Having a 580 credit score made me not want to even go house hunting. I saw on FB that Titan financed clients down to 500 so I got in my truck to see if it was true.Spoiler! Not only was it true but I didn’t have a crazy interest rate or huge down payment. Mo Shannon told me not to worry. She found me the perfect home for me and my kids. I didn’t believe it until it happened. I recommend you buy your next home and land here!!!

The sales manager was awwwmazing, he was very laid back & easy to talk to, answered all our questions & the home were beautiful & you can customize the homes.

Worst place to buy a home, save your time & money and go somewhere else! We are still waiting on our home and it’s still is t here ... we were told 6/8 weeks now they are saying 10 weeks just don’t waist your time and money because once they get your $$$ they forget your a customer!

Save your money and do not buy from this place.Where do I even begin with the issues we have had?First, they delivered the house and set it up without a permit from the city and without even notifying us at all. They knew they did not have a permit yet but still went ahead and placed the house.Second after placing said home the people responsible for actually piecing it together and making sure everything was actually completed didnt do their job. We made sure to write everything on the paper and it took literal months before anyone was ever sent out to come correct the mistakes. We have had to get people sent out multiple times as well because they never fix all the issues or half do it (make it look good or done but didnt actually fix it)Just a few issues we have had/are still having were the wiring on all the plugs were miswired causing four plugs to be completely unusable for months, there was and still is absolutely no caulking around the windows, doors or bathroom areas causing major leaks and drafts (including from the skylight), there is an inch of space between the carpet and wall in one room, a few drawers are not aligned so one side is always out and falling, the shingles are not placed correctly at all causing them to be blown away every time the wind picks up the slightest (and I do mean slightest), there were tiny staples left everywhere even though the paperwork said they would clean up after themselves, there were numerous areas around the outside of the house that were broken and instead of replacing the trim like we were told they would they put caulk in it and painted over it.I could go on for a while. I honestly try not to be too picky and my standards were not set high to begin with but some of these could cause major issues later on. With the money we are paying I expect them to at least complete what they were supposed to and correctly.Seriously yall, save your money and go somewhere else.

Unprofessional. That’s the only word I can think of when describing them. I don’t usually write reviews but I felt the need to, so others can see what they’re getting themselves into when dealing with this company. We got approved but the whole process was a nightmare. What I meant by unprofessional was that our salesman couldn’t give us a list on the stuff we needed to bring in order to proceed with purchase, instead he had us going back and forth place after place getting stuff that we needed. Gave a deposit but ended up asking for a refund.. wasn’t refunded until THREE weeks later. Salesman said WE “misunderstood” when our refund was supposed to get here. Mind you, I had called days ahead to confirm when I was getting refund. Ugh. Also, They’re quick to take your money but when you need to get ahold of your salesman for anything after being approved....good luck with that. Overall experience, they’re nice people, wouldn’t do business with them though.

I had a quote to given to me by Titan at $54K after incentives and deals. Even after the salesman said he lead with the best deals, I continued to do my homework. By doing homework i was able to find the exact same manufactured home for $47K. I was a little disappointed in the fact that they seemed sincere about being able to do everything to give the best deals, I feel like it was all just a ruse.

Only giving one star because I cant give no stars!! At first they did everything they could to help us get our home now that they have have got paid from the mortgage company we cant get red carpet out to do the repairs and the stuff red carpet did do is causing us a lot of work! If you buy from them please be ready to do a lot of work yourself!! And make sure you check your fittings!! Our hose connected to the dishwasher wasnt tight so we had a leak under our sink and mold started growing that we had to take care of of, our hose to the hot water heater wasnt tight and there was another leak so we are trying to get that taken care of as well. And we have tried to get in touch with titan but we keep being told someone will call us back and no one does.

They get two stars because they do have beautiful homes. BUT they are not helpful at all. I wanted to know the price of a certain home I liked and all he could tell me was “we can’t tell you a price until we see if you’re approved.”I don’t need to see if I’m approved first. Those houses have a set price. I’m not going to run my credit for the hell of it if they know the house is a certain price before add ons. Once I would’ve known the base prices of the homes then I would’ve let them run my credit to see if I would’ve gotten approved. I would never let them run my credit first just for them to be like “oh yeah, you’re approved.” But that trailer is $300,000..... ridiculous. I went twice and could never get a straight answer out of a guy that worked there.

Ive been shopping in this west Texas heat ALL DAY. This was the first staff to actually make me feel like this was all about ME. I was offered an ice cold water and we actually had a conversation about myself and my family before we got down to business. Other businesses I went to wanted to jump right into selling the house. I never felt rushed at Titan. I will definitely be buying my home from them!

Everybody at Titan was so nice and helpful throughout the entire process! Weve lived in our home for 6 months now and could not have found a home we loved more!!

The buying process was great, but once they received our money its all went down hill. Its been 6 months and we are still waiting on repairs. The factory even forgot to put stuff in our house we had paid extra for. The trim our crews are not the best either... having to do our own touch ups and repairs.. beware.

