Havent purchased anything here yet. Bill was super friendly and well informed about the stock. He let us look through their used inventory with no pressure, looked at the New Models on the lot as well. If you need to see what some of the used units can look like after refurbishment he had one on the site at the time he was nice enough to let us look at so you can see what is possible. I would recommend if you are able to remodel or are looking for a budget rebuild to come and check them out.

Attention. Beware of buying a used home from this business. They agreed to test electric and water before house was moved. They didn’t and will not stand behind there commitment. Once they get your money, you’re on your own if something goes wrong. You’re better off buying a new one or from a company that stands behind the word of there sales people

Nice set ups of Manufactured Homes. A bit pricey...

We we so surprised when the salesman said they sell homes with no air conditioning. We ask how can you do that in Arizona, he said he didnt want to sell to us and slammed the door as we left
