I was having some issues with my Nissan vehicle and couldnt figure out the problem. I brought it to Premier Nissan and was told I would have it back in 2-3 days. I was told they dont provide courtesy vehicles.4 days later, the service department had still not even looked at my car. I still had 2 cars in front of me. I have called the dealership once a day towards the end of the day looking for answers. Each time I wasted 15-20 minutes being passed around or on hold while they tried to track down my service technician, only to be told that they havent gotten to it yet.I picked up my car to bring somewhere else. Within 10 minutes at a local shop, I had more answers than 4 days at the dealership.Premier Nissan is not worth your time
They completed the recall, but when my mother tried to cancel a checkup (to literally check my gear shift) they told her it was too late to do and still charged her $135 which I didn’t appreciate because it’s never too late, then said it would be $1000 to fix. Also the information should have been properly explained, but if a customer doesn’t want something then don’t do it. It’s that simple or explain it in a way that makes sense to the elderly. I’m happy they did the recall in my car, but I probably won’t be returning. And now I have to pay $135 when I already knew what was wrong with my car gear shift I just wanted quotes in fixing it.

Yes, its expensive, but its a dealership so, yeah. I just figure Im paying for the convenience. They dont schedule apts so first come first serve. If you dont get there when they open, expect a good wait. But the free wifi and seating areas mean I can prop up the laptop and get a bunch of homework done. Free concessions and drink options are nice plus. Everyone there is super nice, great customer service, and you can tell everyone is like family after working together for so long.My only request is to bring back the complimentary vaccuming, or at the least put floor protectors down again. I spent time cleaning my car out b4 coming in for an oil change, interior air filter change and two new hub caps (my total bill was over $300...plastic hub caps are not cheap). When I got back in my vehicle, there were leaves all over the passenger side floor. I have a portable vacuum, so I used it then and there, which I shouldnt have even had to do. Its the little things that go a long way ya know.
I bought my car with the tire protection service. I had a flat tire and brought it in to get fixed. I dropped it off and they called me when it was done. The temporary spare was put away and the tire installed but the pressure was low when I drove off and the ticket said no work performed. Once I got back to Nissan, I noticed the center cover of the rim was missing and the valve stem cap gone. Now I’m waiting for them to “fix” it again
Mr. Benedict Maidoh helped me find the perfect car! Ive had a Nissan for years now and knew I would prefer a Nissan for my first ever new, and not used, vehicle. I told Mr. Maidoh what model I wanted, what credit score I was working with, and what price range I was working with and he immediately showed me my options. He was very kind, helpful, and a great salesmen! I knew then I was going to buy the car and I did just that and was able to come pick it up the next morning. I love Nissan but Mr. Maidohs kind, funny, and patient personality and service is what made me decide to buy that car that very day instead of waiting! Give the man a raise! 11/10

My experience was exceptional from the time I booked my appointment until picking up my car. Calvin in the service department was amazing keeping me updated and spending time on the phone with my warranty company to make sure I was taken care of. He upfront let me know they were running behind, which was fine, and called the minute it was fixed. The cashier ladies were super friendly and helpful. This made me want to use Premier for services and buying my next car.
4 hours for an oil change is too long.Time is a valuable asset it cannot be taken for granted.

Yall need to do better. I believe customer service is truly a thing of the past. I call and spoke with the service advisor, told them what was going on with my truck. I asked them if they could take a look at it the next morning. I was told yes, that they were not very busy. So I drove over there first thing the next morning. Once I got there and talked to the advisor I was told that they were already backed up and I could leave it, and they could look at it in a few DAYS...
Everything about my experience was absolutely lovely. The staff was courteous and quick. Check in was smooth and efficient. Service I thought would take 4 hours only took 45 minutes! I’m a very happy customer.

