Kind of a dead store but its good for refurbished consoles, gift cards and more. Great experience trading in my old games, bit low on the price but its okay.

Picked up a brand new copy of Nioh 2. Clerk was awesome. My daughter had questions about a game she wanted and when he could not find it at his location he located it at a nearby store and verified they had it. Appreciate the customer service. Will be back.

Good clean store. Lots of games and consoles and STUFF to choose from. We did get a lot of giggles behind our backs after we asked where the PS2 stuff was. . . Yes, we still have an old console. Yes, were old, but I just dont see the point in upgrading that often. We still have an Atari. 😂

As an avid gamer, the only way this place could get less than five stars, would be to have the most worthless customer service in the world.However, this is one of the only game stops Ive visited where the employees seem to know whats going on, as opposed to being the teen-ager looking for a job and just applied anywhere he/she could.

I understand it was probably very busy, went here a few hours later and it had a pretty large line. But i tried to call in to see if they had a game so i wouldnt have to waist my time going over there.Some one picked up and instantly hung up......like, really??

Great game selection and decent service. Most the people here seemed to at least be basic gamers. I have had experiences at other locations where they seemed to have little to 0 knowledge on video games.

Employees are always polite and eager to answer any questions you may have about games to choose. Always hooked me up with good choices.

Kai was the person who helped me on 4-19-18. It was for the release of the god of war game. Kai and the only woman working at the time, cultivated an environment that was conducive to my busy schedule. I was in and out in 15 mins! There were so many people but that didnt stop these two employees from being awesome! They were so speedy, knowledgeable and the woman even made sure I was able to buy that extra controller! Kai was so helpful in answering my questions, he made sure I was protected with the store game warranty for only 3 bucks! Also I had no idea about the hard cover guide that game with controller skins until Kai told me! So glad I got that! They both allotted their time adequately! They made sure to be helpful and friendly but at the same time they were able to keep customers focused, keeping the line moving! Very impressed! There was a third guy although very nice I did not directly interact with him. Ive always been a shop around person but I will definitely only be shopping at this gamestop for my future gaming needs from now on!

This used to be a 5 star location for me because it was close to my house and the staff is always friendly and helpfulToday I have to dim it down to 3 stars.I have no idea what the CSR name was but Im pretty sure she is either from another store and or she is new. She had blonde hair with some pinkish color to it, heavier set gal (no offense).Just from the start I felt challenged, like everything i said was wrong. Firstly i wanted to trade in some pre owned games that i had bought from there for the credit to go towards a pair of Wireless headsets.One of the games (which Ive only took out of the case 1 time and havent played since) came back as a defective disc. Then disc number 2 I was given wrong credit for. The Gamestop app said the trade in would be around 6 dollars and i only recieved 3 dollars for it.. i thought they were suppose to honor the trade in price?Then I had enough points to redeem a 5 dollar gift certificate to go towards my purchase but the only problem is, the service in the area is so bad, my phone couldnt verify the coupon. Which I thought it would be cool seeing how previous times Ive been in the store they have had a tablet to let me login to my Gamestop account to redeem my coupon from there.But instead I get Im sorry but there is absolutely nothing we can do, our systems cant look the coupon up and redeem it, you can ONLY do it on your phoneLike I said... Ive had other CSR let me use a store tablet to redeem my coupons when my phone didnt work.Plus I was lectured about reserving an item after the store closes.. That if I reserve an item after their store closes, then they wont reserve it... which the COMPLETE opposite happened, so thank you to the other CSR whom reserved the item I purchased.My visit today honestly was uncomfortable and I thought maybe it was just me, but even my wife told me she thought the girl who helped us was BitchyIll still come back but Im definitely not forgetting this experience

Even though it was Christmas eve we still recieved alot of help and were in and out quickly!

I stopped going here because I realized I was getting ripped off on trade ins and at the time I was even a special rewards member. For example, I would buy a $60 game and play it for a few weeks. I would go back and sell it back for $19. Or get a game for $30, and sell it to them for $5. Then I would see the used game I sold to them on the shelf for $40-50. I understand they gotta make money somehow, but this seems unscrupulous.

The employees know what they are doing and offer great customer service.

I am starting to get really annoyed with this GameStop... Every time my family or I go into this location everyone always looks pissed off.. They rip you off with trade-ins. My boyfriend went to go turn in his PS3 with all cables and 1 controller and they saw that not even a centimeter of the wire was showing and was trying to charge him a $25 refurbish fee because of it. So instead of him getting $65 for all of it, he would get $40... So he just said screw it and went to Wal-Mart and bought the same cable for $4!!! Went to go try again and they said well, the controller is shaking which was the vibration to the controller when you play a game. Then he said well, the controller is dirty and still charged him the $25!!! Everything was so much better when this guy named Nate worked there!! He is the reason they are even getting 2 stars!!

Personally, Ive never had a problem here. They are always helpful and quick to either answer or find the answer to any question I have. Only thing I will say is they are very crowded and cramped often times, but GameStop has no control over how the building was built.

I always seem disappointed in myself every few years I decide to give this store another chance. They somehow run out of preorders the day something gets announced, even though they have a shelf full of games that were never picked up the day after launch. They then love to immediately point out and act like the Best Buy and/or Wal-Mart next door wont have stock either. Every time this happened to me I always find that the other stores have stock! The staff is also usually rude and disrespectful if they cant sell you on anything. Its no wonder why Game stop is having trouble keeping up with the modern gaming market.If you are in the area and need a game, go to Best Buy or Wal-Mart, theyll actually have what your looking for, and wont be rude.

Went for the midnight release of Modern Warfare 2....manager was very angry at us doing a podcast while standing in line for the midnight launch. Very unsatisfied with this store and have turned many customers away from going there.
