It was a good experience. The environment was rather stuffy and warm. The two ladies working were friendly, rather knowledge and quite professional. The free phones were not tempting or very exciting. I went to cricket for a certain phone. The phone I purchased was an 2021 model instead of the 2020 model which the store didnt have. At the moment, satisfied with my purchase.

Ive been with yall for 5 yrs and not once hqave I ever been offered an upgrade(5 yrs) whereas the company I was with before offered upgrades every 3 or 4 months, my plan was decent so I kept hoping for one but whenever I questioned them, they were more than happy to sell me a new one...Im 65 yrs old so if youre my age ask questions, you would have thought after seeing my face once a month it would send up a red flag....guess Im gonna have to go elsewhere. Shame on you Cricket! Beware friends

Cricket was a lot better before it became an AT&t monopolists conquest. Ive had my cricket account since 2007. Customer service has always been pretty shabby. But ever since they sold out to AT&t, service has deteriorated while price has increased. For me it is an excellent example of why corporate monopolies should be smashed. FREE MARKETS !!!

Terrible service. I payed around $150 for new phone, the next day the phone didnt work. It was supposedly new and not refurbished. I went to bring it back and they refused. I brought the receipt, phone and accessory which is the charger cause it doesnt come with anything else and because I threw the box away they didnt offer me any help. There are no managers in the store. The manager did all her business with me on her employees speaker phone. She offered no kind of help, Very unprofessional.

I like Cricket. Its part of At&t. Terrible choices in phones though. I prefer to buy a great phone on Amazon prime and bring it with me. I get international service added for $5 or $10 dollars more. I can call my family in different countries. No hotspot included.
