Jose was very helpful and attentive throughout the whole process of getting the home but after the home was delivered we discovered water damage throughout the home. After calling the manufacturer to come fix it, the guy came to fix the damage but didn’t have the materials, said he would be back the next week and ended up not calling me back for another month and proceeded to say he still didn’t have all the materials to fix it. The house is built so poorly, Sheetrock falling off the walls, almost all of the trim has come off. None of the doors close properly, 1 of the doors won’t close at all. The shower walls are coming off, even electric problems throughout the house, we can’t use any of the plugs in the bathrooms. We’ve tried calling multiple times to speak with someone at oak creek and they have literally laughed and hung up on us. They were so great when they wanted our money, but after getting it, they have been horrible. My advice, go somewhere else. This whole place is a joke!!

DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!! They refuse to give us back our refundable deposit after we found a property with house that fit our needs and timeline better than a manufactured home. After many promises of it being returned, it still has not. We are having to hire a lawyer to get our money back. They do not stand by their word. Save yourself from the same heartache weve had and look for a different company.

My sister and I stopped by to look at homes. We were very impressed with the level of attentiveness from Jose. He was very helpful answering all of our questions and showed us some very beautiful homes. Not pushy at all, and I will definitely be back!

John Madrid is very unprofessional.... we inquired on a used home which we had private financing for, he took several days which is verified through messages to answer, he is very impatient if you dont answer in a timely manner, he wouldnt disclose a detailed itemization of the home, taxes, fees or set up costs... he instead wanted to speak with the lender first.... when I said no he then back pedaled.... then he said no worries we will sell it.... not a way to treat a pre approved customer... will not recommend anyone to this business

Uriel, did a video tour with my daughter, who lives in the Midland area, he was informative and very helpful. I cant say enough about them. GOD IS GOOD!!!!

Friendly and willing staff. Not much selection and not too many options & offered. The one thing that is appreciated is the lack of aggression to apply. It seems like many of the other lots and companies here are so desperate to run your credit for land that they wont even explain that this is a hit on your credit (Titan Homes Midland, A1 Homes Odessa)

Am not happy with service. Still waiting to hear word back, then person assisting us ends up giving our application for someone else to handle it. Still havent heard anything after 3 weeks. Would rather have my money back and now.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. They took a $1000 deposit when sale didn’t go through they would not give me a date to when they would be giving me my money back. The general manager John was the most unhelpful person I have ever experienced. When I complained about wanting me refund he would not give me a date then asked if I was going to apologize when I get my money back for being rude. This place has been the worst possible place for customer service. Not ran properly and management is very rude.

We decided to go with Oak Creek Homes because the manufactured home we liked was there. Our first sales person who took the order left for another job during the process of getting approved and was picked up by the manager John Madrid. As most sales people are John was very accommodating when it came to letting us look and meeting at odd hours. But when we our home was delivered the factory had not completed the build correctly. My wife reached out to John to let him know of the error. correspondence was short and vague. John forwarded this to the factory where the homes are built. He claimed the factory told him they built it correctly.( correspondence we never saw) . I reached out to John aswell and was not answered. i emailed the factory manager on 12-23-2019 in regards to this issue. understanding the holidays were about. i gave them ample time to respond and emailed the factory again on 1-02-2020. in which i still have no response on 01-08-2020. the issue with this other than a breach of contract is a delay in our ability to move in our new home and give a definite date on when we can be out of our current home. Overall i believe the some of the people here are incompetent or just dont care enough about the customer to make things right. We have fought this company and their contractors every step of the way to do thing correctly. All of the issues were resolved with diligent efforts on our part. I had to contact the BBB and the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs in hopes of resolving the situation. Once the investigations are complete i will update.

John Madrid is very unprofessional an it’s sad when he is the general manager. We were warned not to use him I should have listened by people who actually bought from him . We were approved for 215k home at palm harbor with 10% down we just didn’t like where the monthly payment was so we tried oak creek homes with John We went in did paperwork to see if we could get approved for the home we wanted I had forgot my license there John said he would keep it safe until I was able to get back since I don’t live in midland well i didn’t Hear back from him so I emailed after weeks passed to see if we were approved or not finally I get a call from someone other than John because he was busy they said we were only approved for a 55k home the one we wanted was 158k so since we were already approved with palm harbor we decided to go with them. He was on vacation when I called to go for license an they didn’t know where it was so i waited I was able to get my mother in law to go in after a month an John informed her that he didn’t know where it was I shouldn’t have waited so long to get it an he was to busy to look for it I could come back another day. He is the general manager how unprofessional who loses someone’s license an refuses to even bother to look for it he was very disrespectful blamed me for him losing it because I took to long to get it. He is just mad because we chose not to get a home there.Do not use Oak Creek Homes with John Madrid all the bad reviews are correct we gave him the benefit of the doubt an it was a mistake.Our experience with palm harbor using Clayton was 100% better than it was with John Madrid an that was before he lost my license.

John Madrid made us feel comfortable and never made us feel pressured to buy . He took time to explain things to us and welcomed our questions and concerns. You can tell he cares about families and wants to make sure he does all he can to get you into the home you really want . It was definitely a positive experience forfor us.

We were once looking at the possibility of purchasing a mobile home. When we got there the Gentle man was very rude. I could see that it was a very busy Saturday but that is still no excuse to treat someone with an attitude. He automatically assumed that my fiance was the one making all of the decisions. My fiance and I are a team and we make decisions together. He then tossed us the keys and said here you go, you can take a look at these. I do not recommend going on a Saturday and getting help from these people. Plus everything was ridiculously expensive. I will give them this though, they did have decent homes.

Do not buy a oak creek manufactured home, it will be the worst decision youll ever make. It is very cheaply made. The salesman are great salesman in the fact that they will lie and make the home seem to made of high quality! I would do anything to have another chance to choose a better manufactured home. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from oak creek as possible. I guarantee you will be 100% dissatisfied with oak creek! There are way to many problems to list or id me typing for 2 days.

It took much longer to get our home on our land than originally expected. The guy that we had dealt with the entire time just completely dropped us once it was signing time. While at signing, we dealt with a guy that wasnt the person usually in charge of the procedure and didnt get all the info we should have had. The woman that should have helped us was out on vacation. Once the home was delivered the process moved fairly quickly but the tile on the kitchen counters wasnt level, there were rifts in the carpet, and the house was left covered in saw dust and random pieces of carpet, nails, etc. One month into living there and the door frames were coming loose, trim was coming off of the walls, etc. The home was not built as well as the one we walked through which is disappointing. Also, the breakers installed are the cheapest ones you can buy and overload with only minimal appliances plugged in. This has caused shorts in our fryer and Keurig. At first we loved Oak Creek and Arturo was great, once you have been approved and sign papers...the game changes.

Service is not very good and the seven year warranty is a joke. I shouldve had somebody build me house instead, I wouldve been way better off.
