My iPad was cracked and the man said bring it in tomorrow so I did. I drop it off and 1 hour later its ready no cracks nothing AND IT ALSO HAD A SCREEN PROTECTER ON IT. IT LOOKS AMZIMG

Took in my pretty badly cracked phone which was was non functioning but the screen worked and was told i would have to pay 150$ but then was told i would have to pay another 100$ due to the back needing to be replaced too. i paid it and was told it would be ready in a couple days. it wasnt. then i was told it would be fixed the next week. it wasn’t. this continued to happen. then when i went to pick it up and ask when it would be ready after not having it for a week or two i was told he didn’t know i wanted it fixed. he wouldn’t give me my money back in addition. he messed up my sisters screen as well so it was non functioning and fixed my brothers ipad however it now has dead spots on the screen. save your money and find someone else or pay for your phones insurance it’s the same price most likely or cheaper than this SCAM.

Really really happy with my experience with this business! I called prior to my visit for a quote to replace glass on my cellphone, got a reasonable quote and a great turnaround time. Went to business and asked for quote again and was quoted a different price ($15 more), I told the gentleman I had already gotten a quote which was $15 cheaper and he said no problem, I’ll honor that. It was my fault for difference in prices, I didn’t mention my phone was 7 “plus”. He honored the original quote and I had my phone back in 20 minutes. Great job, great price and great service!

I came in & they helped me immediately. My iPhone 7 Plus was fixed with in 15 minutes. The man was wonderful. He went above & beyond. Not only did he fix my screen he even went as far as looking into my phone to see if there were any issues with the inside. He then showed me my battery was not far away from exploding as a big hole was in it. He was very respectful & helpful. I will not go anywhere else but here. I dropped my phone breaking the screen, making it impossible to retrieve the last photos of my Father who had just passed away. I was devastated! Ok so for a few months the gps has been acting up, then last week it got very bad. The arrow wasn’t sticking to any roads much less the route, the route was starting about a half mile from where I actually was and my actual location wasn’t coming up at all. Then the Bluetooth stopped connecting. The Apple store restored the factory settings but when that didn’t fix the problem they suggested it was the logic board and recommended I buy a brand new iPhone 6 for $299.I couldn’t do that but a few days later the phone phone really went crazy this afternoon, so I brought it to iCover Phone Repair to see if they could save me from having to buy a new phone. He thought he could just replace the GPS antenna. He said it would be $45 if it worked and he wouldn’t charge me if it didn’t.In an hour I had a perfectly working phone. Went in to have my cracked iPhone screen fixed. This man replaced the screen, but the phone was still blacked out. He charged me full price for fixing half of the issue, I was absolutely appalled. Took it elsewhere to finish getting my phone repaired!

Product (screen) was faulty. My phone began lighting up by itself without being touched for the first time in a year of owning it. The replaced screen broke immediately upon being dropped for the first time WITH THE CASE ON IT. A large upper corner of the screen fell out exposing the inside of the phone & causing LED damage. When I asked for a replacement, I was refused & offered a measly 15% off the price, which is TWENTY DOLLARS HIGHER THAN THE APPLE STORE screen replacement. Do not go here. Poor product, poor service.
