Went to multiple places for car alarm quotes. I called Jose last and he explained the entire process for me, something that stood out from the others. He was very knowledgeable and was very reasonably priced. Despite his busy schedule he was able to make time the same day to install my alarm. He kept me informed of his estimated arrival and when he arrived the work was done very clean and efficiently. I would definitely be using his services in the future and recommend his company for anyone interested.

Ive had the shock sensor on my car for 4 years. Never had a problem until today. Do to time/weather what have you, the sensor had an issue with its wiring and was acting screwy (wouldnt arm & would go off for no reason scaring me & my neighbors) ...Not a problem, he came out from across town and took care of the issue. Awesome service. I called just to get some info and was given the alarm options and pricing. Ended up setting up the appt for the next morning and he came out (mobile service) to my parking garage downtown and installed the alarm in less than an hour, gave me the rundown on how to operate it and all the features. Super convenient and it works great. Remote start, lock/unlock, gps tracking, all from my cell phone. Highly recommend.

Had someone break into my 2020 wrx at night and called the next morning. If I could give negative starts I would....‐ WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER.- MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON I HAVE EVER TALKED TO.- TOTALLY RUDE AND NON TRUSTABLE AT ALL.No one has ever been so RUDE just because I kindly ask a question before my appointment because as a costumer I have the right to ask what are they installing in my Jeep. I asked via txt what model was the alarm system and remote start they will be putting on my Jeep. I receive a call right away, an extremely rude person yelling at me saying they didnt had time to be talking to me and answering my questions so to go ahead and ask now or never because they were extremely busy and didnt had time to talk to me ...I was in total shock of how someone is capable of talking to a client that is paying and being nice in such a rude way. If that was before my appointment and before paying, imagine how it would be if I needed anything else.I dont reccomend any client going through what I just went and I truly DO NOT recommend these people, such a shame and non trustable at all.Lost a client and many more friends needing the same thing I was going to refer to you guys.And no, I do not want a reply or an apology.

Absolutely phenomenal business!!! Im down in the Keys and was stuck on the side of the road with my 2002 Nissan Xterra with a factory alarm system fault. The owner was able to troubleshoot and fix my alarm over the phone for free, saving me hundreds of dollars in towing and dealer fees!!! And that was after I had called everyone in the Keys and couldnt find anyone who had any idea how to work on it! This business literally saved my car!!!

I called Tony from Auto Alarm Specialist to install an alarm in my new car and that same day he arrived at my house in no time at all. The installation took less than 15 minutes. Afterwards he tested the alarm and showed me how it works and then he was off to go help his next customer. If he were any quicker he’d be part of a NASCAR pit crew. The price is reasonable I think and I would definitely recommend him no matter what car you drive.

Car alarm keeps going off after installing shock sensor on a dodge scatpack 2019. I can no longer use my Remote start on the vehicle. Now that it keeps going Off I called Joe (Jose) to help me fix it, sends me a video to do it myself. Offered to go to him, never followed up. I will be taking my business elsewhere to have this issue corrected.

Joe worked on our 24 foot ATC all aluminum trailer and added a Clifford and Viper alarm system that is working flawlessly...big job! Required a special solar panel on the roof and unique wiring and sealing.Joes not only a specialist for 30-plus years, but has complete high attention to detail, is mobile and comes directly to you, picks up his phone when you call him or text him, communicates directly with you... and is honest.... what more can you possibly ask for?If you dont hire him youre not as smart as you could be.

Cleanest most knowledgeable installer I have ever dealt with and trust me I have dealt with many alarm/audio techs. I honestly couldnt find a single flaw on his overall installation and and how flawlessly he leaves all panels intact. NOT 1 BROKEN CLIP!!! Was also very helpful and explained how the alarm works and how to setup all apps and features. FORGET THE REST, HE IS THE BEST!!!!

I was honestly very impressed with how thorough of a job Jose did. He tested and retested and adjusted my alarm system over and over again until he truly felt that it was perfect. He obviously was more concerned about getting the job done right rather than how many minutes it was taking him; I really appreciate that. He also was very thorough with explaining to me how the system works (since I was interested), and gave me a lot of other tips for how to prevent theft for my vehicle.In addition, the system he offers that I purchased is amazing and convenient. In it you can get a shock sensor add on to the factory alarm on your car so that it is comprehensive. It is activated by your same remote, and you can also get a module that connects to your cars GPS system that sends you a notification to your phone any time your alarm goes off. So, now thanks to Jose, I feel a lot better knowing I will be notified right away any time my alarm goes off, so that I can get right to the scene. Thanks Jose!

Im looking around for someone to install an alarm that I had previously purchased when I came across Auto Alarm Specialist on Google Maps on my phone.I give them a call and they answered courteously and assured me that they could install an alarm system that I had bought previously on my own. And then they throw me for a loop; THEIR TECHNICIAN COMES TO YOU AT HOME!I was floored that there existed a company that brings their business to you. Ultimate customer service in my opinion (if, of course, your service can be done at a clients home).I asked for availability for the next day when they said they can have someone come over the SAME day I called; PERFECT! Their technician shows up a little while later and gets right to work tearing into the car with incredible knowledge and understanding of what hes doing. Completely personable and a riot to talk to. I decided to move to an area that is a little bit more open, and in a city like Miami - that can sometimes get you robbed. I like my truck and want to keep it so I called Jose to ask some questions about the Omega GPS/ security system I saw on his website. He was helpful, and informed me he could come anytime to me, and install it for around $600 in a little over an hour.It sounded like a good setup to me, so I had him come by and do the job. He did a custom sensor on the truck bed that required some additional work, but still had the job completed in about an hour and a half.The Omega setup sends text messages directly to your phone, and allows for gps tracking in case your car gets jacked. My insurance agent and my loan lender will certainly love both Jose and I for this Im sure.Joses decades of experience shine through when explains and installs his product. If you want a great security system installed thoroughly, quickly, and correctly - hes your guy.

Absolutely wonderful company. I called from West Palm Beach stranded. I had lost my keys so naturally I had a locksmith come cut and program a new key but he didnt know how to override my Viper Alarm. With absolutely no concern he left me stranded after charging me $400. I called the auto alarm specialist knowing absolutely nothing about alarms. Would not recommend. Charged me for a starter kill Switch that was never installed. Even charge me sales taxes and give you a carbon copy of the invoice that dont even have an invoice number. Then told me to add the date of the installation as the invoice number.
