Awesome store, has rare dvds, cool guitars, clean, and staff very friendly

This pawn shop is not so bad if you get over the fact that it is a pawn shop. They have lots of movies and other neat stuff. I got nice golf clubs here for a fraction of what I would have normally paid for them. The lady that helped me was nice and courteous.

Absolute rudest manager ever. I am glad she didnt have to help me. I watched the people one by one get treated like a hassle. I feel like you should apologize for the inconvenience of needing assistance. The associate that helped me was nice, he didnt have the bothered attitude nearly as much as the woman that calls herself the manager. I watched as she seemed to literally enjoy telling someone they dont take anything that person brought in. I dont know what they do take but NOTHING seemed to be good enough. The items were used but in pretty good condition, I have seen a lot worse or worn for sale in there. I just dont think she wanted to be bothered with the guy. None of the people that I saw trying to pawn their items had anything she would take. I actually felt sorry for each person trying to pawn their items. The associates had to get her OK before taking or not taking any items for pawn and she treated each person just horribly and spoke to them like they brought garbage in. I stood there dumbfounded that this woman actually had a job much less as manager of a business that deals in any kind of customer service. I heard the guy refer to her as bucktooth b*tch as they left to go to the other location. I dont like to hear a woman get called horrible names but they were treated like bums that came in with garbage. Each customer treated just as bad as the last by this woman. It was almost like who do you think you are? The customers I saw werent dressed raggedy. I dont think it really mattered anyway, I am just happy she didnt have to talk down to me, its a shame that I was actually appreciative for anyone else to get my number in line. Why should anyone else that works there treat customers decent when the person in charge doesnt or wont?

Dont pawn your stuff there they will rip you off with a smile on their face. The customer service is horrible and the employees are in no rush to help you

The workers have zero work ethic. They engage with each other more than the customer. The one particular associate I had actually asked me how to do her job. She also complained about her manager giving her a task to do during a slow period. They move slower than almost humanly possible. One associate completely ignored me standing at the counter to be helped then got up to work when someone she knew came in. Don’t go here if you don’t have too. They make the customer feel as though the associates are being put out or inconvenienced for actually doing their job. Laziest bunch of workers ever

This store was good before, now it sucks. They say that the policies changed when the owner changed . I used to go there all the time, no anymore .

This place had the worst service I have ever seen. When you cant find a serial number when its literally staring you in the face, you dont deserve your job and probably should never vote either. I would rather drag my balls through a mile of broken glass than to ever set place in this overpriced hell hole again.

Could not get anyone to takethe time to tell me if they had the specific gun I was looking for over the phone. Repeatedly told to call back.. Poor customer service $600 they wont get from me

I do not recommend any one to come to this store they sell things that do not work and when you try to get a refund they don’t want to give to you so if you buy any washer machine or dryer they are most likely ripping you off ! Very bad service!!!!!!!!!
