I went to get a new pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses as my recently purchased pair was scratched on the lens. I was going to replace the lens, but Ray-Ban informed me that those sunglasses were discontinued. They offered me 30% off an online purchase of a new pair.I informed Ronald and he said he could do one better. I can trade in my old pair and buy a new pair at half price.I happily took him up on this better offer. Ronald was proactive and provided me with a better option.

Great experience!!! This was my first time purchasing frames. The team was very patient with me and gave me several pairs of frames to try on. They explained how each pair was different as well as the pros and cons of each pair. I left with 2 pairs of frames and I am now looking forward to building my collection.
