Dont get exhaust work done here! I had a friend drop off my 2021 Ram 1500 to get a light rumble muffler installed and quality exhaust tips. I told them what I wanted in detail. They installed a way to loud 2 chamber muffler. Not what I asked for at all. Installed non-quality exhaust tips. My friend dropped my truck off to me and as soon as I heard how loud it was and the exhaust tips I called the shop and the owner said it would be extra to fix his mistake. After several more calls he wont take off the 2 chamber muffler and install a 4 chamber muffler and quality tips.Tom D

Awesome service. Took me right in to install my super sprint exhaust. Did a perfect job. Very happy on how it sounds and looks. Once I choose which front pipe to install, I will surely be back.Update - My front pipe showed up after waiting 6 weeks. Returned and they denied me the installation due to it being a turbo car? This is not a down pipe, it is a front pipe to finish my cat back exhaust. Would of been easier to let me know in the first place to research another business while waiting. No explanation, just said Nope, dont do it and walked away.

I had a really good experience here, I needed a few hangers welded on my OEM replacement exhaust and the work was done in about 10-15 minutes. I feel it was priced well and the gentleman was friendly. Any future exhaust work I need, Ill be going back here.

One of the Best Services I have received. Call in on Friday to check prices for them installing performance mufflers that I had already purchased.. They were right upfront with the pricing. $140.00....which was a very good price, since I had already shopped around. So Saturday morning I called in to see if it was possible to have them installed...they said No problem, it would take 1.5 hours. When I arrived, there was no waiting and I was out within an hour. I went in January, they did what i asked it was great! I went in there to do something else and the gentleman with teeth missing from his mouth turned me away because he didn’t have enough “time”. He barely even listened to what I wanted to see if they could do. The funniest part is that the piece of exhaust was in my trunk and i just had to take it out. I pulled up and there wasn’t but one damn car on the lift. So whether it needed to go up or not shouldn’t have been an issue. I ain’t comin here anymore. Y’all a bunch of wishy-washy people

This is my 2nd time getting exhaust work done here on my 2012 2SS Camaro Convertible. They got me sounding right with a custom x-pipe and Flowmaster super 10 mufflers. I would recommend them To family and friends.

Called and talked to Dave about my 05 Titan throwing a code. Gave me a qoute for far less than any shop nearby. After reading some reviews( and thoroughly enjoying the honesty of them,) talking to them again came up the following day to have the truck looked at. Guys at the shop were polite, definetly knowledgeable about their craft and had no problem getting me on a rack even though I didnt have an appointment (Another customer didnt show so little luck played into that too.) Final tally was even less than expected and Ive got no complaints on the process. You guys saved me alot of hassle and I couldnt be more appreciative. Had a Gibson cat-back I spent almost 2 days fighting with to get to fit on my 2003 Silverado. Ive installed them before with little or no issue, but there was no way this was going to bolt right in. I finally admitted defeat, and called Mesa Muffler. Brought it in the next morning, and they quoted me their standard price to install a cat back exhaust ($150.00.) Money well spent. It took the mechanic a fair bit of time tweaking the kit to make it fit, along with having to fabricate new hangars and cut off the flanges at the y-pipe and weld it because the flanges wouldnt seal right. All without charging a dime more than the standard fee. Its no wonder this shop stays as busy as it does. Im going to need the cat replaced and the exhaust done on my Cherokee, and Ill definitely be bringing it to Mesa Muffler! Thanks again, guys!!

I tried to install my own cat back system, it didnt work as planned. But these guys were awesome, they got every thing set up, changed a few of the hangers, and did a fantastic job on my truck. I couldnt be happier with how the exhaust looks and especially how it sounds.

Was going to have them install a simple set of exaust tips on my challenger, but went to Apache instead. Mesa wanted $80, but Apache was more in line with reality and gladly did it for 40. Most importantly though, the work was quality and did a very good job on it. I also really like their customer service and was a little weak at MM, so beware of it and can see other comments that also mention it. Customer service is good for my experience contacting dealing with them twice, and is also really important to me . So it wasnt just about the money alone, and can def refer Apache 👍🏼

7/29/20 update. The owner will refuse to take any fault for the damage. Even after proof with a picture while the work was being done. He is now denying even working on the tips.I pray that no one goes through this burden especially during these hard times. This shop will take 0 responsibility if they damage your car.When you take your car to a muffler shop. You would expect the shop to weld the piping together. Not this shop. If you look at the pictures of the red Mustang in the reviews. It clearly shows they did not weld the passenger side tip on to the 2.5in pipe they installed. In another picture shows how the owner treats returning customers and does not like taking responsibility for his shops mistakes. The damage was cause during 4 hours of driving from AZ to NV. Luckily the car did not completely catch fire. But caused over $1600 in damage that will absolutely be sought after. BE CAREFUL COMING HERE.

Awesome guys and awesome shop. I have been around enough to know real mechanics when I see them and these guys are definitely it. Do go expecting some jiffy lube storefront but believe me I would trust these guys a thousand times over. Had a muffler welded on not sure how the welds look but I will update next time I am under the truck. Not worried about it due to the fact I was able to watch all the work take place. I dont usually let anyone work on my stuff but due to my lack of welder I was forced to go and I will be back for anything else I dont have the tools for. Good work guys.

Bmw 330i full header back exhaustExhaust was done in a rather timely manner and my strange sizing shenanigans were dealt with however that’s about as far as I can go with my positive experience. Immediately upon arrival the customer service was a little rough. Not much for me to complain about though, I just wanted an exhaust. I was told what I would be receiving which involved the muffler soon after the cats which would make the xpipe I brought unneeded. Perfect for me! If I actually got that... when I received my car the muffler was in the back. Not exactly according to plan and to top it off I have a leak within a day of ownership of my brand new exhaust.

