My wife has a storage unit there the place is Real clean everything is as it should

Mega expensive place compared to surrounding area. Parking is danger and very limited for the office. Also the people working here are just ok. You can tell when someone doesnt like their job.

After the hassles I had early morning, getting this storage facility made the rest of my day such a breeze. Manny Was extremely helpful with all my questions and the facility was well maintained and secured. The pricing is fantastic and I am grateful I had this option available when I did my search for a storage unit close to the home I was selling!!

I have two storage unit and never had any issues. The place is always clean and well maintained. I highly recomend storage king USA to my friends and family. 😁

I have used this storage location for years (before the company changed from Big Key). The facility requires much maintenance. I truly believe most of the cameras do not work. Bathrooms are locked. Even during business hours I cannot find someone to open the restroom door. I wish they brought back the dumpster. The priced are going up every year. I do not see where that money goes. It is normally one person on staff. I only continued to rent storage space there due to the convenient location. I am working on getting out. I hope I can get my money back and do not run into issues ending the lease.

Extremely expensive on late fees, specially now during the pandemic, they should not be charging late fees, somehow business like theirs should be regulated by a higher institution, because they do not care about this whole situation and they are applying the late fees which are outrageous, even more than bank institutions, they dont care. Looks like this whole pandemic crisis is not happening, not in their world!

Miami Location. I have rented from other companies but I hit the jackpot on this one! Affordable, clean, personable and courteous. Thomas is an asset to this company and this location. If you miss true customer service ask for him.Happy customer 😃

Ive been using this storage location for over two years and have never had a problem. As of January 7, 2014, Storage King USA started managing the place and the new owner is a huge jerk! For two years I have always received an invoice/receipt via email for my monthly payment. I have not received anything since the new management took over. When I received a letter stating that the monthly price was increasing, I called to request an invoice. The owner said that in his business, they do not provide invoices. I agreed to receive them by email, and he said I do not have to do that. Ive never heard of a company refusing to provide a receipt for a payment. After ending the conversation that was going no-where, he had the nerve to leave me a voicemail saying, I dont need to apologize to you.To top it off, I recently saw a roach by my unit and this new cheep-o stopped playing the music over the speakers. Im sure hes too cheap for an exterminator too.Needless to say, Ill be moving all my things to a new unit this weekend.

I have had to use the storage location twice and its always a pleasure. the staff is very helpful, the property is very clean and very easy to access and you can even make online payments. I highly recommend it!

I would rate my experience 0 stars. Less if I could. I came to Storage King USA at about 1pm today and the door was locked and it looked like they were closed, however, their business hours stated otherwise so after about 30 minutes waiting, I called the phone number on the door. I spoke with someone who I assumed worked for their corporate office and she assured me that someone would be there shortly. After an additional 15 minutes the “store manager” Raynier Pupo arrived. As he was walking towards the building, he was staring at me angrily while I was sitting in my car. I stepped out of my car and asked him if it was possible for me to rent a storage unit at the moment. Raynier’s response was “well I guess I don’t have a choice since you called the number on the door. I’m off the clock”. As I entered the building behind him, I could tell that he really did not want to help me at all. Every question that I asked was followed by a “well I’m off the clock” or “I don’t have a choice”. Raynier was very rude and unprofessional. I honestly rented the unit out of desperation and because of the first month promotion but I will not be renting it any longer than that due to my experience. I will definitely be going elsewhere.

This place was more than expected. Extremely secure! (Trust me, i was putting my stuff in my unit one evening and i didnt realize the time. At 932pm I was going downstairs and couldnt go back up! My unit door was left wide open! I called the office and left a message and figured Id be there when it opened to secure my things. Came 6am in morning, I was able to lock it up. The staff came up to me when they saw I was there made sure i got assistance. They said the cameras were there to watch it all go down hahahaha they made sure everything was good and reassured that security was top notch. With that.... it goes to say, that this place has excellent service!) The place is cleaned and airconditioned which was a plus. Moving stuff like that can get pretty tough in the heat. Next time I need storage, Ill rent here in a heart beat! I recommend it so!

They never answer the damn phone and the storage unit doors are difficult to open due to lack of maintenance. And the prices are expensive. **UPDATE: moved tf out of there because Tom (aka manager, asshat) is just plain mean and extremely rude. #FU Tom, youre an azz hole, good luck with that... lol

I highly recommend STORAGEKING.USA located in Kendall. This is undoubtably the best storage location in the area. We have been using storages for 30 years for business and personal use and our experience with the personnel in this storage since it changed owners last year has been not only pleasant but customer-service outstanding. The gentlemen are always professional and diligent. Every time we had to call for assistance they had left the office and attended the matter resolving the issues efficiently and with a demonstrated desire to help. We have seen the administrator and assistant staying late just to make sure clients can accommodate. We have seen their patience and professionalism when obnoxious or frustrated costumers come around. The place is always safe and clean. Bathrooms are impeccable. 11 people in our network is using this storage now and all I hear is positive comments about service and the new administration.

The elevator is never working, it is always a mission to get on the elevator because the door will not close and reopens 4 times so you have to push the floor button, run out wait till it leaves up so you can get the other elevator to open.

They have a website with very bad information does not work
