I bring both my Range Rover HSE here as well as my Defender 90. The service withJoel is always fast and perfect. The other day I dropped my Range Rover off for an Electrical tune up. This morning I thought i would clean the truck and clean up the engine bay as I like to do after anyone works under the hood. To my complete amazement when I opened the hood the team over at Miami British took the time to not only clean up after themselves but detail the engine bay. I have never had any shop do that before and I think it shows a higher lever of customer and vehicle care. If you dont use them you should!Shane

I love my Range Rover Sport but have suffered for 7 years with the service center at the North Dade Land Rover dealership. Two friends recommended Miami British. Happily, I was not disappointed when I unexpectedly had to take my car for an alternator replacement. It turns out additional service was needed but Joel explained each component clearly and succinctly. He sent a video of the work in progress and even delivered a day earlier than promised. Car repairs are traumatizing but these guys made it as painless as possible.

I ordered a tow hitch for my Range Rover from them..it weighed 70 pounds! They shipped it for free all the way to Washington State! Wow! It was in perfect condition and fast shipping! These guys are Awesome!

The BEST place to take your Range Rover Land Rover in Miami! They are reasonably priced and fast. They have done many upgrades and maintenance on my 2012 LUX RR, I have had my timing chain done about 7 months ago and the truck has been driving like new ever since, they have done my brakes and my oil changes all fast and very professional. Joel has been an EXCELLENT Service manager.

Disappointed. Flushed my coolant and cracked a line and sent me on my way before a road trip. Now I cant keep coolant in my truck .

Everything OK. They had the parts and they were very friendly

The clerk charged me for a G48 coolant and gave me the XLC coolant to keep the cash difference in his pocket. I left and I realized that too late. If you think you will be saving money here rather than buying parts at the Dealership, think twice, their prices are not great either.

I would like to highly recommend Miami British. As a female, its difficult to find a trustworthy mechanic. The staff was friendly, reasonably priced, and kept me up to date on every step of the service that was being provided. Thank you all!

These guys are the worst. Forget all the five star ratings with no review and local guide stuff with limited review content. These guys sent a defective product. I sent them an email with photos asking for a return shipping label. No response. Called twice no response. Put it into dispute with Paypal and no response. Sent them another email directly. No response. After 2 months Paypal sent me a message that I need to return parts at my expense for a refund. Look at the low google ratings and see real reviews about how bad the customer service is!!!!

Honest shop with Fair prices Joel was very professional, and informative throughout the duration of my repair. If you are looking for a local independent LR shop in the Miami area that will respect and fix your Land Rover this is the place.

Had my first service with the team at Miami British and from start to finish, they were not only professional but nice people. Joel helped me through the service and sent photos during the repair to explain what they were actually doing and what needed to be replaced. Got my Landy back within 24 hours and am very happy with the service.

These Land Rover shop has the best price and service for my Range Sport Supercharged 2013. They did my front and rear brakes for much cheaper than other places and with oem parts. Very happy :)

Customer service is terrible. I have a Range Rover and you feel like you need to constantly ask them what is going on and finally when you have there attention they serve someone else or deal with a call. Positive side the parts are reasonable priced.

Shorted my order, billed for parts not shipped.Ordered $650 worth of parts. Front brake sensor for LR4 was billed for but not shipped. Called and was assured they would send out part.Never arrived.I have 3 Defenders and an LR4, and am constantly tinkering or upgrading items. Finding a somewhat local supplier was exciting, but the first order experience will steer me to UK vendors.

Literally took them 3days just to start checking my car, the guy on front desk isnt able to answer any question, his best answer - i dont know, then he would promise to call back with information and you wouldnt receive call from him, I said Im going to come and pick the car up he started laughing saying you wanna pick it up like that haha whats so funny dude??then the car price is $100 just to check, later when its time to pick up the price is increasing and is $125,really? thats how you do business!? every touch of the mechanic will cost you $500, they estimated my car in repairs for $1500 and there is nothing majorthey pretend to be official dealership or something?? no thank you i will not do business with you and Im retrieving my car back!

Their poor customer service, attitude, and unwillingness to help has always been and remains a problem. Their attitude is we are the only ones in town and we dont need you, you need us. Most of the local Land Rover community also feels this way about them. There is no reason to do business with them with so many great Land Rover online parts suppliers like Atlantic British, Lucky8, and Paul Grant. For local service and repairs The British Four Wheel Drive Co. in Pompano is more professional yet slightly more costly. The only reason they stay in business is because they mostly do business with Latin America and Haiti where customer service isnt held to as high of a standard as in the US.

Discovery has been in the shop multiple times, each time coming out with more and more repairs needed and new work required.Quotes are inaccurate and purposefully misleading. Broken parts found inside the engine bay and damage found to the exterior of the vehicle after trips to the shop.I will not return to this shop and recommend that you don’t either.Find a local mechanic that is trustworthy, not Miami British.

First phone call went nowhere which was a bit annoying, but 2nd attempt worked and parts ordered, shipped straight away and tracking # received. Parts arrived in perfect condition about as far from Miami as you can get (Oregon). I recommend Miami British and will use again.

Great Service went there and Joel Gutierrez (the Manager) left what he was doing and resolved the problem imediatly when I went to other places they told me alot of negative things about my range British were positive he told me right awy lets take a quick look and resolved my problem in less than 30 minutes the positive way and was only a fuse $50 charge amazing People others just want to charge alot more when they dont even know what was going on 100% recomended

I have a 2005 Landrover LR3 that needed a lot of repairs. I never had better service than here!The service manager, Christian treats his customers with that close, first name basis style that you rarely see anymore. He treated me with respect and explained all the work and warranties associated with my repairs.
