Amazing experience today. All the workers were super nice and helpful, especially Jorge, who was the one who helped me. I was trying to pawn a couple of rings and he was very honest and polite with me about which one he couldn’t take and why. Definitely recommend this store, and make sure to ask for Jorge!

My mom has been going to this pawn shop for years . Today she experienced the worst customer service she has had. This employees name was Jorge.He treated my mom like if he was doing her a favor by doing her job. Jorge had a bad attitude from the beginning by rolling his eyes, sighing, and taking deep breaths . She had not been treated this way before here. This place needs to get a better customer oriented teammate.This type of customer service makes the customer feel uncomfortable and unwanted. If this is the type of person this establishment likes to have then it will go broke soon.Jorge told my mom that he wouldnt give her the price of something because they didnt have too much in stock....like what?!Just a recommendation for the owner -- get teammates who can have a smile on their face and actually want to sell...Jorge --I wish him best of luck because with that attitude he will not be going far in life.

Ive been coming to SuperPawn for many years and they are always the best. I had to pawn my ps4 the other day and Jorge was very helpful and gave me a great deal. I was able to get my ps4 back a few days later with no problems at all.

Very disappointed in our visit this time. We have been here many times and until today always been happy. Typically the staff always friendly and happy to help but today was much different. One gentleman very nice but unfortunately we didnt deal with him. All new staff very unprofessional. So sad. Theyll lose business Im sure.

Been going to this place love it except one time I bought a jack stand kit, but the jack didnt work. So if you buy a jack buy insurance with it. Piss me off. Way later I was told. They Dont take back the Jacks without insurance.

Jorge was super patient with me and understanding he explained to me everything I needed to know about loans.

I brought in a electric scooter yesterday and they offered me 20 dollars but I had to sell it to them. Ive been dealing with super pawn for over 6 years. I didnt want to sell it and told them that. We live in florence now. Ive always had good professional experience with super pawn until yesterday. I declined their offer and took it somewhere else and got 40 for it. Never again will I deal with this super pawn. With all the new people in there and me being gone for a year or so because I live in florence it felt unprofessional. I felt as they were trying to scam me. Thanks I spent alot of gas trying to give you business but I found another pawn shop that Id rather go to. Its alot closer to. Never again will I deal with your ghetto behavior. Nice try your not going to burn me.

Too many times there has been hit or miss. Seems like the staff picks and chooses when they want to actually do their jobs. In which case, (on multiple occasions) i have had to go to the next closest store to get the service they shouldve offered from the beginning.

The opening time posted on the front door is a esitmated time not the actual time of opening. For example 12 pm means 12ish, 7am means 7ish.

Wouldnt work w us on a big purchase smh ....