It was all good when I was buying a new vehicle, but the service after the sale is a 1 star, Service Department dont answer the phone, Ive left massages no return call, my so called Salesman use to answer my calls on the first ring now he dont, Ive left him messages as well no return call as well, he sold the car I picked out and it was only 5 days before I was approved, I didnt find out until then, it was about his commission my satisfaction meant nothing to him just him making sales.
Met with Terrell, professional while courteous..Sat with him to discuss what I was looking for. Went over pricing.. Allowed to test drive.. I was instructed to walk around the vehicle twice. I did not, but returning to the lot, I discovered a dent and dings on the doors, after signing off on the car. Terrell told the Manager Manny, there is a dent in the bumper and other dents and scratches. Manny stated, Premier seeks to Please their customers. He then signed an agreement to have the repair done. I am quite pleased with Premier Nissan in Metairie, Louisiana.
I normally do not give reviews but this is vital for those who are going to this dealership in particular. My experience working with the staff were extremely unprofessional in so many ways. I went on the lot already knowing what I wanted, I had been approve by the bank instantly. I told the sales person I didnt want to test drive the car until we sit down and talk about numbers. so the sales person and another guy who where very aggressive came and sat me down talking over number. we finally negotiated on the car payments notes and they then proceeded to charge my bank card for the down payment. A few minutes later I get three notifications to my phone saying Nissan pulled my credit score. The two sales persons began to walk towards me again to say the bank fail through after they charged my bank card already for the down payment. I knew that was a lie because I was already notify that I was approve by a bank to finance my car. The car I was financing were for 29,000, the two sales men put in the paper work that the car were for 36,000. This location doesnt have integrity. PLEASE READ OVER YOUR CONTRACTS BEFORE SIGNING. Also, I ask to speak with the manager several times and I witness my sales guy going to ask him to come and talk with me on the matter and he refused to look my way or come to talk to me. he were only concern about the benefit of a sale. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE, THEY WILL GET OVER ON YOU.

Also, the guy who greeted me also tried to charge me for parts that werent available. He said that he needed to in order to order them. I only bring this car to Premier for service since I have purchased it and I have never had anyone try to charge me for parts before the date of service.Another thing. I paid for a diagnostic a few months ago and have been paying to get all of the service done as time allows. For some reason this guy stated that another would have to be done in spite of the fact that the diagnostic is in the system.Every time I go there is someone different. On my last two visits there was an older gentleman named Bob, I think, who kept me informed and was able to do the research and let me know that 1) my passenger safety belt was under warranty and that I did not have to pay $491 for the part and labor, 2) ordered the diagnostic and gave me a full report on what was needed. I didnt have all of the money at the time and they didnt have the strap nor the staffing to make the repair. He scheduled the work and is actually the reason that I returned. Now, this guy is making me wonder if the policies have changed or whether he is actually a greaseball. I like the faith based devotionals that you all have for distribution. On my last three visits the ladies told me there were none. Lo and behold an assistant comes out and places them on the tables and distributes them to those awaiting service. I tell you, that PJs coffee machine, water cooler, snack basket, and clean bathroom actually are your saving grace.
I walked in already financed with a lender. I knew how much I needed to put down on the vehicle and what my monthly notes would be. Your sales clerk took my information, went to the finance manager, and returned with a very different down payment and monthly payments. I was told that the price changed because of the extended warranty. Something I was told I HAD to buy when I said I did not want it. I was told that it was a criterion of the lender. The car purchase amount on the website was less than what the salesperson was trying to sale the car for and when I asked why he said that, the site has not been updated. This was by far the worst car shopping experience ever. I already had a lender and the finance manager pulled my credit several times without my permission to try to get me to go with another lender. It is sad that your establishment would treat and try to take advantage of people that way. If I could give zero stars, I would. I would never recommended your establishment to anyone…

That day we are there for 4-5 hours and we rush to go to work, so we did not pay attention to the paperwork we need to sign, I find out my car outdoor price is $27509.66 when I received my first bill. I went to Nissan dealer at west bank and Slidell. I come back to Nissan dealer because they said they give me outdoor price $23000 for Nissan kick s .I went back to ask them why my outdoor price is 27509.66. The outdoor price should be $23000. They told me there is nothing they can do I already signed paper. If I know my outdoor price is $27509 for this car Nissan kick s . It just basic trim. I definitely could buy a higher trim with this price . Please let me know if someone can help me with this.

