The professional team of women supervisors and management in the service & maintenance department is superb and reliable. I received text message updates, call backs when promised, and a full explanation of my F Pace scheduled maintenance and system updates. Steve, the gentleman who was responsible for taking my loaner car from me, was personable, friendly, and another bright spot in my day during the pick up of my vehicle.Trey Howland in sales is by far the best sales person I have dealt with in the city. He was patient, thorough, honest, fair, respectful and diligent. I would and will buy another F pace from Trey.
My salesperson Kelli-Ann was very helpful and made the process as smooth as possible. The service center is also on top of things, an expectation of quality for such vehicles is a requirement and Paretti meets the need.

DO NOT BUY A JAGUAR FROM THEM! SERVICE IS TERRIBLE! I brought mine in for coolant sensor issues and the didnt return the rental car they told me to leave there with Hertz since they work together and charged me for it. Service Manager was not available to speak to me when I requested a call and filled out a survey. No one contacted me! Just tried to schedule an oil change and I would have to wait until December! Unbelievable!
Car was fully serviced and ready on time. Service department took us a day early to accommodate the Paretti body shop. Even though the situation changed the car was ready on time. Rachel and Holly were very pleasant and helpful.

I was truly worried about my collision repair because of the special color of my vehicle and the place of the damage, not to mention, I didnt have rental car coverage included in my insurance. Anyway, the work took longer than expected for other circumstances and I ended up with the rental car for about a month, so my concerns were about ALL my expenses in the end. I was totally relieved that my car Definitely was worth the wait looking PERFECT and the dealership paid the entire rental car bill for my inconvenience. Im beyond pleased with my experience, but still hope I never need the collision team again 😅

The F Pace is such a unique vehicle and it made me consider trading in my 2 year old Mercedes-Benz. I had the unfortunate experience of communicating with John Stall. I wanted to stay under 500 a month and since I’m trading in a car and putting down an additional down payment it should have been easy.From John Stall “because we sell such nice cars we always have a great selection of nice used cars. We can’t get you into a Jaguar for that price unless you have stellar credit”My credit is 810 and I’d have a trade and money down. I replied saying this AGAIN and he never responded.Im still with Benz.

Beware!! Service mgr has poor customer service skills. The dealership (mgmt) enforces unwritten policies that only they know and clearly acknowledge that customers are unaware!! I would never purchase a vehicle here and only use them for warranty work. Only trustworthy person is the service advisor. I ll take my business elsewhere.
The best car buying experience we have ever had, no pressure, very laid back. At one point we were not ready to buy but when we were ready they were ready. Great price and service (no waiting). Richard in the Jaguar Store was awesome.
Paretti Imports is excellent. I never have any major issues and if I have a problem it is easy to schedule an appointment. The Jaguar is wonderful, but the service is even better! We have had at least 6 Jaguar or Land Rover automobiles and never a problem.
Three tries and still not repaired. Free loaners or rentals and a car wash are nice; but, theyve had my car for a total of four or five weeks over the course of trying to fix an electrical issue three times and its still there. Oh yeah, they also sent two wheels out to the tune of around $350 because supposedly the rims were bent. The steering wheel still vibrates - no change. Their response - a rim is bent!

Worst experience possible, car sat there two weeks for a leaky radiator hose; everything you have heard about the nightmares that can happen with Jaguar service were completely true.I bought a certified pre-owned and it took them days to honor the warranty. For three years every time I brought it to get serviced they swore I didnt have any warranty.Worst experience of any car brand, worst dearship.
Paretti did a wonderful job on our F-Type. Service was excellent as usual. The problem we had with the buttons and a sensor was fixed in a very timely manner and right the first time. Definitely will return with the car when needing service
We just bought a beautiful 2019 Jaguar F Pace at Paretti in METAIRIE. The salesman Trey and sales manager Richard treated us like family. The customer service is the best you can imagine in a no pressure and no haggle environment. This is the second Jaguar we have bought from Richard and have had a great experience with sales and service. Its hard to buy a car when the salesman will only provide prices on the vehicles he wants to move. I visited Paretti Jaguar three times with a strong interest in the Jaguar F-Type. By my 3rd visit, I knew the F-Type would be my next vehicle.At the time, they had two 2017 and two 2018 F-Types in stock. They eagerly gave me prices on the 2017 models. I also asked for a price on one of the 2018 models that I was interested in. I knew the pricing would be more aggressive on the 2017, but I still wanted to compare. I asked my salesman for a price on the 2018 model three times, on three different occasions, and never did receive it!Finally, they sold the 2017 model to someone else and I have never heard from the salesman again! As a result of my sales experience with Paretti Jaguar, I am now driving my 5th Mercedes. I tend to be very brand-loyal when I like a product, so Paretti Jaguar really missed this opportunity.

NOT TRUST WORTHY. Prejudice. I ask questions about THE price of a repair and I was asked NOT too return. They would not Repair my car its a Jaguar I feel lime THEY PLACED me @ a great disadvantage. Not fixing my car was EVIL intended. Why shouldnt I KNOW WHAT IM paying for. Ginger the repair manager was VERY CONDESCENDING . I KNOW GOD WILL take CARE OF THIS FOR ME. They only hurt themselves by this unmerit decesion not too repair my car. God will deal with THEM his way in his time. I was told by her that the owner told her too do thisSo he will also ANSWER God for his bad BEHAVIOUR.

Paeretti has been good and not so good in this pass year of dealing with their customer service and their mechanics. They made good with me when I had issues with my card not scanning properly and not making a big deal with holding my vehicle without extra charge. The bad has come when on three occasions their mechanics have left screws out of place or panels not put back and my left led tail light panel nuts loosened. Also, taking over a month to figure out the issue I had with a burnt out led tail light, which one thing they did good was provide a loaner but only after I complained. Sometimes I felt they rushed to get me my car without doing a review of the vehicle to make sure everything is fine. Lastly, I clearly had an issue with my brakes rubbing and the service department and mechanics assured me they couldn’t duplicate the issue. I could’ve easily showed them if they listened, instead they wanted to charge two brand new tires stating that should fix whatever issue, even though they claimed they couldn’t duplicate the rubbing noise. Not impressed at all to the fact it’s the only Jaguar dealership in New Orleans. So much for buying luxury cars doesn’t duplicate luxury services.

She got me a convennient appointment . She was very pleasent. When i brought the car in Connie and the entire staff in service were extreamly knowledgeable, helpful and plwasant. It was like being with old friends who were there to help you. They did an assesment of what the car needed and provided me options to consider.Jaguars are not enexpensice to repair but they did the correct repairs for a very fair price with a onrmw year warranty on the work they did and everything to factory spec.my experience was very good and my car was better than new.Connie, you and the service stadf were superb a d grwatly appreciated. Me and my fiance went to this dealership on this past Saturday and there wasnt any sales people anywhere in site. We did go in sat in a vehicle and still no one came to ask us if we needed help. When we pulled up we did see a man and a lady that worked there and Im more then sure they saw us enter the building. Maybe they met their numbers for the month and didnt need anymore business.
