I have rehearsed here for many years now and I cant imagine rehearsing anywhere else. The rooms are great and reasonable. However most important for me is the down to earth management, all the great bands that rehearse there and an atmosphere that no matter how viewed sparks creativity. They also added a new studio with some fantastic engineers. If your looking for a place to grow your music this place is your greenhouse!

Our band has been renting here for a few years now and were more than happy with it. Theyve got secure rehearsal rooms of all sizes and rates for all budgets and a venue, with a good sized stage and high quality sound for events and rehearsals. We definitely recommend for beginning or established bands and groups, 👍.

Great jam spot! Met some great guys working and renting here, WAY better than Francisco Studios with lockout and fulls time access. THE place to jam with a sweet on site venue for rent/shows!

I have been renting a rehearsal space from Minds Eye rehearsal studios for a couple years now. It has been terrific convenient secure and a great way to meet lots of other musicians! They are easy to work with I pay my rent online and my gear is always ready to jam!

First time here remembering the life of an old friend. Perfect place. Only thing missing was our friend Trip. Glad I got to come here and see the awesome venue. Very creative and awesome atmosphere.

Mind’s Eye has served me and my bands well for the past few years. It’s allowed us to congregate and hone our skills without bothering others or being bothered by others. The air conditioning is cold, the WiFi works, and it’s accessible anytime. Any issues or concerns are addressed promptly by staff. Recommended.

Youre probably hear because youre in one of the many bands here or for a concert. You already know how cool this place is. Keep up the amazing artwork on the outside and the unique sounds on the inside.

Great place for any musician in need of a practice pad. The owner is definitely not a racist nazi like others claim. The atmosphere is great for all genres of music.

This place is Epic!! We have rented her for the past few years and absolutely love it!! Safe and secure, highly recommend it for space or events!

Best rehearsal studio in Arizona, period. Def check them out if you need a spot to play loud 24/7 with secure rooms. Been here 8+ years and dont plan on going anywhere.

Ive seen many shows here the restrooms are clean theres free and safe parking in the back I know two individuals that rent the studios for their band and theyre happy with the location they could get as loud as they want without anybody tripping if theres anybody out there that has a band and has nowhere to practice and getting tired of the garage or another facility to practice keep this one in mind just call the number on the website or Michael Brown and you wont regret the experience
