Was able to get some cool items

I went to get some gifts for my grand daughter birthday. It was very busy! They had limited selection of items that I was looking for, & self check out services. The girls were polite & helpful! Thank heaven! Because it was packed! & the lines to check out was ridiculous! But all in all I got what I needed & left! Good luck & I hope this helps you all!

Met as I walked in, by a very friendly and helpful staff member. Store was very clean and organized. Staff answered all my questions and gave me the help I needed to locate what I was looking for.

Staff is friendly and helpful, and there is plenty to choose from when shopping for self or others. I like that I don’t feel claustrophobic walking through the aisles.

Smelled funky - musty and most of the stuff you could pick up the dollar store. The staff was great and very helpful.

FIVE BELOW....wasnt what I expected. They greeted my friend and I ; and had even more to offer variety of merchandise than Ive seen locally. They were excellent and the offers were fun to notice and look at-!! Ill definitely be back when I have more funds. A+

I just love this store perfect for Christmas stocking stuff and small gifts.

I cant believe Ive never been in this store. It was well organized and they had a plethora of darn near everything. Well worth the visit.

Clean, neat, organized and clutterfree. Staff was courteous. Someone to help with their new scanning system if you werent familiar. They have some of everything in here. Great experience!

How do I start well upon entering the store who was very clean nice product placement matter of fact I came two days back to back Im just going to make it quick first time the lady press the buttons and help me this time the lady told me she couldnt touch no buttons but she barked orders Im not going to say her name but it was in the afternoon the still go there

Store was clean, items were in stock, and some items were very high quality.

The prices were great, the store was really well-organized, and the worker at the entrance, she was really nice however, I did have some trouble with the completely automated self-checkout, as far as using my phone pay which did eventually end up working. I also thought the place could use a few air fresheners. Im not sure why but it had a very damp almost musty smell. but I got a lot of great Treasures for my kids I was hoping that they would have more Halloween items. The selection was not very big.

When did Five and Below get a Five and beyond wall? Not cool... not cool! Not fair to my kids, made their Christmas shopping harder... I do however LOVE all the choices that are five and below. Just wish it could stay true to its name.

Most items are $5 some are cheaper but they have a lot of great things that you can use for gifts

I love this store the variety and I like how they always change things up a bit with there stock choices. Makes it a little more exciting when you go. I would give it 5 stars but dont like that not everything is marked with a price or near it. I always get a little sticker shock when I get to register and something is way more expensive then I anticipated. Great customer service at the register, but then do not get that with some of the employees around the store.

You now check out yourself but the people working there dont say much to you about it. I just started it on my own. I just think there should be more communication.

This location was missing alot of items but I can understand it may be due to Covid. Overall appearance of the store was neat and clean.

Workers were very helpful

The cashiers in 5 and below are always so happy. They greet you as SOON as you enter the store and they thank you for your business when you leave. I like that you can find a lot if the most popular trendy items there for less expensive than most other places. I like the atmosphere and they keep the store as neat and organized as possible. I am glad they can keep their prices low so that people can still get what they like at an affordable price.

An upscale dollar store is all it is really.

Since its summer, it would be nice if there was more a variety of swim stuff, & water play toys. & If they had a decent quantity instead of only 1 or 2 of each. But other than that you cant beat the pricing. Everything is literally $5 or below.

Very organized and clean store. Lots of cool items and with some spiritual items. The book selection and art supply selection is surprising. Sporting goods, toys, phonecases, and retro candies. (Plus more.)

The location was clean and well stocked, but and my experience today with the employee on staff was subpar. It was very busy and she was stocking items in the very front of the store. She didn’t greet us, which was fine, but then the next couple came in directly behind us and she greeted them very warmly. Then I asked her if they carry men’s wallets and she snapped back “We ain’t got those no more.” I thanked her, but it was such a harsh answer I almost apologized for asking. She ended up ringing us up at the register. I was buying incense and let her know there were 12. I counted 12 exactly so I would spend $3 even. She didn’t acknowledge what I said and proceeded to pop open the packet and count all the sticks. She didn’t count them one by one - but as a group. She said “There are thirteen.” I wasn’t about to argue with her since she was acting like she was about to rage quit anyway, so I just apologized for my error. She seriously stopped what she was doing to stare at me like I was trying to steal a .25 cent incense stick.Anyway, I just got home and counted them. I had 12.