Buying a car, new or used, is usually never a pleasant experience. However, my husband and I had a very positive experience buying a used car at Premier Nissan. Warren was a fun salesman. He had a great sense of humor and was successful in getting us a good deal that we are very happy with. Warren was very knowledgeable about a lot of different makes and models of cars which made us confident in the car we chose to purchase. It is exactly what we were looking for. For once, we did not feel like the salesperson was out to screw us over. I recommend this dealership and plan on using them for future purchases.

I agreed on a price with the interned manager Todd and applied for financing online and everything was approved. I live an hour and a half from the dealership so I had to get my daughter to bring me to pick up the vehicle. I arrived and couldn’t get there before Todd left so he said Benny had all my information and paperwork and to ask for him when I arrived. I met Benny looked at the car and all I needed to do was sign the paperwork so I told my daughter she could go ahead and leave because finance department was backed up. I waited 3.5 hours before I got to finance and when I sat down to sign the papers they had increased the price by 8000 from what Todd told me. This was just the base price. I told them oh no that’s not what I agreed on!!!! I asked to see sticker because the price was 7000 over sticker price!!! Benny would not show me the sticker on the vehicle after asking twice. I told him I had been shopping and knew the price of the vehicles and then he yells at me and says I should have bought it somewhere else and I needed to go purchase it there. The only reason I drove 1.5 hours is because price was agreed on and they had color I wanted. So my experience ended with this salesman yelling at me and me being stuck 1.5 hours from home without a ride!!! I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone!!!! Apparently the same sort of thing happened to the couple before me because they left without signing papers also!!! Luckily I was able to get an Uber home and went to All-Stat Nissan in Denham Springs and had a totally opposite experience. I was there maybe 2 hours total with no price change and everyone was friendly and helpful. Please save yourself some time and don’t go here!!! The photo is the add listed as the Internet price!!!
Colleen in customer service was of no help. Lacked the knowledge to discuss the recall part for my Nissan. Referred me back to the service attendant at the Premier Dealership in Metairie. That’s why I was calling to explain my concerns with the fact that the recall part will not light up on my dashboard to tell me my brake lights are not working. Recalled part will not be available until the fall. 6 months from now. So I’m driving a vehicle that will not indicate that my rear brake lights are not working when say ....on the interstate. Does this sound safe to anyone at Nissan?
At first we were thrilled with our service until a couple of days later & one of the two cars we bought started having multiple issues. We were sold a car that doesn’t work and there’s nothing we can do because we bought it as is so they knowingly sold us a lemon!

Do not do business with Premier Nissan in Metairie! They do not honor their Powertrain warranty for Life. They have the worst customer service! They will not even let you speak to their Service Manager. We hear he is name is Mr. Ron. Numerous voice mails were left for him. He has not returned any. All they did is give excuses! Pitiful way to treat your customers! I will no longer be one of them.
I had an appointment Monday morning. My car was not even looked at until after closing on Monday evening only because when they called me on Monday at 5 and told me this I threw a little bit of a fit. They then called me after they looked at my car and asked if I could come in the morning to ride in the car with the technician. I told them sure. I showed up and was greeted very rudely by a lady that works in the outside drop off area. I told her I just had a quick question that I didn’t know where to go since they had my car and she was very rude and aggravated with me for asking a simple question. I finally got to where I needed to be waited for about 15 minutes before I saw the technician who asked for me to show up for at the time he asked me to be there only to tell me he didn’t need me to be there and didn’t need to drive my car with me. Told me he knew what the probably was, It was under warranty, they had the part and he wouldn’t be able to get to it u til Friday... it is Tuesday at this point. I also had a recall being fixed. I asked him if I could get a loaner and he told me no since they are low on those. So I asked if I could take my car since he wasn’t going to be able to touch it for another 3 days. He told me no that if I took my car off the lot that when I returned it it would go to the end of the line and they were already 48 hrs behind on fixing cars. I feel like everytime I come to this dealership I have problems with customer service. They are god awful rude 90% of the time. I have had my Nissan since the end of 2014 and bought it brand new and have nothing but problems with it and the people at Nissan the day I bought it. I will NEVER buy another Nissan and certainly not from this dealership, nor will I recommend this dealership to anyone in the future. I am just trying to deal with with them for a little longer until I am done with this car.
I only come to this location for convenience, nothing else. Upon arrival, I was told the wait was an hour. The wait ended up being 2.5 hours. Apparently, my service provider had left for the day. I asked another service provider about my car, she mentioned a leak and asked if anyone came to speak with me about it. I told her no. She then stated she would go check on the car and let me know what’s going on. I waited another 30-40 minutes & still nothing! I had to go find the lady & ask what was going on because of course, she never came back with an update. As I’m explaining to her how long I’ve been waiting and what she told me about the leak, she walks off while I’m talking to go tell another client something about their car. When she comes back, I proceeded with what I was saying; she walked off again saying, “ I’m going check on the car.” At this point, I was withholding my frustration & anger.
My experience with Premiere was great. I would recommend anyone to bring their Nissan here for service. Make sure you ask for Carlos as an advisor.

