Great shop.. Friendly.. knowledgeable.. Many accessories.. Good mechanic.

These people act like they know what they are talking about and up charge you on everything. They have no clue how to help with anything just sell products and services. On top of all that they are incredibly rude. Any good review for this company is obviously one of their friends dont trust these people.

I think my posting deleted before I could post it. I found Heaven cycles being new to the Miami area. I’ve been riding for over 35 years and I’ve had over a dozen motorcycles. These guys are expert craftsman and we need to make sure they thrive and stay available for us. They’re located on bird road next to that big box Honda store. I’m critical about who comes Close to my 1971 classic motorcycle. I trust these guys and you can too. Aloha and stay safe out there.

Very limited parts. I waited 10 minutes before a guy came out from the back and asked if he could help me because the gentleman at the counter was looking for something on the computer I never even acknowledged I was on-site.

Its the only place to go and my One Stop Shop; not to mention the concierge service you get on parts and related problems... you should try it out if you own a Harley!

Walked in. I was the only one there. Not a hello, or can I help you. Found what I needed. No prices on the product. When I went to the counter to pay, wow! How much? I was charged more then the suggested retail price. It would have been cheaper going to the Harley dealer. Just ask how much before you buy.

Always helpful staff. Needed 2 fork seals for a project and they just gave them to me. No Cost!!!
