Guys, they have a FALSE ADD, seliing scooters for $695, when i confronted then one guy said its an old add theyve had for years and then the other one said its when they have used bikes. BS to me. Im reporting it to the BBB. IMAGINE what theyll charge you in hidden fees. Dont mess with them.

So far i did an amazing purchase with them. It has been 3 months and my scooter has never given me any issue (whereas on other places, it had always an issue to fix). They are very helpful and easy to reach if i need them. My scooter is great. I recommend it to anyone that needs one in Miami but it is hesitant to where they should buy it from l. I just bought a 50 scooter for $800, 498 miles it is used but they did not say it was broken leaving 30 minutes the motorcycle stopped call and they did not answer this the other day they told me sorry we can not help you, they are liar thieves, they hung up the phone, no buy any used scooter because they are a liar and sell the broken scooter and they dont tell you what the problem is .I keep calling and he doesnt answer the phone the scooter wont start and I cant go to the store. The worst thing that I have not taken with the scooter for 24 hours and the store does not answer the phone .

I purchased a scooter from this company 2 months ago. I paid for the registration and tag while there. I was told my tag would be shipped to my home, because I live 20 miles away. It has been 2 months, and 4 phone calls later Ive yet to receive my tag. Instead they emailed me another paper tag. Multiple calls and excuses, yet no tag. I can not recommend US1 scooters to anyone.

Anytime I have any questions or concern Kevin always is there to jump right into and always gets the job done.

Ive been ripped off on my repairs. Had my muffler changed once and the part change was done in front of me but I could have sworn when I was watching him that he didnt check the bolts and crossthreaded them. I recently changed the muffler myself because the muffler broke and when I was removing it my suspicions had been confirmed and the bolts were indeed cross threaded and I was only lucky that only one of the bolts were partially stripped.On top of that when I went in for my 8,000 mile tune up I told them to basically go over the entire bike and change everything that needed to be changed. when I took off the side panel to get better access I noticed that not only was there a small fuel leak from a poorly fitted insert but my fuel filter was also Brown and the fuel lines dry rotted. Now I have to assume that nothing on the inside of the bike was touched the entire time Ive taken it for repairs. Not only am I disappointed but I will not be returning for further business.

Please dont waste your valuable time and hard earned money buying their products. Why? Because Im a first-hand victim and I definitely dont want anyone to experience the same horrendous ordeal. To be perfectly honest, they will knowingly sell you a defective brand new bike, which they never pre-inspect or pre-trip their bikes prior to sell. As soon as something goes wrong within the first few months, they will flip the blame on the buyer and will refuse to take full responsibility. Knowing what I know now, that would have been the last place on earth to purchase a bike and Im being honest.

Came all the way from Kendal. Only place in town with a variety of scooters. Service was great. One stop shop. Got my scooter/helmet/tag. Never got the employee name but he was very kind. He even helped me load it up into my pick up. Highly recommend this place. Scooter drives well, no problems for now. Will come back for oil change 👌

Wife, Son and I went looking for two scooters on Saturday 8/8/20. We never found out who worked there since no one greeted or acknowledged us. We saw two people outside working on a scooter and they saw us walk in the store and neither one said how can they help or even hello.After 10 minutes of looking around we left without ever being acknowledged.Their loss, we bought two scooters that day somewhere else.

I bought a scooter 2 months ago. After 1 month and 15 days, the scooter didnt start. I called the owner, he told me it was $60 to come get the scooter (15min away), and an extra $60 for them to figure out what was wrong. Pricey. Very important to be aware of the warranty. Be careful everybody, when you buy a scooter there, you have a 6 month warranty but you have to get the oil changed before 300km (not miles) and get it done by US1 Scooters for $20. Otherwise, the warranty is no longer valid. Unfortunately, Alex forgot to highlight this clause in the contract. Because I signed the contract, legally, he was correct, but clearly he should have emphasized this very important point. It almost feels like a tactic to void warranties early. I had to find a repair company because he was busy and instead had to pay $200.PS for the owner: I had 3 friends that asked me where they should buy a scooter. At first, I told them to come to you. French solidarity you know: But after this issue, I have not recommended US1 Scooters to anyone, you have lost many clients.

I have heard good things about US1 Scooters. When I went by the (small) store, I wandered around for about 10 minutes looking at what appeared to be a limited selection of a Chinese scooters. I wasn’t inspired, and no one came out to help me, so I left. Again, I heard good things, but I never found out one way or the other.

Great buy and they continue taking care of you after the sale. They will maintain your bike answer any questions with pleasure even when just calling to ask about your tire. They build relationships here and we have gotten 2 scooters as of now. Thank you Geo!!!

Great customer service and great mechanical work. I had a problem with my back tire and an electrical issue and they gave me the best price to fix my scooter. I bought a scooter from these guys based on their reviews but be advised, think twice before you do. I’ve my scooter which I paid $1200 for and first of it wasn’t assembled properly little things started to fall from it were rattling and I had to finish the assemble job myself. A couple of weeks after I had it the scooter wouldn’t start, I took to get get fix it took them close to three weeks to return the bike to me and of course the issue was not fixed, I dropped it a second time and this time around it took close to two weeks and again the issue with the scooter wasn’t fixed now I’m on the third time and they just continue to give me the run around I have already spent 150$ on towing services had the scooter for 4 months is has been in their shop for close to one and half months and still doesn’t work properly.

Never buy a scooter there a bunch of scam artist how to take my scooter back two times bought it brand new and it broke down twice on the way home big hassle for them to finally fix it and I bought it brand new the same-day it broke down twice. Big hassle for them to fix it is there agreement is basically once you buy it its yours and then wipe their hands clean of it they dont even want to help you

This shop is quick efficient and friendly. Diego helped me a lot with my decision on the right scooter for me. He also went into detail about how to take of it and when I went in for my first oil change I was in and out in 10 mins. All in all great!!!
