There is two guys working there. both are good but I just want to point this person (no remember his name) the tallest biggest guy, He is the most helpful and patient person.I wanted to exchange an storage for another size and He made everything so easy.Storage are very clean all the time. This place is always clean, the guys are always helpful. Any concern or complaint is handled immediately. I would have stayed indefinitely but I moved to Broward. Highly recommend!

I decided to write a review mainly to give a heads up. First, the facilities are kept exceptionally clean, users are very well-mannered (if encountered), and the staff are friendly and very effective. However, I recently moved to Miami and because of my working hours I have to visit early in the morning. Unfortunately, one of the 2 ladders is occupied 2+ hours starting at opening by one of the users at #1718, which means that I and others only have use of one ladder until management arrives and similar. Apparently, its not an issue doing office hours, but unfortunately I arrive earlier and the users personal activities interfere with what other customers need to do who also arrive at that time.

Well attended. Self-service for the most part. Reasonable pricing. Excellent location near the heart of Downtown Miami and Little Havana.

My experience at Safeguard Storage was A-1. They really took care of me. The manager, Anthony Rodriguez went above and beyond to make sure I got a unit that suited my needs. I was headed out of town for the summer months and needed a unit asap as I had a flight the very next day. Anthony made it happen quickly and efficiently.From my first interaction with the person at the call center, to signing the paperwork at the office with Anthony, Safeguard provided me with a wonderful and pleasant experience. As someone who values customer service very highly, I was extremely pleased by this.Whats more is the unit was perfect! The 5x5 25sq ft storage locker is a size you cant find at every storage place. Its just the size I need so I dont have to pay for extra space Im not using. The units are climate controlled so I know my stuff is safe.Overall Ive been completely satisfied with my experience at Safeguard. I really couldnt have asked for better service.

I went to the storage. To get all of my stuff and.close the rent agreement..one of the Clerk assistant his name is pablo he screams at from inside the store WE ARE CLOSED.....AND me and wife look at each other...well ok I said....in mi way out it was a lady ....she was interested in help me out ...with my concerns. I went inside the store and I told him this thing wont take the long...and also no wearing a mask...he went to me in a sarcastic way ..and he said WE ARE CLOSED.....AND TOMORROW YOU WILL BE CHARGED a $1 and some..the lady was trying to help me was embarrassed...for the way he treatme..that no a way to treat a costumer...very bad..it was at 6:07pm

After looking at multiple options for storage, locations, prices, size and how the property was kept. I have to say that Emilio the Manager of the Miami property at Flagler and Eighth Avenue was the one that finally convinced me to trust Safeguard, his attention, customer service, pride, attention to detail and cleanliness need to be mention and commend. Now more than ever were we are always ready to criticize and not recognize great professionals.

After finding a place to mail the address to, I had contacted Ramon Nievas and he had immediately sent out the check after holding it for me for a while. I received it immediately. One thing I appreciated about the service given to me concerning they check being mailed was the. Fact that management had put extra security features on the check by adding tape so that if the envelope was tampered with, it would be completely noticeable compared to just sealing it which leaves room for vulnerability for opening. Even if I would has not received the check (being in transition, looking for a place) at. Least he did this to let me know that he took my wants and desires into consideration concerning privacy. Management is amazing, courteous, and professional. I enjoyed every aspect of the safeguard experience and I would recommend them to all. The hours are convenient, the rent is cheap, and staff is. Professional. I am sad this is the end, but if ever in. Miami, I would definitely do business with them again... : )

My experience at Safeguard in Little Havana yesterday was very pleasant and that was due to Mr. David, Customer Service Tech who assisted me with a smile and expeditiously processed my rental. The location was very clean and orderly. He patiently explained the process and walked me through the whole ordeal, ensuring my understanding of the steps required for rental and access. Putting things in storage can be intimidating, especially the entire house for a year. But the staff was outstanding, very professional and put any worry at ease.Location is perfect to access from south Miami or downtown. New building is great, safe and fortified for hurricane season.Can’t say enough good things about the staff and their friendly professionalism.Highly recommended.

Been using this place for years. Truly the best...great friendly service, clean facility and best price around. Only downside are the homeless living inside but honestly they don’t seem to bother anyone...it’s just awakard more than anything, but still worth the service.

Safe and clean place, I highly recommend it. I did not have to use it for a long time (2 weeks) but the work staff was friendly and explained really well how the whole thing worked and hours of operations.

David was so friendly and takes his time to try to help customers with the best prices. I seen him interacting with other customers as friendly as he was with myself. The facility is always clean and security cameras all over so creates a safe envioroment!! I highly recommend this place.

I am avidly against pressure sales in business when I have not even made an interest in said business. I have called multiple storage units just getting quotes and made it clear I am just interested in quotes.I have already received a call and voicemail 2 days in a row after calling for the original quote at Safeguard. I finally did pick up the phone and the lady mentioned that she was calling about a reservation....No, I actually never reserved anything. I made it clear that I was just looking for quotes. I also mentioned I have been sick and bedridden the last 48 hours so I havent been able to critically break down the options and make up my mind....not to mention I said I live 1 hour away currently.She clearly ignored this because literally 10 seconds later in the conversation she said well you can stop by today and I can give you a tour......I just said i was sick! It is clear this company is all about the sales. Also clear that I will now cross this one off my list. It is the little things that make a difference in a saturated market!

This was my first time using a storage unit and, though I must admit I was a bit hesitant at first, it was an incredibly seamless and great experience! My moving company actually suggested this safeguard because it’s apparently quite nice for moving companies to use — large elevators, ample parking area, etc. I rented a large unit upstairs and the process was very easy and straightforward, not to mention much more affordable than I had anticipated! When I moved out of the unit, Pablo called immediately thereafter to work out the closing of my account (SO appreciated, because it honestly would have slipped my mind in the middle of the move). I hav all of my stuff out of storage and it’s all in excellent condition because of the air conditioning and clean facility. I’d definitely recommend using this safeguard! Seriously... it makes the storage unit process actually pleasant! Who woulda thought!? :)

Well I spend over a year renting in this place a 10x20. Place is clean and well maintained, good staff and good security. Now on the other hand, PRICE INCREASE make me move out, Instead of keep the good paying people looks like they preffer to increase to take you out and give your unit with those offers of free 1st month or 50% for 3 months or whatever offer is at that time, theres plenty of storages places is Miami with better prices and similar qualities you just need to make a research. Lack of parking and really uncomfortable to park and move on the parking when a big moving truck shows up, about 5 regular parkings, 1 handicap and 2 spaces next to the door to unload. Each floor have a restroom but the they are locked and not available, only one unisex available is on the 1st floor is someone some people use them doing other things and spend some time in the restroom meanwhile you have to wait or leave.I had issues for months with my light unside the unit and it actually took months to be fixed and never got a discount for the inconvenience to the contrary I got an increase in rent.

Safeguard storage facilities are definitely the best that Ive ever used and the pricing is very competitive. I shop around when I need storage and I always end up using Safeguard.
