I’ve always been wary of doing business with a dealer. Generally too many pressure tactics and beating around the Bush with an all round lack of product knowledge or customer service.I did what most buyers do and checked out the reviews of Central Moto and was pleased to see all of the positive reviews. For the few negative reviews I was happy to see a valiant effort to rectify any issues.So I contacted Carlos about a motorcycle. I live about 3.5 hours away and my only day off is Sunday. However Central Moto is closed. I thought for sure my dream bike was just a dream, until Carlos responded telling me he’d come in on his day off to show me the bike.When I arrived Carlos was full of knowledge, allowed a test drive, let me basically take the bike apart in front of him and end the end gave me a better deal than what I’d expected.My only complaint is that they don’t do full service on motorcycles. Because I would make the trip to keep my bike in Carlos’s care and to hang out with such a great guy who runs his business like he’s in the business of making long term, happy customers and friends.

Carlos and his wife were more than accommodating on lining me up for purchasing a used 2020 Kawasaki ZH2. His price was absolutely excellent, but more importantly - his description was honest and accurate with no hidden fees/pushy sales tactics. Heres the catch - I live 1200 miles away. I purchased the bike with ZERO problems and never stepped foot in the state. You will have a very hard time finding this level of courtesy, honesty, and customer service. Newer ones, older ones, and Classics.. All meticulously cared for and ready for their new owners... Drop by and be greeted with some delicious Orange tea, great conversation and bikes... Lots of bikes to choose from.

Great customer service, motorcycles are too quality and they will cut u a fair deal. Carlo is a good man, a man of his word and will go the extra mile for his customers. I highly recommend these guys. I purchased a starter motorcycle from them and after 11 months I traded it in to them and they upgraded me to a more powerful motorcycle. The price of the upgrade was fair as was the trade in price.

I have been to many dealers, albeit cars and motorcycles dealers. And I have never met someone like Carlos . Honest, professional work. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone for any motorcycle needs. Came in for a simple tire change, workers went above and beyond greasing levers, checking oil and giving me advice on the general condition of the bike and things i should look out for. come check them out!

A great experience from the second I first walked in. Customer service is as important to me as getting what I want at the right price so when Carlos immediately came over and greeted me with a smile and a handshake when I entered his store I was reassured right away. I had shopped extensively all over south Florida and even though I found some good bikes at reasonable prices, the poor customer service or total lack thereof made me walk right out the door. Carlos, on the other hand made me feel at home while taking the time to listen to my needs. Even though I came in to look at a specific bike Carlos insisted I test drive another one that caught my eye, just for fun. Not a typical salesman move. The rest of the buying process was hassle-free. Carlos was upfront with me in telling me there was another customer interested in the bike and that he would have to sell it to whoever showed up with the money first. I told him I would expect no less. After all hes a businessman. Luckily, I was able to get there first thanks to Carlos patiently waiting for me as I fought traffic across three counties to get to Central Moto. While Carlos and I quickly took care of the paperwork, his associate gassed and prepped my new bike and I rode off a very satisfied customer. Central Moto is a conveniently located, clean facility with a wide variety of motorcycles for all riding styles. In fact the only difficult thing about my experience was deciding which bike to purchase. As far as the prices go, you would be challenged to find better in the area and I shopped around for months before deciding on Central Moto. I know I got a great deal. Finally, Carlos is a friendly, straight-forward and honest businessman who treats his customers like guests (at least this customer) .Its my first bike from here but I doubt it will be my last.

Getting back into riding after 20 years away to raise sons. Found the ideal old school starter bike with Cetral Moto and Carlos in a 1975 KZ 400 with just over 1k miles. Nervous about sending so much money, paperwork, title, taxes, arranging shipping in buying a bike 900 miles away but Carlos took care of all the problems and guided me through the process. I was introduced to Carlos and his shop by a new freind Tyler. I recently moved here and when I moved sold my Honda 700 DCT.It didnt take too long (2 weeks) before the itch to be on a bike started. I searched online and through an app I saw what is now MY BABY! A 2005 Suzuki Boulevard (mint) condition. This bike looks and mechanically is as if it just came off the production line.Now Tyler who I had met through his posting of the bike convinced me to make the drive to 79th Street in Miami because he told me that I could buy a bike anywhere, but that I would not get the service and treatment his freinds at Central Moto would give me.I decided today to make the drive and take a chance and I can say that the experience was the absolute BEST dealer experience of my life.During this time of social distancing, the shop opened its doors JUST FOR ME! of course everyone including myself were wearing masks and gloves which is odd, but beside that the owner Carlos along with Tyler just took time to talk to me about the bike, my fears of moving from an automatic to manual bike. They let me spend time sitting and learning about my very special bike.Carlos wife works there as well and she made the transaction and title work so fast and easy..the entire family owned business made me feel like I was adopting a bike rather than buying one.They even delivered the bike to me 30 minutes away at NO CHARGE! Because they knew it would make my life easyEven when Carlos (who delivered the bike himself) showed up with my new bike.he didnt just park it and toss me the keys...he gave me a fricken LESSON..at 830pm after he worked all day...Who does that? I called central moto blind i didnt know them from anybody else . But online they had great prices and beautiful bikes. I got a call back from Carlos. First impression was he is not a salesman. There was no pressure we talked about the bike like old friends . Carlis made a point to point out things he saw were cosmetically of a little( 2003 vulcan). We continued to talk for few days abut different bikes and after each conversation there was no pressure .finally i made up my mind and bought the bike. Bank messed up my loan Carlo wouldnt give them time to fix it there mistake, then he calls saying hesselksing the bike Im interested in on a Monday a day there closed so he couldnt even give the bank one day to fix there mistake then tells me Im trying to buy something I cant afford when Im already approved for the loan. Its bad business thats why Im giving a bad review, you can claim there was no mistake all you want I called an talked to the leander my self they even told there was a mistake in there end because you had just signed up with them an was not willing to wait nor take a hold like most dealers would do. Dude needed money an sold the bike out from under me while working in a contract be careful about this place running your credit if someone comes with cash your screwed out of a bike a left with a bad credit score !!!!!!
