This store has a lot to choose from, many cases of different kinds and cell phones to buy. The owner is knowledgeable and nice. We came from LaPlace and were glad we did. The store is nice looking inside and he is open many hours of the week.

This place is horrible, they dont give you a price over the phone, like what is the big deal about giving a price? Im just trying to get some quotes, its nothing personal, thats a bit ridiculous.

Terrible! I called to ask few questions about an iPhone 6 screen repair, when I asked the guy kindly if he can make it for less, he said in these word “you are not welcome in that business do not call here again” and hanged up. What is going on here? His response was way too rude for such a simple question! I was shocked. Plus, he quoted me $50 more then the other place that I ended up going. Shame on him being aggressive for no reason. Bottom line they were: Expensive, negative people and BAD customer service. Simple they don’t deserve my business. Give your money for those who welcome you and have the patience for your questions.

DONT go here! It happened to be close to me so I dropped my phone off. I called back to see if it was ready 4 hours later, someone answers saying, hello, talk talk talk!! He then rudely told me my phone still wasnt ready (its 8pm now) and when I asked him why he was being so rude, he told me to come get my phone. I went to get it and he handed it to me and told me not to come back. Shocked and confused, I took it somewhere the next day only to find out that PARTS WERE MISSING FROM INSIDE OF MY PHONE! This place should be shut down. Avoid at all costs

I spent $850 on a sealed iPhone 7S from this store on 10/28 and it worked flawlessly until today. Today I was blocked from the ATT network and was told that the IMEI was coming up as lost/stolen. I can only explain my interactions with the staff at this store as antagonistic, I was told that they were not open to refund or replacement and that this was MY problem. They said that they would help me clean the IMEI for $50. When I refused, they said that they would pay for the cleaning on their own, but that I could not post any reviews of my experience. I refused, and we are where we are now. BUYER BEWARE. There is some shady stuff going on here, and perhaps they are not selling stolen phones outright, but they are certainly from dubious origin.

Dont go here dont call him on the phone theyll tell you one price and then try to charge you another price went there to buy a phone over the phone when I called him told me $60 when I got there he told me $150 the phone battery was dead I told him I had an extra battery in my truck I went and got the battery stuck it in his phone turned it on to see if it would work it did work but then he tried to keep my battery dont go here he will try to steal your stuff and he lies
