M:It is hard to find a business today that cares more about their customers than making $$$. Crescent City Hearing Center is such a place. It starts with the always helpful Leslie answering the telephone an offering her help. Then Tony, who goes out of his way to make wearing my hearing aids a rewarding, pleasant, and necessary experience. The man does wonders. Then last but certainly not least, there is DeDe. When my wife made the initial call to her and explained my situation, DeDe did anything and everything to help me. Had it not been for her I don’t know where I would be today. I wasn’t expecting such a professional and personal hearing aid experience. An excellent product for me, personal service at its best, and a real interest in making me feel comfortable about having something in my ears! But the biggest improvement was in my quality of life. I didn’t even think I HAD hearing loss, just impatient people around me! How’s THAT for being out of touch! I told Tony (my audiologist) that the people around me are so much more patient and smarter now that I can hear them!!!

Admitting to hearing loss and deciding to get hearing aids is a difficult position for most. This group of professionals made it a piece of cake. Tony Guyotte, who suffers from a life time of hearing loss, was able to successfully prepare me for this difficult transition. He has very clear and up front about the entire process, and he related in a warm and engaging manner. A consummate professional, he answered all of my questions and took his time with me. Additionally, the front desk was refreshingly pleasant and accommodating. I would recommend this organization without hesitation.They’ve given me my life back!
