We purchased a Thermador combination convection oven and speed oven. The speed oven stopped working after only 1 day. They were not helpful in trying to fix this. They claimed they had no other unit to replace it with. Thermador gave me the run around first saying it would be fixed, then saying they didnt have the parts, then saying it would be replaced, then saying the unit was backordered for months. I have requested several times to return the unit and be refunded. This has not been resolved.Do not trust them. Shop elsewhere.This has been a truly horrible experience.

During a shelter in place advisory Our 25 year old washer broke down and was unrepairable. My repairman who gave me the sad news recommended Speed Queen and Scotts Appliances, so I called them. The folks at Scotts were extraordinarily helpful and over the phone guided me in the selection of a washer suitable for our needs. Then, they quickly contacted their delivery driver to pick up one more washer at their warehouse. Unbelievably, within 50 minutes from my original phone call, my new washer was installed and in operation. I highly recommend Scotts Appliances. This is incredible service under normal conditions, and given the present situation, this is outstanding service to the customer beyond what would ever be expected.

Great appliance place, I bought my washer and dryer here. Everything working good. They are very friendly and helpful. They also have free delivery and installation on all the products.

I had an installation from a person by the name of sending a refrigerator and was crooked and didnt like the install at all.

Great service only down side is that dont finance which is a shame I would have bought all of my kitchen there owner is very friendly and helpful.
