I use to go here. The cashiers were really nice. Today was horrible!! Ok i know we take our own bags.. but now 25 cents to get a cart.. must have a quarter to put in coin slot!!Then the cashier was horrible and rude.Its been awhile since i have been there.. will b a lot longer u til i go back.They need customer service training.

They charge 25 cents to use a basket and charge for bags. The place is small. If you only want a couple things quick, its fine. No idea if the prices are good. People seemed nice.

Probably the best Save-A-Lot Ive ever been to. The produce was fresh and a great selection. Really good meats. Attentive customer service. Very clean, bright atmosphere. And you know you cant beat those prices. I am very happy I found this store.

Cheap groceries. They have a rotating stock, so they wont always have what youre going for, but usually you cant find better prices. Most of their meat is Choice or better, they have cage free eggs and some organic options. Employees are helpful if youre looking for something. Bring your own bags or you get charged for them, theyre still very inexpensive though.

The cashier was very helpful. the grapes were fresh, sweet and firm. the store was well lit, not cluttered and clean. it was a pleasant experience.

Ive never heard of most of the brands they carry at this place. But food is food, right? I mean, as long as its not expired its probably okay. The produce here is usually really fresh and the meat is good. Bring your own bags or pay for plastic bags at the register.

Best kept secret Grocery of Metairie! Best deals on food, canned goods, frozen foods, even pastries. Come here to check out the fresh vegetables, at a much lower price than Walmart. Good deal on yogurt, cottage cheese, pizza, frozen burgers.
