I absolutely LOVE this place and wish there were more locations! This is one of my daughters favorite dessert places.... And Ive taken plenty of people who NEVER even knew about them, there and have gotten everyone of the hooked! I swear of I had the money I would open a franchise on a heartbeat. If you never been to Twisted your being cheated out of the most delicious frozen yogurt. The toppings are endless and the employees are so amazing!

I take my neices here, they love the popping boba. Always lots of flavors of yogurt, and toppings to choose from.

One of my favorite places in Middletown. Making your own creation allows not only for individuality but style but you get the best dessert you could image because it has everything you love. The staff is absolutely amazing and the owner is just wonderful. The flavors change often but there is such variety that you will never be bored. Its too much goodness in one place. Light, cold, creamy, and mouth watering flavor. So beyond delicious!

Tried one of the Hot Cocoa bombs and they were AMAZING!!! 🥰🥰🥰The chocolate melted perfectly and the explosion of fresh marshmallows added the finishing touch. I used it in my vanilla almond milk. Can’t wait to buy some more.

I traveled 30 minutes from home to come here and the employees were very unfriendly and unwelcoming. They did not greet us as we walked in, they just stared. They didn’t say “have a great day” or anything. The employees have terrible attitudes.

Awesome, could only hope they branch out so I can experience Twisted more often. Thank you for being here.

The place was clean with a very calm, cool atmosphere. Very limited Yogurt options but plenty of topping options. Service was quick and friendly.

The yogurt is outstanding and the toppings are unexpectedly numerous. Your palate will thank you with every visit. The only thing youll ever have to dislike anything about Twisted is the challenge of making up your mind with so many incredible options, and remembering what you chose when you get it right. 🐻👍🏽

We have been a loyal costumer till tonight. I do not think we will be going back due to the attitude of the cashier that helped us. We went there thinking to have a mother daughter day after a long day with my daughter but the bad experience we had there made us feel horrible. Any retail that deals with customers should have employees that can help the customers with a better attitude.

Twisted frozen yogurt is fantastic. Its very clean, affordable, and has a great atmosphereTo start off, the teenagers working there are very professional and personable. Ive witnessed the employees knowing a lot of the regulars by name and engaging in conversation with them.Ive never come in to the shop with it being a mess. The floors are always spotless, toppings filled, fresh fruit, and clean and neat toppings bar. Thus showing the work ethic of these teenagers who work there.I have seen customers try to reach into the toppings, or dip topping spoons into their yogurt, but the staff takes care of it immediately by replacing the spoons or contaminated toppingsThe owner and family are very polite. It is evident they know how to run a successful business.

I’m addicted to this place!! I’ve been three times in the past two weeks (no shame). As someone who has to live gluten and dairy free I was excited to see that Twisted caters to my diet. Every flavor is delicious and there are numerous topping options. The environment is welcoming and cheerful. The staff is always helpful and attentive. If there would be one thing to add would be more specials. I usually come with my whole family or my sister and a buy one get one half or something like that would bring us in more.

Really good! The people are nice and the place is really clean! Also art from the high schools are always displayed, what a way to be involved in the community! :)

We will be back ! Actually have been several times! Extroidary options for frozen yogurt and the array of toppings r endless. Some toppings / candy, i have not seen since i was a kid !♡♡ We feel like kids again when we come in.. kinda like willy wonkas twisted yogurt factory. :) !!! Also can get healthy options, if like myself cant have gluten, sugar etc.. its all DELICIOUS! My hubby is going to stock me up on the frozen pints for the month of February when your closed for deep cleaning! Otherwise Im gonna go through withdrawal. Hehehe! IF YOU HAVE NOT TRIED TWISTED, PUT ON YOUR BUCKET LIST! also extremely clean, super friendly small family owned business. EXCELLENT!

It was good. The place was clean, the attendant was polite and they had a pretty large selection of toppings. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that I know another place like this that is bigger with more toppings to choose from.

Twisted Yogurt is the best fray around! the facility is clean, inviting and most importantly offers the best options of toppings, even COOKIE DOUGH! This is my go to place.

They have come a long way. I use to drive to Newark from Townsend to sweetfogs. We no longer need to do that. Many flavors, nice selection of extras. Love it.

Twisted is becoming my favorite frozen yogurt shop everytime i visit the middletown area. My kids love the variety of yogurt selections and variety of toppings. If you are in the middletown area go to twisted. You will not be disappointed.

Love this place, came amost at closing staff still very nice. And of course many varieties of good ice cream.

Average. Variety of flavors. Some pretty tasty. Kinda messy there. Maybe a bad day? Who knows, but I just can’t get past the price. Nothing Wow’d me enough to go back.

Same quality youd expect from a place like this or sweetfrog. But with more options and. Better toppings ( aka not kit Kat or butterfinger dust, actual pieces)

Very nice and clean place...the frozen yogurt was delish!

Cross contamination and proper food handling procedures need to be reviewed by the staff at this location.It was frightening watching the teenagers working at this location eating gummy bears off the actual toppings bar. Not to mention not watching people using their hands in the topping bowls and eating items directly from the bowls.Fresh fruit cross contamination using spoon that patrons use could be an issue. Your supply containers should never be used to replenish stock where general public are using and touching. It will be a breeding grown for bacteria and other pathogens.Might want to clean off those food handling signs and review it with your staff.
