say one thing and then do another.They also lie about the phone rebates. I added 2 lines and 6 months later the rebates still have not shown up. They keep the rebates for themselves, and when you follow up with them they will either lose your contract info, or constantly lie about not being in the store with a promise to get back to you.

This is the best Verizon I always go to this Verizon even if Im not buying anything they help me if I go to the one on sunrise highway they act like im not even there for about an hour Everytime but these guy on Merrick Rd are always trying to help they are not a corporate store but run all the same deals the only difference is they dont have customer service they do sales only but from what Ive seen they always help me anyways

After being a customer at ATT for years, I finally had enough of their terrible customer service and crappy billing service. I had called this Verizon location and spoke to Phil, who told me to come into the store and wed pick the best plan for me. Phil was wonderful!! He transferred my number so I wouldnt have to get a new phone number, and then when I had a problem with my phone, he personally took care of it. Buyers Beware! Feeling Scammed in Merrick, went into this store with what I thought was a shattered screen, they sold me a new $600.00 phone, 3 weeks later it got knocked out of my hand and again I thought it cracked because it looked cracked but this time they showed me it was only the screen saver that was cracked, so I went home and checked my old phone and sure enough it was only the screen saver that was cracked, but it was now past the 14 day return policy so Verizon offered to buy it back for $100, Buyers Beware!!! Go to a different store if you must have Verizon!!!

This is by far one of the best verizon stores out there. I came here with an issue and the sales rep Dianand tried to fix my phone instead of just saying you need a new phone. After 15 mins of trying unfortunately the phone was dead. He sold me a new device and even spent time trying to get my data back although the phone was dead. In the end he got back my contacts which was the most important to me. I would definitely recommend this verizon. Dianand is one of the best verizon person i have delt with.
