Went in to get a SIM card for a new iPad. David was extremely helpful and I was out of there in 10 minutes. Great experience, thanks!

I came to this store today 10/5/2021 around 12:15pm. There were two associates working in the store that were extremely helpful and polite. Despite a computer discrepancy, they both did everything they could to allow me to pick up my order right then instead of having to come back later in the afternoon. I told my two kids I would have a surprise for them when I picked them up from school today. I explained that to the associates and they went above and beyond to help me make sure I could keep my promise to my children. When I searched the address I noticed a man left a review for this store location from two days ago stating complaints about masks and nonvaccinations. When I walked into the store everyone was in compliance with health safety measures and shields are in place around the computers/registers. Im appalled that someone would inquire about an employees personal health information and then publicly post it on Google for everyone to see. I hope the negative post gets removed and doesnt negatively reflect on these employees here.

David & Maria were very professional and knowledgeable. I picked up my new phone 📱 and they helped me get started setting up the phone. They were spot on and i appreciated their concern about my satisfaction.

The person waiting on me had his mask dangling on one ear the whole time while waiting on several customers. When I was near finishe and no other customers were in the store, I questioned him about the mask requirement for all employees and customers and he abruptly stated that he was behind a shield, yet he wasn’t always behind a shield as he talked to some customers on the side of his desk. I asked him if he was vaccinated and he stated no. I asked him why he wasn’t and he stated that everyone he knew that got vaccinated is dead.

So I was alone on a lil New Orleans vacation and needed extra data for my prepaid phone. Not knowing where much was, I saw a Verizon store and decided to drop in to see if they could help me add data to my line. I had been trying to no avail to do it by myself with the 800 number all night. I came in and met Susana!😍 She was so patient and knowledgeable.She had to do several things through the 800# to add my payment and data. She was so nice the entire time! She wasnt exactly sure what to do at first but she knew she was going to help me!! By the time I had left she had helped me change my form of payment,she had added data to my phone then to top it off I needed a charger and she dug deep to find me one at a great price!! I cant say enough except Ty Susana!! You were a highlight of my trip(and thats saying ALOT because Metairie was amazing!) Susana needs a raise! ♥️😁 She also gave me recommendations for dinner! I mean .. it was the best stop of the day!

I came to this location due to having an unpleasant experience at the other Verizon store across from lakeside mall. While here we had an amazing customer service experience and the lady who helped us was very nice and accommodating. I HIGHLY recommend shopping at this Verizon Store.

Jessica did a great job. She was pleasant and very knowledgeable. Our lines were having issues being ported over, but she worked endlessly to get it done. No issues with Verizon or Jessica just the company we were moving on from. (They must have known we were leaving them and didn’t want to let us go lol)

Susana was so patient and was very helpful with helping me select the best devices and plan. It sucks that they didnt carry some of the demo models for me to check out and also didnt have any stock of the model that I end up selecting, but thats why she gets 5 stars and high praises, because she was STILL ABLE to help me lock in devices and a plan. She had a great attitude, knowledgeable, and told me about all the promos that was going on, she wasn’t hasty or rushing me and her tone was very friendly, which made me very comfortable and able to process in the decision making process. Im glad I was able to find this location with all the great ratings, and even though I didnt get to meet this “Paige” person that people were raving about on the Google reviews, Susana definitely showed me the customer service excellence that fits all the things I was reading about.

This is third party retailer. I was not made aware of that when I shopped here. While the employees were very friendly and eager to help, I was mislead about the discount I would receive for a trade-in, I was told my devices should arrive in a couple days but it took a week, and then they charged me $40 “set-up-and-go” fees on each device without making it clear that Verizon would also charge me an activation fee. I understand paying for convenience and whatnot, but they should still be clear about their business practices.

We called to store beforehand to see if they were open because of COVID-19. Everyone else seemed to be closed but Jessica let us come in and helped us right away. We bought a new iPhone fast and easy. Jessica was amazing and I’d highly recommend her and this store!

Went in unsure about purchasing an Apple Watch. However, the employee there, Jessica, did a wonderful job on letting me know the benefits on having the watch. She even helped my pick which size and band would work best for me and look professional since I work in customer service.

I have been to this Verizon location many times..after my initial visit, I will not go to another location and refer any one and everyone to the amazing staff. On more than one ocassion both Jessica and Gwen have gone above and beyond to assist me. The store is impeccable maintained they are extremely knowledgeable and have often guided me to things that I was not aware were available to me, not just saving me money but providing me the best options for service, devices, and plans for my family . The service at this store was particularly great and refreshing, especially since I had dealt with a very frustrating and less than knowledgeable clerk earlier at a different location. Amari immediately started helping me with patience and she knew what the other store didn’t. She took the time to ensure that all was worked out for me and even helped review products I am interested in. On top of it, they offered a delicious Halloween cupcake.

They went the extra marathon (thats right 26.2188 miles) to get my original number back to me so that I wouldnt have to spend countless hours updating my contacts to a new phone number. I suffer from a disability and I came in to get a new phone. The young lady Jessica that helped me was so kind and patient with me. My wife and I appreciate her patients with us. My experience at the Verizon store with Jessica Perkins and Lay was absolutely awesome. Ive been in the store more than once trying to find a good deal on my new Samsung note 8, and they were very accommodating to help guide me in the right direction. When I mentioned that I would come to the store so they could help me with the operation of my new phone, they were both very agreeable.

I come into this location all the time to pay my bill. The girls at this store are very nice. The last time I was there the store manager helped me get my things back on my phone after I accidentally erased it. She did not make me feel like I was stupid, took her time, and was very nice. I love this location. I won’t ever go to another location.

I came into the store a few weeks ago because my phone was not behaving. I was not able to get into any of my apps, I could not make calls, nor was I able to text. At the time I arrived, I was very upset. To be frank, I was not the nicest person I could have been. I was assisted by the manager, Jessica, who could not have been nicer. I travel a lot, meet a lot of people from all over, and she is one of the most patient people I have met. She was not phased by my attitude, she smiled, and helped me every way she could. She politely asked me questions about what I was doing on my device when it started misbehaving. We spoke casually as she worked on my phone, completing every diagnostic step she could think of, and when she could not get my device to cooperate, she explained to me my options. Jessica took the time to not only set me up with a new device, but she also made sure that all of my items were on it, and showed me the newest updates on it. I have not always had pleasant experiences in retail stores, but Jessica has restored my faith. She has made me a Verizon customer for life. I recommend this store to every one. If you care about true customer service, politeness, and patience, then this is the store for you. Ask for Jessica. You won’t regret it. And tell her Claire sent you. :).
