8:00 pm . There was 3 customer at the front .Door already closed. They dont let no one go inside the store.Two more customer walk and pull the door. No body open. Company should review business hours,many clients come at this time

Compared to other stores some items are overpriced and some of the price tags under items are incorrect. Some of the staff is lovely but I had a somewhat negative experience with one of the workers. They overcharged me for a product and inputted the wrong phone number but instead of retyping it they simply told me to go online and fix the issue as if it were my fault. I am very displeased after this visit. Next time Ill just go somewhere else.

Wow I was I need of buisness cards for my locksmith buisness and to be honest I dint want to go to office max I thought they where going to be expensive. i was wrong they have amazing priceses and the young lady in charge of the business card department was very and I mean very knowledgeable her name is talia very outstanding costumer service .I will continue to do my buisnes cards here.am a happy costumer.

Bad customer service. manager manny has no experience in ordering online. and I asked a girl named thalia and she answered that she doesnt know how to stamp online. this store does not give good service. every day they are worse.

If I could give this store a 0 star I would! Worse customer service ever! no one in the store to help you ! I walked around store for 15m trying to find someone and never did! ask front to send someone and no one ever showed up! ended up leaving!!!

The Place itself is big.

There is no curb side in the store. Dont buy online and pick up in the store because the thing doesnt work.

Centrally located, Excellent service every single time we walk in there. The store was very busy. However, Neil, whom I believe is the store manager, assisted us this afternoon. Extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and professional.

I wanted to print 30x 42” plan, the answer was “plans only 24x32” because the printer is setup only for that size”. I show her how to setup the printer 30x 42”. She printed the plan and then she could not cut the paper because the size of the cutter. Unbelievable, very expensive price for so bad service, this is frustrating. Please, train the blonde young lady ( don’t know name August 11, 11:10am)

Friendly service and no wait. I had to make copies of large building plans and the staff got it done fast! A little pricey for prints, but worthwhile if youre in a rush.

Went in for a quick printout of a Word documentation and a Power Point presentation. But I couldnt get the wifi on my laptop to send it through email. So, Arley helped me out and told me to put in an USB. Lucky enough I had one in the car and within 2 minutes loaded and printed what I needed. Love that I had a discount card which Office Depot is associated with my company. PERKS..instead of paying $2.00 for the copies....I paid $.60!!!😁👏😁

First & last time as needed a thermal paper roll urgently, it took me 45min to checkout as the young lady was working slower then a snail 🐌😡 others were busy chit chatting.

Pathetic excuse for a place to print something. A minimum of $2.50 charge when other OfficeMax/OfficeDepot in Florida do not have that requirement. 💢
