I bought this home and someone had taken the toilet cover from the master bathroom I asked for a new lid but they didnt have one I asked them for a new toilet and it never came. I had 2 ceiling lamps that didnt work and asked for them to fix them the fellow came and said there was nothing he could do about the toilet and he never would work on the lighting issue so both never got fixed. Otherwise the home its self is a very good home but the Midland TX dealer sucks. Once its sold its sold.

Friendly staff and a quality product. All models have upgraded amenities and are all tape and textured.

Very solid built. Both of the guys we met were helpful and werent pushy.

The mobil homes are nice. Sales person was friendly, but never called us back about a question we had. So they lost that sale!!!

Horrible customer service, Jesse Silvas the sales manager was attending my need of a home. I had a change of mind and decided to go with another manufacturer. After I gave him the news that I wasnt going to get his Solitare home he had the audacity to tell me to enjoy my carpet home that Im in the process of getting. For being in a management position he sure doesnt have any customer service and respect for customers. I recommend to take your business elsewhere!
