My husband and I recently visited Dr Laurie Hebert at Creel Hearing Center for hearing tests. The staff made us feel comfortable upon arriving. Dr Hebert took her time, testing our hearing thoroughly. My husband needed a hearing aid & she has patiently worked with him to make sure he is using it properly. We were very happy with our experience.

As a lifelong HA user, I can say with some authority that Creel Hearing Center is the best provider of hearing services I have ever used. Dr. Laurie Hebert and Lynn Creel are consummate yet compassionate professionals. They and the rest of their staff provide fantastic service with very fast turnaround times on repairs and new products. Cant say enough good things about them.

Creel Hearing Center in Metairie has been helping me with my hearing aid(I only need one right now) for about 8 years. They started with the hearing test when I was told to see an audiologist and have been assisting me with hearing aid checkups/hearing tests/batteries, etc. I have never had difficulty in getting appointments and they are all very professional and kind. Definitely recommended.

Fit me in on the same day I called and ended up not only fixing my hearing aid but updating my firmware and giving me a hearing exam to confirm I did not need to have my settings adjusted. Lynn Creel, Laurie Hebert and the rest of the staff are friendly, accommodating and patient. They are steadfast in making sure the patient is comfortable with the hearing aid that works best for their lifestyle. And if the first one does not fit, they continue trying different options until hearing aids for the perfect fit and hearing experience.

I enjoyed my visit. She was patient and eager to help me with my problem with vertigo. I will definitely recommend.

I have been wearing hearing aid for 3 years and thought that I could hear until I went to Creel Hearing Center. Dr. Laurie and the staff did everything they could to get the right hearing aids and set me up to hear like I havent heard in a long time. They took the time to fine tune my hearing aids and taught me how to use all the technology. I was excited with the first hearing aids, but thanks to Dr Laurie I am like a kid with a new toy and its my hearing.

Today was another positive experience at Creel Hearing Center. Mrs Creel quickly analyzed the problem with my four-year old hearing aid and came up with options to pursue in the future should the hearing aid fail.Creel has been my go-to place for over 25 years. I now live near Baton Rouge and drove to Metairie simply because I don’ t trust anywhere else with my hearing like I do Creel Hearing Center.
