Disappointed! I showed up with a family of 8 for a birthday. Ive been going to BR for 40 years. Lady in back was rude, rushed us, had a mean face on as if she was put out by our business. Served child sized scoops for big scoop prices. Terrible! Go to a different location. Corporate if you read this you need to check your operator.Update: after leaving my review I spoke with the manager. She was kind and responsive. She said she understood and would resolve the problem and that our next visit would be better. Ive increased my review from one star to three stars for that.

Sweet tooth attack! We love it when tmobile thursday gives us coupon to use for ice cream. Theres no baskin robbins near us but we make a trip whenever we have coupon. What makes this special? Nothing really, its just like any regular ice cream place. We usually stay with classic vanilla and chocolate even if there are 30 something flavors. Kids love the chocolate dipped waffle.

Its was pretty good. Staff was friendly. Helpful. The store just needed a wipe down and a sweep maybe. Or I would of gave 5 stars.

They don’t post their new hours online. I’m at the location on Power and drove all the way here for a birthday cake. Guess I’ll have to go to Coldstone!

Went in with my 5 year old granddaughter during covid. After I had placed an order for a cake and was waiting for it, The older women who was working there was so rude to us that my granddaughter started to cry. What kind of a bully picks on kids. Will not go back ever. plenty of other places to get ice cream in the area

Great ice cream, awful experience. We arrived just in time to witness a customer yelling at the manager in the parking lot. Once that situation was apparently resolved, the manager came into the store and said she was leaving for the night. However after leaving, the manager came back into the store a short while later and began interrogating her two young employees about if they had rung up a particular customer once or twice (assumingly this questioning had to do with an entirely different situation and was not related to what we had witnessed in the parking lot). Regardless of the reason why the manager was questioning the workers (in an aggressive manner, I might add), it was not appropriate for her to do this in front of us customers. It made us feel very uncomfortable and even embarrassed for the workers... since they were being openly reprimanded right in front of us. Shame on Baskin Robbins leadership team to allow this type of management at their locations. We will choose another ice cream shop.

My granddaughter loves it here! The ice cream is always a family favorite! Its a nice treat on a Wednesday night! Staff is always friendly!

Went for my daughters birthday. The ice cream is always awesome! In particular like the flavor of the month. Something new to always try! Quality of the ice cream is worth the cost which is a little less than the boutique shops.

Got here at 9:20pm and saw the old man close the door when it says online they close at 10:00pm !!!!

The help was very friendly and demonstrated great customer service. But the place has a little bit of a tired worn-out for you feel. Part of the problem is the old fluorescent lights near the bulletin board. God they look like theyre from ancient times. I would have given at 5 Stars if it wasnt for that.

Been loving BR since the 70s! Their one scoop sundae is the PERFECT portion of my favorite ice cream dish...SUNDAES! 🍨🤪❤

People are friendly however scoops are small and they close earlier then the time stated on internet!!!

Ros, the manager is so awesome and eager for your business. This store will go out of their way to earn your business. We have never been let down. I order their ice cream cakes for my wife on special occasions and this location is so awesome to deal with.

Two words, ICE CREAM! If you like Ice cream and such, theyve got a great variety. Shakes, sundaes, ice cream sandwich, coffee drinks, ice cream cake...yes please! A little pricey, but worth the occasional treat. Employees are courteous to.

Personally I think they charge a lot for a scoop/scoops of ice cream. Thats just me. The ice cream is very good though. Serving sizes also fall short for the price. The night I went in with my son, two young girls were working. They werent very friendly at all. Plus any question I asked they didnt know or they just looked back at me with a dumb look. I felt like I was unconvincing them just being there. Doubt I will be going back any time soon if at all.

None of them wear gloves, poor hygiene/handwashing, and when they gave us our order the waffel bowl was more of a plate and tasted like soap, which removed any taste of the ice-cream and left us trying to get soap out of our mouths.

Clean enough if you want to stay in. Nice staff. And of course the best ice cream ever (especially baseball nut) youll never want anythiny else after having baseball nut ice cream. Yum!

Walked in for 2 cones and the guy who made our ice cream was tossing stuff in the trash and grabbed our cones with his bare hands not gloved or washed and made our cones we ended up throwing away $15 of ice cream.. Steer clear of this place your better off buying a whole tub of icecream for the price of 4 total scoops

I was shocked when we came in for my sons 10th birthday to have a free ice cream cone and we were turned away because we hadn’t signed up for the club in advance. We didn’t realize you had to sign up 24 hours before hand, and my son was very disappointed. I’m not sure we will come back because of that. I was especially disappointed because we came in and spent $35 on a cake from them. That is poor customer service 😡😡😡😡 next time I’ll take my business to Cold Stone

I ordered an ice cream cake last week for my sons birthday today, I even had someone call me to verify size and design, and somehow they still managed to mess it up. I ended up paying extra for the wrong size cake because they didnt take the order right. Im not returning for further business.