I went in today after making an appointment this morning. I got stuck in traffic which made me 10 minutes late. They made no mention of my tardiness and took my mustang back and started on it immediately! These guys do great work and even let me kinda check out what they were doing. Went to take my 18” Ford Focus yesterday to get a res and muffler delete, Got it done within 45min to an Hour, I was very pleased with their work, Now my vehicle sounds absolutely amazing!!!

They took care of my 92 z28 with custom piping and 80 series flowmaster. Will never go anywhere else. Had no appointment and they squeezed me in. Also had my friend bring his 2011 raptor same day and they installed 2 flowmaster 40 serious. Both of us are 100% happy and price is more than reasonable!! I highly recommend this place

Went there to fix my 1995 ford f150 exhaust system. They straightpiped the whole thing except for one catalytic converter. It sounds great, but they completely overpriced me, and they also kept the old exhaust parts. If money isnt a problem for you, then this is a good place to get your exhaust worked on.

It pays to shop around. After getting numerous quotes in the $600.00 to a couple at $2000.00 plus, I happened upon mesa muffler and recieved a quote of $360.00 made my appointment and proceeded to get the work done. Dave came up to the waiting area and informed me that what the other companies, both small independents like him and the large national chains were telling me had to be replaced (1 or 2 catalytic converters plus 1 or 2 afterburners plus a chance of damaging 1-4 of the o2 sensors) was not required all that had to be replaced was 1 afterburner at a cost of $162 all in. A great experience by professionals that know what they are doing and are pleasant to deal with. highly recommended. Took us in on a Saturday with less than an hour notification for some exhaust modification on our Lexus IS-F. Got the work done well under an hour for a very reasonable price. Owner is very nice and fun to talk to as well. This place is awesome and we highly recommend.

Cant recommend enough! Appointment was at 11:30 and I decided to wait until I had two mufflers deleted. Had my car up on the lift as soon as I arrived and got me our the door within an hour. Friendly service and very reasonable price. I will be using Mesa Muffler for any exhaust work I need in the future!

I called them in the afternoon to see if they can fit me in that day to check and probably replace my catalytic converters which I was 99% sure were bad. Not only did they get me in the same day but when I showed up a half hour earlier than the scheduled time I only had to wait about 15 minutes for them to pull my truck into the bay.It only took them a couple of minutes to tell me that my catalytic converters are fine. And no charge for testing them.I dont know how much they charge for services but in my opinion honest and trustworthy mechanics are almost always worth the price theyre charging.

Reading through numerous negative reviews and calling a handful of jokers I almost gave up on having my complete exhaust system replaced on 71 C10. I Asked a good friend if he could recommend a company who would reroute and construct a new system using quality materials. I believe that you get what u pay for an I definitely think this company undercharged me. Dave and Mesa muffler was a stand--up guy from the get go. He explained to me in detail what was going to be done to my truck and if anything changed he would contact me before moving forward. Other than my good friend Adam I dont let anyone work on my vehicle. I trusted this crew enough to leave it unattended. Mesa muffler thanks again for being professional and especially for the sweet sound that comes out of those pipes when I stomp on it.

Gotta like an honest place with great service. I was quoted $600 to replace most of my system by a shop in Glendale. Rick came in with a $200 quote. When I brought the car in, turned out the damage was in the catalytic converter and he thought the rest of the system was ok, replacing the cat brought the price to $360, but the work was on on time, with quality welding a 1 year parts and labor warranty and still significantly less expensive than elsewhere. This is a rare find - an honest mechanic, with fair prices who does what is best for you, not what makes him the most money.

Had a blown muffler on my truck. Brought it in to Mesa Muffler around noon on a Monday, they had me out the door in just over an hour! And gave me a great deal to boot. Highly recommend, love the way my truck sounds now. Thank you again!

I have used Mesa Muffler in the past for exhaust work on my Mustang. Price and service were good and my factory parts were saved for me in case I wanted to return the car back to stock. I just purchased a brand new Wrangler and wanted to have a new catback installed by them. Turnaround time and price was decent, but upon arrival to pick up my Jeep, I found out that my factory exhaust was on its way to a scrap yard without my permission or request. I asked the manager why they scrap or throw away parts that are not faulty and are not theirs, and his response was that was their policy if the customer does not ask to keep it. Im sorry, but you should clarify with your customers what they want to do with their parts after a swap.The scrap truck was flagged down and I was able to get my factory exhaust back BUT the exhaust had been cut in two places with a saw instead of being unbolted. (Lazy) If I were to return my exhaust to stock, I will now need to have another shop weld it back together or pay for a factory replacement.The new cat back seems to have been installed correctly and I do not hear any leaks so far. This is the reason they get 2 stars instead of 1.

I contacted Rick at Mesa Muffler for advice on a performance exhaust system for my truck. He gave me a couple of options between the Magna flow and Flow master to research. I was undecided between the two systems until my appointment. Rick pointed out the details between the two systems and I finally decided on the Flow master dual exhaust. When I picked my truck up and listened to the new exhaust system I immediately knew Rick was right when helping me with my choice. I wanted the exhaust tips tucked away out of sight for a clean look. The quality of the work was outstanding. I have a very clean look with a mean sounding exhaust. I couldnt be happier. Thank you very much Rick and all the guys at Mesa Muffler.