I had a recall notice that Big Nissan had been relentlessly sending me over the past few months, so I took it in to the dealership. It was a simple enough fix that it should be a few hours to fix which was understandable. Dropped the car off at 915am and I called at 4pm because I didnt have any update and didnt know what was up so that was a bit anxious for all I know it couldve been done at 12. Overall everyone was super professional & I definitely want my next car from here. I just wish the text message updates wouldve worked though.
The service team is very accommodating. Although at the time of the service appointment will take longer than expected, they arranged a shuttle service promptly. They performed all the items I requested with care. I highly recommend Premier Nissan.

Booked my appointment at 4; I was out about 5ish before they closed . Abdul was so nice. They provide multiple types of coffee(fancy coffee machine) I had a vanilla latte, snacks, and cold water. All free of course . Everyone was nice . This is my first time owning a Nissan car; was always a Chevy girl and would go to there dealership for an oil change def not the same experience . I would def recommend this Nissan
Very nice people and clean facility but as far as quality of service very poor brought my Z in for Engine noise, told me it was going to be looked at by tomorrow morning, actually took a day 1/2 longer. So i was without transportation way longer than I thought with no updates from Nissan. And when he finally called and I asked him to explain to me what the problem was they literally just said you need an engine. No explanation as to what was done or what was wrong, just that i needed a new engine. So i basically paid 170 bucks for them To leave me carless for almost 2 days and tell me I need a motor. A very unsatisfying experience.
I went in for a quick tire rotation and oil change. They called me an hour and a half later asking me when I changed filters, fluids, etc. First of all, you have my car and can check very quickly yourself. Secondly, they said they washed my car on the receipt which was not true. They did not put a sticker stating when my next oil change is coming up, so I doubt they even did that. If they did not change my oil they definitely did not rotate my tires. I am highly skeptical if they did anything at all and I will never bring my vehicle back. Just lazy workers trying to fudge money out of ordinary people. $60 to let my car sit for 3 hours.
Premier Nissan is the best at customer service!! I made my appointment online through their reminder portal. I showed up, they took my car and I waited in a comfortable sitting area with snacks and beverages offered to me. The service performed on my car were excellent. I definitely will be back!

Two months ago we bought a high end used Rouge SL from Premier Nissan of Metairie. A lot of people think after you buy a car thats the end of it, and you are quickly forgotten. Let me just say that is not the case at Premier Nissan of Metairie. On a recent road trip my wife took we found that one of our tires was defective after returning and bringing it to the sales managers attention, he took care of the issue immediately no questions asked. Came to Nissan on Veterans in Metairie, not too far from Lafreniere Park for a recall on my hood and their service was excellent and they gave me a free oil change since it took a while and they seemed a little shorthanded for that day, but it was worth it.

