Great experience with Abbot eye care! It was my first visit and he was highly recommended by our neighborhood group. Was very patient and educational during my exam. I also had such a great experience with the ladies in the front office! I wish I knew the name of the person who helped me pick my frames! I am very indecisive when it comes to glasses, but she was also very patient and helped me so much! They gave me an itemized breakdown of my visit and really assisted me with our vision insurance plan. Would highly recommend.

Best eye dr I’ve been coming here since I was very young. The lenses and glasses I get here is very high quality. I bought a pair of glasses online for cheaper and it doesn’t compare the quality I get from Dr. Abbot. I still have their glasses after 2 years! The ones I bought online 4 pairs from different website broke within a year... I will never go anywhere else. Also the environment there is so relaxing.Apparently, I saw a review here, 1 star by a woman named Crystal because she was refused service for not wearing a mask. Haha, you’re so funny. Business HAVE THE RIGHTS TO REFUSE SERVICE. Grow up. How about reading about the law that business have their RIGHTS too.Also, insulting the Dr and his wife? Yeah, you should definitely GROW UP! Acting like a child. I 100% believe that you don’t have a “medical condition.”Also, change your name to Karen please.

The person who does the eye exams denied me my rights. According to the ADA exemption, religious and other medically exemptions I have the legal right to not wear a face mask. The employee I saw was extremely rude, felt the need to interrogate me about my job because hes so afraid of who Ive interacted with recently. He proceeded to tell me He is the one with medical training to combat the information I provided to him in the most condescending tone possible. Im quite certain hes not the only person with medical studies at his disposal. The virus has a recovery rate in the 90th percentile yet he chose to slam my patient booklet closed and told me to leave when I refused to put my mask on. This location has been reported to the proper agencies because I hope no one has to deal with unnecessary discrimination again. Shame on you all for treating a City of Mesa employee this way. You wont receive my business again nor will my family be referring anyone else to you. P.S. I heard your wife is a hippo so make sure to watch her health when it comes to the COVID. You could also use some weight loss yourself, Mr. Abbott.

I needed new glasses to get my new drivers license and called several businesses before I got someone to actually answer their phone instead of taking my phone no. The staff was very friendly and I got an appointment for my eye exam. A few days later I found their office just off the 202 in Mesa, AZ near Gilbert and McKellips. The exam went well, Dr. Abbott uses state of the art equipment that leaves no question what a persons eyes need for glasses. They were doing a 2 for 1 sale and had a very nice style that I had not seen anywhere, I picked them out one metal color for reading and another color for distance. Affordable price, the exam was paid for my medicare and they gave me a discount on the glasses. Ten days later I got a call that they were there for pickup.

My oldest has been in glasses most of her life and we have been through the ringer with eye doctors. The team at Abbott Eye Care is hands down the best group we have worked with in almost 10 years. From their front staff who makes you feel comfortable in bringing your other kids with to appointments to the doc himself who did more for her vision in one visit than anyone else ever achieved, they are all amazing. We will be life long customers.
