We truly loved Mrs. Clara. She helped us tremendously with insurance and deductibles as well as how nice and positive she was when we met her at her appointment. Dr. Templet was so very kind and thorough in his examination as well as communicating with both my mom and myself. He helped mom in every way possible to get the hearing aids that were best for her in her budget.... I can’t thank them enough for everything they did for my mom from start to finish!!!

I went to Hearing Health Care of Louisiana because it was recommended to me by my insurance company. What a surprise to find that such professionalism and knowledge would be what I encountered! Somehow I figured if it was recommended by my insurance, it would be a run of the mill operation. NO WAY! Rance is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, down to earth, patient, anticipatory (he knew most of my questions before I asked them), and has a wonderful sense of humor. On my first visit, my vanity was riding right on my shoulders. What? Me? Hearing aides? By the time I ordered the aides, had them explained to me and demonstrated by Rance, I decided, dont fear it, embrace it! And I have.I cannot recommend anybody more for this rather delicate step in life. Many of us of a certain age, arent ready to accept that. Trust me, Hearing Health Care and Rance, will reassure you. Once again, the amazing people at hearing health care went the extra 5 miles! My hearing aids keep getting damp from sweat & other reasons, making them sound weak. So, after giving them a thorough cleaning, Clara gave me a Ziploc with some packets in it so that, when I put the aids in it overnight, it sucks out all moisture, ensuring they always have the best sound! This is just 1 example of the care & professionalism that you can expect from this place on a regular basis!
