I absolutely love this storage center. Walking in through the door you meet Vicky, she is a complete sweetheart, with a great attitude and personality. She is super friendly, very attentive and full of energy. My husband and I were so happy and very pleased to have met such a beautiful soul with amazing people skills. I have never met such a sweet, kind hearted woman. Her vibe is contagious and inviting. Vicky is a great worker but an even better person at heart. She is a complete mood 💕🤣✨

I get uhauls fairly often for my job and I have to say Lia makes this place the smooth running machine it is. I’ve been attended by her twice and every time no matter what time in the day she has great energy and excellent customer service. Pick up and drop off took 5 minutes tops from the moment I pulled in to the moment I drove away and she kindly took her time answering my questions. Parking could get a little crazy during busy days but if you talk to Lia she’ll likely go out of her way to make sure your car is safely parked. Would def suggest this place for your future uhaul rental.

Lia and Vicky were more than great. They were able to accommodate me in the last minute and the customer service is A++. I’ll definitely use compass for all my storage needs.

Very affordable climate controlled storage units ranging from different sizes. Super secure place with trustworthy people. Definitely rent here, plus they have Uhaul trucks.

I was stuck in Miami with a 6 x 12 trailer and a huge cabinet which I needed to store right away. I cannot tell you how helpful, efficient, and kind Lorna was from the first phone call right through the entire process. She made was a very difficult experience entirely pleasurable. And if you are doing outdoor storage, Freddie the gate keeper is also a huge help and a good man.

I was out of state when I had to move my closed business into storage. I did some research to find the best storage. When I decided that 21st Storage was going to be the place, all I had to do was make it happen. I wasnt sure but I was thinking doing it from a 900 mile distance was going to be complicated. From aranging payment, to signing documents, to securing the lock and key. 21st made it happen! Completely effortless on my part.When I finally came to start to empty the unit I was pleasantly surprised. The facility was extremely clean, well lit, and very secure. For the week that I was in town I found the management and employees to be extremely helpful. It was an added benefit that when I needed to rent a truck (to go to the dump) they had them in different sizes. Horrible place to rent a unit from. This is so far my worst experience. Liayen and Victoria are so Rude the discrimination Coming from them two are quite upsetting, I’ve witness them once bullying an elderly that only speak Creole. Totally Unfair!!! And If you work 9-5 forget about it their hours are not flexible take your money somewhere else Seriously.
