I took my truck for a oil change, and to add air to the back tires, when I got my truck I got billed for the works whic included oil change,tire rotation, brake inspection etc. When I got my truck back the tires never got rotated becsuse I still had the message that said that the back tires needed air. So I got billed for something they never did.
The most horrible service I ever had!!I left my truck (F-150) expecting to receive the best quality service at a Ford service department. And everything came out to be the opposite. After a all week apparently doing a diagnostic, They call me affirming my maintenance plan is no longer available, I end up going to the dealership and paying the balance due the funny thing is that I saw the service manager whispering with the other guy and acting suspicious, after I called ford and find out my maintenance plan is working perfectly. They gave me a refund, and the service manager told me that if I’m so smart why don’t I do the maintenance myself!!NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS

If you don’t want to waste your money I recommend you go somewhere else. There is a lot of things to worrying about now a days to also go get a service done and having rude people assist you.
SERVICE IS PRETTY BAD! NOT SHORE IF THE MECHANICS ARE ACTUALLY QUALIFIED MECHANICS. OR? THEY GET THEIR QUALIFICATION FROM A SERIAL BOX. They create details with no back- up diagnostic just to get more 💰 from you. And make it seem like they actually did something. And this happen during recall!!!!! I advise anyone. Hire a personal mechanic that you can trust. Because the definition of a *Auto Mechanic* is somebody that is highly qualified to be around your car. And make shore nothing wrong will happen too you when step in your own vehicle.

I’ve been coming here for a while now for my car and my husband’s truck and I’ve never had an issue. They’re always on top of their things and they don’t waste your time. I’ve come here alone when I didn’t know how to fix something or I needed something simple and they’ve always been able to assist me. You won’t be caught in the car shop scheme where they tell you, you need to change a million and one things which will cost you big time.Their honesty, reliability and prices are the reasons why i keep coming back.
Customer service was great. I was greeted immediately as I pulled into the place and was helped to the service desk. Oil change was quick and recommendations were given about my vehicle. I definitely will return for my next oil change.
Service Advisor was Frank Granda, he was so unprofessional and told me lie after lie. I had an appointment at 8am He came up to me as I was sitting down inside the building and waiting to be picked up and told me the coupons were rebates, I said rebates?! He kept acting sketchy and grabbing his glasses and I was wondering why did he come over here behaving like this? Did he assume that because Im black I dont know how to read? When I went home I called him to complain, and then asked him when is my car going to be ready to pick up... He said NOON, I asked, 12-1 he said yeah, come between 12-1, he complained to me that I had a long list of things they had to check which is why it takes such a long time.... I thought checking all of those things were standard for every car there. When it was time my father came with me back to Quick Lane of Ford of Kendall, he said that the car wasnt done and that he NEVER told me to come back at noon. By this time I was angry and fussing him out, he told me my car wouldnt be ready that day. They would hold my car, doing nothing... Whats the point of having my car? Did you know the manager, William Hallstorm sat in his office the whole time hearing me yelling and never came out once to ask whats wrong? Ive seen this before, the manager doesnt have a backbone and is scared of the people he work with which is why he doesnt correct them. He hides because he thinks out of sight out of mind, he wasnt out of my mind. Alls I know is that if this were ME WORKING at my old customer service job then I would have lost my job the same day. I have no idea why people at this place play that, maybe they related or they got bribes on each other... I have no idea. The only good thing was this one woman which I didnt get the name of, she has the back office next to the cashier and she went out of her way just to get me to the manager. Did you know that instead of bringing himself out to speak to me he had that poor girl to walk back to me and said hell speak to me later. In the end I said NVM and went to Pepboys.

They do not have a gps system technician and one that only spends a couple of hours and afternoon, very bad service and staff without any professional treatment to the client, do not waste your time and money.

The experience was great and also customer friendly.
The gentleman in the front are nice guys but the actual service is quite slow the oil changes take roughly 2 hours on any given day. My car has had major A/C issues which is not their fault but they are very slow in fixing the problem. They also wanted to charge me $50 for an oil filter which I found for $10 at autozone. Plus they never have a loaner vehicle available as a courtesy for the inconvenience when my car is staying overnight.

Just trying to get an appointment was a mission, left on hold, transferred, left on hold transferred, for about 5 mins. First appointment of the day (7:00am) and truck sat for 30 mins in parking lot. Asked advisors how long my service would be ( first oil change/ new vehicle) and was told an hour and a half. Walked outside to make a call and observed tech that was working on my truck eating breakfast. Did get truck back at 8:40 AM. Just glad this was the first service which was free since I purchased from this dealer. Quick Lane is Deceiving.
They rip off handicapped people. After 2 weeks the transmission went out. They took advantage of a handicapped man.
