I am very grateful to Joaly for helping me to solve the issue with Metro PCS app on my phone - I got a new phone, and the app was not working, I went to 3 different Metro locations to try to fix the app, but nobody could figure it out. Finally Joaly at 1000 Veterans managed to fix it! This lady is super-smart! Thanks, Joaly!

My phone service was good but they didnt update my credit card so they turned off my service. I tried to pay on phone with a check but they dont take checks so I cancelled service and went to Boost.
