Today we went to this location and Kai took care of my husbands and my phone upgrades and was an absolute PLEASURE to work with! I wanted to get her number and be her friend by the time we were done because she was such a joy to be around. I highly recommend this location! Customer service from Kai was absolutely incredible and she even enjoyed our wild 2 year old being with us. Will absolutely be back for all our ATT needs!

The representative was very courteous and professional. She was also very knowledgeable. I was quite impressed with the customer service I received. Much better service than Ive ever received from my previous wireless phone carrier.

Today Me and My Wife Went into this Location To Check on Some Charges we were emailed about that didn’t make much of sense because we just got 2 phones and had a WiFi modem ordered with them not even 2 weeks ago, and It seems no one can explain anything CORRECTLY, The suppose to be manager isn’t explaining anything professionally, Quickly tried to shove us off to a customer service number, and it was just a beyond annoying experience, We were told that they have nothing to do with our WiFi in store but in store is where we signed up and purchased the WiFi…. they telling us our accounts are separate (phone accounts & WiFi Account) which doesn’t make sense because we got them in a bundle together, the manager said we would have to bundle over the phone lol COMPLETE JOKE… I still don’t Have Any kind of Clues as to what to do

It was a pleasure working with Kelvyn Roque. He was very personable, responsive and customer oriented. He didnt make us feel rushed or ignorant. He took care of everything in switching us from Verizon, who wed been with for more than 12 years, over to AT&T to take advantage of their current, awesome deal. If ever I have an issue with my phone or service, Im going to ask for him by name. Definitely 5 out of 5 stars.

I had an online order cancelled because they couldnt verify I made the order and was told to go into a store. Reluctantly I went, but I am really glad I did. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by all of the associates and Ky started to assist me. While Ky was taking down my information, we had a small pop culture discussion with the other associates, Marlene and Alex. I already knew what I went in for with all my information ready which made the interaction quick and easy considering it was about time to close. Everything took about 15-20 minutes tops; I was out of there 5 minutes before close. Once again big thanks to Ky, Marlene, and Alex, they were all amazing!

I went into the store today and had a horrible experience. I have five devices on my account. This one particular time I had to order another device as opposed to purchase it in the store. When I receive the order in the mail I brought the device in to get assistance and help set it up. The representative had zero interest in assisting me. She had an attitude and didn’t want to be bothered. So I took my device and left.

I was assisted by Yunelly and she was so helpful, nice and knowledgeable.

Kelvyn A Roque is very kind and patience att tech. He help us find the phones and plans that we wanted. Everything he told me and my husband was true. My first bill came and no hidden fees was on it. My husband didnt like the phone he pick and he came to our house and exchanged the phone for him. And hes very professional and one of the best att person that I ever met.

An AT&T rep committed fraudulent misrepresentation and stole my old phone. On 12/21/20, Kelvyn Roque advised he was verifying customer satisfaction with recent wireless tech visit. He then sold me two phones. On 12/23/20, I gave him my old phone as a trade-in for discount on one of my new phones. The terms of my agreement are entirely different than what he said they would be. Also, the credits he said would apply were not applied. Most importantly, my old phone has not been turned into AT&T and they are not able to track it. I attempted to resolve this with Pam at AT&T customer loyalty. She has tried to locate Kelvyn, to no avail. The store his invoice indicates he works for (2222 Clearview Pkwy, Metairie, LA 70001) has hung up on Pam with AT&T several times and they have hung up on me after stating Kelvyn does not work for them. I have called Kelvyn and texted him several times on his cell phone. He has refused to call me back.

Don’t go to Elmwood store. Head to the Clearview store for a much better experience. Mike was awesome to deal with.

Staff here were unorganized and not helpful. They missed out on good business. After leaving this location, I went to the store at 2937 Veterans (which is also another corporate store) in Metairie, and they were able to give me what I asked for and offered additional support and plugged me in for some sweet promotions.

Everyone is so polite here. I was in and out like I planned to be, so I can be to work on time. Every time I come to this store everyone has a bright spirit and help you resolve your problems fast with your mobile service. I would recommend anyone to this store, thank you guys a lot for your service and time.

The manager went out on his way to get our concerns taken care of. Our minds were made up that we were going to switch providers, but his great customer service and attentiveness to our needs made us stay with AT&T.

My friend his internet was comletely not working for ten days and has been dropping connection for one mont. This is very very bad and he is still getting billed

Internet has been giving trouble for over a month now. For at least ten days it was nothing, now it keeps dropping connection. That is a long time go without internet these days.

This store is highly unprofessional. They sold me a phone that was dysfunctional out of the box, I brought it back the next day only wanting to exchange it for the same make and model! They ran a diagnostic and said “nothing was wrong” and that it was a $45 restocking fee, but they would pass and let me exchange it! Only thing was they didn’t have my color. The guy that was from another at&t store that was working there today wanted me to go to his store he originally is from! That was a red flag to me and also my husband. So the manager said he would put it in the system on my account that I wanted to trade and that we could go to ANY at&t store! So I went to Apple second, they ran a diagnostic also and found that the phone was no good. Told me that if at&t wouldn’t let me trade I could send it off through them. So I went to check another at&t store, they called the manager at Clearview and the manager lied and told them no, he didn’t say that!!!!!!! It took all I had in me not to go back and curse them out, but the at&t store I went to still helped me out and I was able to exchange without paying a fee! This store is unprofessional, and no good! I will never step foot in here again.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got my new phone line since gf wont give my phone back, so now she can pay her own bill. Never talked to her since, Employed was pretty helpful, very nice and well trained

They lied to my 18 year old daughter!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION!!!!!They said she it was mandatory for her to pay monthly payments and she could not just buy a watch outright. WHAT A LIE!!!!!!!

The absolute worst customer service ever!!! The employees could care less about the customers. They are EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. They speak like a bunch of street thugs. After my second visit today, the representative yelled at my daughter when she asked me why they were being so rude. I don’t leave reviews but I also don’t let anyone mess with my child!!! Please don’t go to this store, drive the extra mile to any other store. I swear I’ve never in my life seen an employee act this way, when she’s the one who screwed up my account in the first place!!!

Piss poor. Sold my elderly mother in law a $60.00 flip phone. She inquired about returning it. They mentioned her having 7 days but didnt bother to mention they charge a $50.00 restocking fee on a 69.00 phone. Sad customer service.
