Don’t sell your car here! They will high ball you online with the ‘Auto Nation Pre Certified Price’ and then slash 25% off the price. And don’t even get me started about the amount of time wasted. Took 3 hours to print 10 pieces of paper to sign. Ridiculous.

I went for an oil change. I also inquired about my broken glove box which they helped me with and they ran a diagnostic as well. Overall I got my oil changed and my brake fluid exchange service. My only complaint would be they didnt reset my oil meter. When I got in the car and checked it still said 16% until I reset it myself.

I had a bad experience last week, I took my car to have it repair with a simple problem and came out with three more caused by the mechanic.They had my car for almost a week, their excuse, they only have one mechanic.They completely diminish my warranty parts and they didnt fix the actual problem.What a fiasco!!!!!

My car was here for a week getting repaired and now I have another car problem after leaving here. .. no one answers the phone and got called once after a week for a status of my car. Tremenda mierda.

You have to walk across a busy street at night in the rain to see the car. They cant go bring it to the front like every other dealership? Especially when you gave them 2 hours notice before coming in they couldve had it parked up front waiting.

This dealership has the most disgusting customer service I have ever seen for a car dealership. Not to mention the ALREADY poor parking lot area for both new customers and returning for (oil changes, mechanical issues etc.) but the people who “work” there don’t even bother to help you. I was a new customer, instead of assisting me on where to park he kept told me everywhere I couldn’t park in an extremely rude manner and walked away. He was an older gentlemen on the heavier side with white hair. I was so frustrated I didn’t could even grab his name. I ended up just leaving because to me first impressions are everything. I would never recommend wasting your time here.
