Dont really know much about this location, I was visiting with my friend but very impressed with the layout, the curb appeal, entry attendant was very helpful locating a property for us. Nice water feature off of entryway. I would look into living here

Amazing resort style community. You can live were others vacation. Tons of amenities, people are welcoming and friendly. Many activities!

Visited family here. Stayed for almost three weeks. Gated protection. Clean, quiet, well-maintained. Friendly neighbors. Two lovely pool areas, one kid-friendly, the other adult friendly.

Wish I could move there. Its a whole different world

Since this is where I live I can only say I love it. 55+community..two swimming pools and two community rooms....activities throughout the week. Quiet and secure. Also has seasonal parking for RVS ... laundry facilities for those who do not have that in their home.

First, the folks at Palm Gardens are excellent; the staff are very friendly and helpful; and most of all they are a fair and respectful operation. That said, it is just nice living there as the grounds are well kept and they take good care of the place. I feel like family living there. :-)

People in office are very unkind. They talked to me on the phone and new I was in a predicament and told me they had availability so when other places called back I said I was good and they gave the spots away. We got there and they said “oh sorry, we forgot to ask if you were 55 or older. You can’t stay here.” Helped me by giving me numbers to places that didn’t exist. Very cool. Now don’t have a place to stay. Had we known we would have told the other places we still needed it. Very unhelpful and very unkind.

Great place toLive. The owners are dedicated to keeping the park clean. They also for the past two years have in conjunction with the residents held shuffleboard clinics for our veteran “heroes” who are in the VA Rehabilitation Clinic. They donated funds to support our veterans and those veterans attending the clinic are very grateful for program.

Wow!!! Palm Gardens is a beautiful, well kept, clean community. They offer an RV section called The village for you to come a try out the Arizona lifestyle, and take a look around! This area has so much to do, from touring Museums, to hiking, theater, great restaurants, music etc. We Love the Mesa area because its a great home base to travel from. Everything around you is only a 1 - 5 hour drive. We chose Mesa because we want to travel to California, Oregon, Montana & Utah. So this is a great place to call home! We have stayed a 5-6 other communities in the area but we always come back to Palm Gardens is the perfect Home away from Home. The people are fantastic, anything you need is accommodated and you are very well taken care of here. Palm Gardens is a medium size community, not too big, not too small. I call it the Goldilocks Park, because its Just Right, If and when youre in the Mesa area, you wont be disappointed for choosing palm Gardens, whether you have an RV or looking for a Beautiful home for the season or a permanent one!! This Park is the best in the area!!!!Thank You Palm Gardens!!

We found Palm Gardens over two years ago while searching for a place to spot & store a 5th wheel. Instead, we purchased a small one bedroom mobile home in one of the many nice neighborhoods in Park. After a short time we discovered we loved the people, the life style, the activities, and the fact that its a family owned facility. After a few trips home and back we sold our house in Texas, purchased a new manufactured home and became year-rounders. Palm Garden is one of the nicest and cleanest parks in the Valley. It is well managed, meticulously maintained, and offers new manufactured homes, rentals, RV lots and storage. We highly recommend this park for anyone searching for senior living.

Over the top friendly community. The place is pristine and the facilities are wonderful. Streets are wide for easy manuvering and sites are large.

Family owned resort. Check out their activities. 2 pools. A mixture of new and old units. There are also RV spaces abailable. Close to all amenities.

Great place to live

Drove through Palm Gardens and found it to be a beautiful resort. Everything was so clean and pretty. Rose and Tammy in the sales and information center were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This resort is definitely a place I will be proud to call my home.

Palm Gardens is a beautiful, quiet, privately owned 55+ community. It offers a nice variety of activities and we have been welcomed and made to feel at home immediately. This is our second season here and we are coming back.

We have always been pleased with our purchase, and retirement life at Palm Gardens! It was affordable and yearly rent is fair. You meet people fairly quickly and many become lifelong friends. The bunco game time for ladies, shuffleboard and two pools make it active for us throughout the year.

Good place to retire

We visited this park looking for a place for next winter season. It was very clean and well kept. Very Attractive and offered nice activities.

Horrible customer service. No one returns phone calls. Can’t even give them money. Might learn to train staff to call back.

Sylvia and I (David) have lived in this park for 3 years now and it is just great. They helped us move from another park and assisted us with the costs. We are very greatful for this and will stay here as long as they will have us. Just a great place to relax and spend the winter from the cold.

We have been here 2 weeks. Very quiet park with 2 different laundry areas and very clean . Love it here.

The owner of this resort should be committed! He is absolutely crazy. We are scared to leave our trailer because we do not know what he is capable of. He screams all of the time and has a nasty temper. Cant wait to leave for good!!

Upon leaving,,asked if we could return to visit friends we had met. NO, what?.,,your friends must call front gate . What? To tell them you are visiting them..Then give you permission to come in...First I have heard of this..We were approved to buy a cabin in this park, decided not too,,sure glad we didnt?

We were about to purchase a home here when one of the neighbors of the model we were looking at warned us about the owner. Then I walked into the sales office. Wow! What a foul man. Borderline sociopath! He was suspicious that we were undercover competitors or something and was swearing at us. I would be scared to live here!

Such a beautiful place! Fun and there is something for everyone!! Love it!
