I still have not heard from Milestone Pavers. They sent me the wrong travertine pavers months ago. I ended up with a patio that is half Autumn Blend and half this ugly all orange brick looking tile. This was the last shipment at the bottom. By the time the brick layer got to them, they were ALL orange. He could not blend them anymore. I cannot believe they are still in business with this kind of customer service. I will be adding a review frequently until they answer my request to return all of the orange ones for the ones I paid for.

I purchased over $11000 dollars in travertine pavers at Milestone (I only used them because my landscaper (Axel) recommended them and his contact Ty Ksevim) that was my biggest mistake. We ordered the Philadelphia cross cut travertine pavers - we saw the product in the showroom (4 x 8) display however the product we received was not the same quality, finish or color. The pavers we got were bland and were rough in texture and filled with many many many holes! we specifically picked the Philadelphia because Abe the sales guy told us it had less holes. Ty Ksevim in Pompano location didnt make the time to speak to us and this shouldve been a sign of bad customer service right from the get go. Anyway we got an inferior product and after trying to have Ty see the paver in person, then calling and texting many times we got NO response. We had to lay the 2800 sq. Ft. of pavers because we had workers there and couldnt delay the project. Were stuck with a $40,000 project that doesnt live up to expectation or promise! this company needs to be accountable for horrible customer service and bad product. Please dont get burned like me.

Started to look around for affordable marble pavers we found milestone and decided to give it a try ...... since is a new location is a little bit hard to find but they are very nice and polite to give you the directions to the new warehouse we when in looking for a dark gray marble for a deck and pool coping but ended up purchasing the whites marble i have ever seen Moscow white i was hesitant at first but it looked good and my wife completely fell in love with it ... i guess she was right our pool looks amazing and we couldnt be anymore happier !

Very clean store with a lot of variety. It was a tough decision to select a Stone because of the many good choices. The o my thing that I did not like was the wait time for a special order... over 3 month wait if they dont have the color you wanted. Other than that it was great.

Unfortunately there is no quality control at Milestone. They are ready to sell but when it comes time to deliver they fall short and later are bothered to provide a solution. Beware if purchasing a large square foot area since they mix in other products and then say it’s all the same. The customer service leaves alit your be desired. With so many other pavers and stone business in South Florida, take your business elsewhere if you don’t want to deal with the disaster they have going on here.

I purchased some pavers for a small project in my house and the pavers that were delivered were completely different than what they represent in there showroom floor.The pavers are low in quality which i was charged as a premium paver.Im not happy and neither is my wife because the pavers are in a horrible condition and there excuse is all natural products come with variations and are not perfect.

Excellent product selection, service/attention.We were well recommended by Abraham that did the actual install in our backyard patio/terrace,pool areas, and front patio entrance area. We ultimately purchased a gorgeous french pattern, autumn blend colored, travertine that was the most prefect selection to compliment our home. We went to so many places but MileStone has the best prices and the most amazing service. Meltem was really helpful and helped us select our travertine pavers. When delivered the pavers were of the same quality as the display in the store. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. They are far better than any other paver store.

Ive been searching non stop for pavers and matching tile to do my outside pool deck prices have been really high when it came to other stores i was told to go to milestone and referred me to Wilson . as soon as i got there i was greeted with Cuban cafecito very lovely staff Wilson took his time showing me all the different options we could get we ended up getting their silver travertine along with their silver tile . i couldnt be happier with my purchase definitely recommend for you guys to come buy with them you wont regret it !!!

My wife and I pass by this place to check some tiles and after waiting for couple of minutes for someone to help us. finally some guy that I didn’t catch his name came out for only couple of minutes and then he just left without a warning to his office and never came out again. Please Avoid this place. Rude people and the Customer Service Sucks!!!!!!
