This dealership is very pleasant to work with. Found a vehicle on line and inquired about it. Worked with Jackson, Quinton, and Alton. Went into dealership on 4/20/21. Quinton took us on our test drive and was very patient in explaining the features of the vehicle. Alton and Jackson confirmed that the price I saw online was what the vehicle was listed as. No hidden charges, or extras when we got to the dealership. Since I wanted to lease this vehicle I was given a monthly price range that depended on what I wanted to put up front, and my credit score. Gave them a deposit to hold the vehicle. Went back 4/23/21 to finalize the deal and when I told them how much deposit I was putting up they came back to me with the numbers on the low end of the range. Again no surprises. Quinton took us through setting up the vehicle and we were on our way. I have had many awful experiences at other car dealerships in the past and some good ones. This was definitely a good experience. There staff is not pushy and are very courteous. Would highly recommend Royal Honda to anyone.

Bought a Jeep from them 8 months ago and still have not received the title. They have absolutely quit communications with us. We were not rude or used any foul language to give them cause not to communicate with us. We have submitted a formal complaint to the state and next will be to make a complaint to their bond. Please have Vicky-Titles or Barbra-Manager give us a call, would love to get this resolved! Update: Still no one will call me back regarding this issue. I have talked with the State and they have put a compliance officer on the case. Maybe Royal Honda will talk to them! Hated to do it but enough is enough. Anyone reading this just know if you have issues that they will not resolve, you can go after their bond....most do not know this!!!

Mr. Schultz was my sales person. I must say, he was patient and kind to me at a very trying time. I suffer with long term covid headaches and had one working 2 days straight. My attention span was not at its best but he didnt mind my asking probably the same questions he already covered. I had a friend with me and Mr. Schultz made both of us feel relaxed. We looked at what was available. My family dynamic has changed and forced my hand to get a vehicle that could transport many types of special need equipment. My car was to small for that. Sales picked me up at the airport, and financing set me up with roadside assistance, a maintenance plan and a structured payment plan. The registration process took a minute, but I am chalking that up to the State of Texas and not Royal Honda.

Had the car for two weeks and the bumper detached on both sides and the bottom panel fell off while driving. Was told the car is how it is and that’s only cosmetic issue. No one ever told me when purchasing two weeks ago the bumper had issues. Only drove the car a hand full of times and it’s falling apart. If I could give this place no stars I would

They drill holes in the front bumper of brand new cars/suvs to install the front bumper license plate holder in a state where front license plates arent needed. Why? Because they want to put their name there. They also charge $697 for royal guard paint and $389 for Perma Plate paint coating... Its a sham.. It does nothing. Just look up Perma Plate and you will see. Sorry... Wont be buying my car here.

The service I received was excellent and efficient. Don was super courteous and helped me to consider all of my options. Even though we are in the midst of a pandemic, you can still walk in and speak with someone with regards to your car and then Make an appointment for a later time that suits you. I was able to make my appointment for the next day. They are also following all CDC protocols so you can definitely feel safe while getting your car serviced.

Vehicle pickup was also a breeze and Roy was very courteous in getting us checked out and back on the road.Overall Ill definitely be visiting again especially in light of my vehicles higher mileage, but as of now it drives smooth with a noticeable fresh breath of life. In 7 months when I noticed paint chipping on my bumper he said after me sending him pics of the bumper, come in and all he could do is put paint on it from a kit he had. He offered no other solution. I noticed more chipping but this time I went to service department. Right off the bat,no helpful information. But people or nice but must be unaware of products problem . I. Not Happy about having to maybe seek legal Ction. Tired of the dialogue, of trying to blame por workmanship on the customer.

Absolutely horrible. Dishonest people. Turned in a lease early as we were told the manager there would be no penalty as we were 16,000 miles under what we leased. Got a bill for the remainder of the lease and no one would return our calls or help us. Had to hire an attorney to resolve. Please find a dealership who is honest with their customers.

I entered the pristine Service Area through automatic doors and was immediately greeted by a cheerful service rep at my car door, who checked me in and directed me inside. Roy Sellers walked me through my repair and arranged for a shuttle, and was able to look up my prior service records out of state to recommend service needs and warranty information. Fresh coffee and several copies of the newspaper awaited me in the spacious socially distanced waiting room. Raymond, the shuttle driver, was courteous and personable for both trips to and from the dealership. The flow for checkout was as seamless as check in with everyone politely keeping distance while offering direction before i even needed to ask.Roy was kind and carefully explained my service and recommended my next steps for checkups. What could have been a typical errand to endure was quite a pleasant experience. Everyone i spoke to seemed to actually care about their jobs and their customer’s experience.