Made an appointment to have an oil change and tire rotation. Arrived for 3:00 appointment on time. This appointment lasted three (3) hours. Just needed an oil change and tire rotation- no additional services were required. I understand things happen, however no one informed is that there was only one technician servicing vehicles until I started inquiring on how much longer my vehicle would be. No one provided incremental updates regarding statuses of vehicles being serviced. It wasn’t until Mr. Benny came into the waiting area that I received a definitive answer regarding the time my vehicle would be ready. Customer service should include updates, especially when there is a delay or only one technician servicing vehicles.
I brought my car to Nissan because it wasnt shifting. I ended up needing a few more things done to it. A week in their shop and it actually drives better than when I got it. When I did bring it in I did feel like I was being talked to like a kid but every other time I was called I wasnt talked to like that.
I am always pleased with the greeting of the workers and getting me to the person I need to be assisted by. Mr Thomas asked and listened to my concerns and went forth to help me with my decision and I am grateful.

This dealership refused to honor a previously agreed upon price point.On cargurus.com, I found at this dealership a 2014 Honda CR-V LX with 55,656 miles on it. The vehicle was priced at $13,800. I thought this deal seemed too good to be true, and so did cargurus.com because the deal was rated as too good to be true by the website. Listed, however, were a phone number and address to a certified dealership so I called to inquire. I spoke to 2 representatives of the dealership, whose names shant be posted here for legal reasons. Being reasonable, I explained that even the website had expressed doubt about the pricing, so I asked how that would be managed if I were interested in the deal as it was listed. Both assured me, after double checking their computer systems, that the car was recorded as having no major mechanical issues and that the price I had found online matched what they had listed for the vehicle. One of the two even hung up to double check, then called me back to assure me it was correct. One of the representatives suggested a date & time for me to come inspect the vehicle & sign paperwork, to which I agreed. I was also sent photos of the vehicle in question via text message one day after having scheduled the appointment. I have screenshots verifying the vehicles original pricing as well as the approximate time of appointment scheduling.I was interested in buying a vehicle because I am currently without one, so I used a paid ridesharing service (Lyft) to arrive at the previously agreed upon appointment time; in other words, I spent money to make that appointment. I have text messages which confirm this appointment time & location, and I also have ride receipts confirming that I paid to arrive at the appointment on time.Once I had arrived at the dealership, one of the representatives with whom I had previously spoken about the vehicle informed me that there had been a mistake in the vehicles pricing so the deal could not be completed as agreed. Specifically, I was informed that the vehicle had required maintenance and I calmly explained that this was unacceptable because I had spoken to two representatives, both of whom assured me I could purchase the vehicle at the listed price, and also because I had spent money to arrive at the appointment. A sales manager offered me a different vehicle at approximately that same price, but this new vehicle was one year older and had been driven approximately 30k more miles than the one I had intended to purchase. I rejected this deal as well, citing the significant increase in mileage as my primary concern.Again, I understand that the original price for the vehicle in question was significantly lower than is to be expected considering the specs, but that is not my primary point of contention. The primary issue is that representatives of a certified car dealership agreed numerous times, over the course of several days, to sell me the vehicle at the listed price only for those agreements (and subsequent actions) to be nullified due to some persons mistake. As representatives of the establishment, their actions have bearing on the dealership which means words of agreement spoken to customers should be honored. While I understand that humans make mistakes, I will not be held responsible for someone elses mistake and pay the price for it. This dealership should be ashamed itself, and I will pursue all retaliatory action possible.
Personal service (thank you, James!) and quick, dependable, and very thorough repairs. I’m used to leaving my car in the shop for a week; they did major repairs and had it back to me on the third day. They were very communicative throughout the entire process, which I appreciated, and explained exactly what needed to be done and why.
Just wondering how do you buy a CPO vehicle, 2019 Nissan Altima, and 3 months later have to replace two tires and alignment because your vehicle is shaking. You find out one tire had a bubble in it and the other had wear on the inside which both tires were 2015 tires. So 2015 tires on a 2019 vehicle? Not very honest people. They take your money and forget about you. This was not the first issue we have had with them either.
