As far as park living I have no clue, But far as what I see its a very comfortable park of all ages, The MH are well maintained, The residents are friendly to wife who is a school bus driver, streets are clean and shes in love with some the skirting.

Not a good neighborhood to live in. The trashes are always over flowing bringing bugs close to your home if not inside. There are stray cats all over the place. You can’t have more then 2 cars parked outside or they have to be under the car port or your car will be towed. I parked my car in the Guest parking where they told me I needed to park and my car has been vandalized three different times, keyed two times, tires slashed two times, and sideswiped once and was told by management that it basically wasn’t there problem and I should file a police report which I did twice already. There is always trash going all down Pueblo and into the neighborhood.

Thanks Google for noticing where I went to cry in my car and that I stayed there long enough to leave a review. 10/10 would park outside Pueblo Mesa again to cry and gather my thoughts...

Its a nice family park tucked away at the end of Pueblo Road. The streets, homes, and shared facilities are nice and well maintained. The current property manager is good to work with and addresses park needs promptly.

Great area, nice and quiet place to live if you ask me. Not quite sure about the cost of living in this area but definitely worth checking out.

Mngmt was friendly, helpful, and courteous. Park seemed secure, more visiter parking than others, and very clean. Looks like a good place to have a home. Major point it is county not City of Mesa. Islands are getting rare.

This is a property that, ive always noticed, is well kept. No trash covering the ground like some places. Yards are weed free too. A beautiful swimming pool located conveniently located near the childrens park they also have on the property. Homes are just asBeautiful on the inside as well as outside. However I dont like at all, the propane tanks that fuel the gas stove, oven,and water hearter. It cost about $350 to fill up. So if ya dont know its almost gone, and it runs out unexpectantly; say good bye to a hot shower, hot water to wash dishes, and hello microwave or grill to heat food. Until payday and you can fill it again. And it would be more bennifcal to the reseidence at the back of complex, to have a code box on The outside of that sliding gate by the back of the property. So more residence, including children, have a safer,quicker, more direct access to be on property instead of having to walk all the way around.

Dumpsters are always overflowing, and I now hear that there will be no more rental properties, only homebuyers... for that reason alone, I would never live here.

I called to view a property and the lady that answered the phone, named Sherrie THE MANAGER, was so RUDE! Now, if she is rude I dont want to think about how it would be to live there with that bitter angry rude lady.Anyways, I didnt schedule a viewing because she said she wasnt scheduling any more viewings for the week and she sounded as if she just was too lazy to schedule something with me for the following week, and honestly after talking to her, I ran the other way.RUDE RUDE RUDE!! AND SHES THE MANAGER!