Our Salesman Jorge was great, he was always in contact with us very helpful and courteous at all times. He just made it possible of our family thank you so much Jorge keep up the great work! We love our new home.

They are fantastic! We were denied because of lack of credit the first time and the walked us through how to build credit quickly and with in a matter of months we were approved for our home! We just signed closing papers today! They were also super accommodating with our crazy busy work schedules! I recommend them any day of the week!

Was told that I could get a quick and home deal with no problem. Then their own mortgage company tells me it will take months. Sent a certified letter asking for return of earnest money per instructions on the receipt only to be told that I have to come in and fill out a different form.

I would not recommend no one to buy a house from this company bought a house two years ago still waiting on repairs and they never hold up there part on what was suppose to be repaired, they sent a crew to work on my punch list, they have sent guys from the factory as they have put the blame on them. I have contacted them over the last year and more about getting things repaired and completed and still no results. Last night we had a bad storm push through and not I have a leaking roof and water inside my house in several locations. Their customer service sucks, we as the consumer spend our hard earned money to buy what we think is a good quality product and it is CRAP!! They dont care when they get you to sign the contracts they have made there money already. So to take care of there customers after the sale isnt goin to happen. So I say, DO NOT BUY A HOUSE FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish I could start over and not have came across their place of business. I am overly disappointed. Something has got to change!! WE ARE THE CUSTOMERS TITAN, NOT YOUR DOOR MATS!!

We received great customer service at Titan. The Titan representatives provided a clear and transparent process for buying our new home. Josh was fun and easy to work with!

Really disappointed in service. They guaranteed us we would qualify somehow or someway but it never happened. After giving them a deposit guy was hard to get a hold of and they never recommended anything else to move forward. We didnt qualify at the end with bank not because of credit but because income wasnt enough. Instead of helping us find something else they just quit calling. They cashed my deposit check the very next day but have yet to return my money and its going on 3 weeks.

Titan went above and beyond to get us into a home that was within our time frame. They have always been very availble if we had any questions or concerns. Frank and Lacey were wonderful. I have no complaints regarding titan. Thier trim out crew on the other hand needs some improvement. All in all we love our home and are very grateful to titan for getting us out of an expensive apartment.

Christian is amazing and I highly suggest meeting with him. The homes are beautiful and they’ll get you exactly what you need.

Christan, Kelly, and Josh have been outstanding throughout our entire process of buying our mobile home!!!! We have never felt more at home and more comfortable with a group if people in a business atmosphere like we did with these guys. All 3 of them were there to answer question regardless of the time, and if they didnt have the answer they were quick to find out. Irresponsible with sensitive information. I gave Christian my credit card info in order to have my deposit refunded. After a week I called for a status update when I was informed that they would need my credit card number again. Apparently Christian never gave the person responsible for issuing the refund my information. I can only imagine that it is still sitting on his desk unsecured. I cant imagine a business would be so reckless. The negligence and un professionalism is ridiculous.

Really wanted to buy from them, was in love with one of their exclusives. Drove clear to Burleson to the manufacturer. Sales guys have no idea how to treat their customers!! My luck!! they took so long I found a much better option much cheaper!! Thanks titan for sucking so bad!!!

The homes are nice but the fact that personal information is required to tour the homes and find out pricing is not appealing. Just tell me the price so i can decide if i want it dont have all the hoops to jump through

The whole buying process from them is a nightmare. You will have a problem after problem in every step. And once you finally get into your home you will continue having problem after problem because their installers dont do it right. Ive only been living here a month and Ive had and water leak in my bathroom, my air duct just came off after the wind last night due to poor installation, our water heater went out (the wires literally burnt up) I can go on and on. Just go else where.

Greeted with smiles coming in but first thing they did was check my credit! Then showed us houses without even letting us know what lenders would help with buying a house so they dropped my credit for nothing because even after letting them know were shopping and didnt want to commit on buying that day they were still pushy about it and even brought out the gm to talk to us and after about 10 minutes of letting him know that were not gonna commit we finally left! Dont think I will be buying from them cause the next few places we went to we werent pushed or had our credit ran we looked got prices and qoutes for communities and land and were on our way! Some houses were the same or close to wat Titan has to offer as well at very similar prices. Just be careful wit these guys and dont let them check your credit first either!

We bought a new trailer with them made by champion and after 6 months they havent finished it. Nor did they give us the keys, they bring you with pure lies, they dont give you what you ask for and you talk to the factory and they dont do anything, they are interested in selling, you talk to them so that they fix what is missing and all they tell you is put a table or something So you can cover where it is missing or as you want here I will leave some photos. The little work they did, they left it very badly done in a month some doors no longer close the designs of the doors, it seems that someone who did not know the stove did not have where to connect it the cabinets some are finished most of the tub is not broken everything remains the same the designs of the windows outside did not give us the ones we asked for, they did not paint them .. well, I hope my comment will help you. I definitely do not recommend this place and for the champion factory, the one in charge of finishing everything that is wrong leaves them very It seems bad to me that his name is Mike..they deserve a total zero. Titan factory diect I regret it more if they will fix nothing but fix
