Alternator went out on me while headed to vacation. Called One Stop and they gladly said theyd take care of it no problem, towed her there and they had her ready to go before I had to head home. Friendly, affordable and fast!

Bobby and his team are awesome. They communicate with the customer and do a great job. I had exhaust modifications done on my Mustang and one of the parts failed. Bobby replaced the failed part quickly without a hassle. His shop also fixed my Highlander and now she is quiet and has more get up and go.

I called AAA and had Greg come out to tow me out of some water logged grass. He was to me in less than an hour and had me out of the grass in less than 20 minutes. Super nice and easy to work with. I’ll definitely be calling them if I need anything.

I had one place tell me that I needed over $1500 one time, took it to one stop and it cost me $150.00 not $1500.00 Second time another place told me I needed over $3000.00 in work done to my car. I took it to one stop, and all I needed was an alignment $89.00. I had given One Stop the paperwork on what I was told was needed, they had every opportunity to be dishonest, but they werent. I trust them, they are the hard to come by Mechanics we all search for. I cant say enough good things about One Stop and their employees.

We had vehicle issues while on vacation and are from out of state. We were towing a 26 camper n one legged it to Killens State Park. Bobbi got us in the following morning the staff made the repairs and got us back on the road. We called 5 other shops and never received a call back, cannot express our gratitude for One Stop Auto Repair enough!!!!!

Brought my truck in on a Tuesday a.m. and had brakes and an air filter installed. When I called Tuesday p.m. to find out if vehicle had been serviced, was told that my tailgate had been scratched and they were going to repair it & they would let me know that day or the next, which they did not. So when “I” called, they said they needed a couple of more days. The end result was a week and a day later to find out that somebody backed into it from another vehicle so I guess you could say my car was in an accident. Would NOT recommend this shop.

I stopped at muffler mart to get a estimate on getting my muffler and exhaust tips installed. The lady was trying to charge we way to much for this job. On my way home I stopped by One Stop. Bobby was a cool guy and down to earth. I had one request and he was like no problem. Will most definitely be back for more upgrades on my truck. Thanx One Stop. For good Honest work....

My son was on a trip from Ohio to Delaware when his car broke down on the weekend. AAA towed to One Stop Auto. We called first thing Monday when they opened explaining the situation. Joe and Diane were exceptional. The car was fixed, they picked up my son from a nearby hotel and had him on his way before noon!! Absolutely outstanding service. Being from out of town and helping us with this situation in a timely manner with exceptional service at a fair price was exceptional. First class service in a first class way. Milford is lucky to have this business in their community.

More problems with this same guy from 9 months ago again today. Backs out in front of me in my development after I got my daughter off bus then throws his hands up and runs his mouth. Obviously company doesnt take action against its horrible employees. When I called lady didnt seem to care. I wouldnt hire them cause hes the main one they always send. Horrible company.Driver has no respect. Pulled out in front of me then flips me off. I get out of vehicle driver smells like weed and starts cussing at me. Called office about it but lady didnt care. Will never spend money at a business that is run like this.

Just got off the phone with Bobby. He shared vital information regarding CVT transmissions that other shops did not. He told me only Nissan can do this work due to designed programing. Honest, Up-Front and did not make a Dime... Thus this Great Review from an Out of Stater who he could of eaisly Ripped Off. Much Respect, which they were closer for future repairs... Bill J

Finally found our go-to auto repair shop/person! Weve used Bobby & his shop off & on for a little over a year now and weve decided hes the only one well use from now on. Our most recent dealings with the dealership have opened our eyes as to how much we were being lied to & ripped off. Dealership said I needed front & rear brakes/pads, just resurfacing, and exchange of the brake fluid...to the tune of over $700! Called Bobby, got my car in quickly, he found that my rear brakes/pads were fine & did not need replaced at all, but my front needed a new rotor, not just resurfacing. And it was all done quickly and reasonably priced! You cant ask for a better shop in my opinion!

We use these guys for 95% of our automotive service needs. They messed up a Front end aliment ONE time, but otherwise they have been 100% perfect; and their customer service is super as well as the fact that they are always willing to work with you and keep you informed to help you stay within a budget!!!

I can always count on One Stop Auto Shop to be fair and true to their word. The only place I would take my two cars😊

Spent a wonderful day at the beach. When it was time to leave our car would not start. We were stuck at the Delaware seashore state park (Tower Beach) . We called AAA and someone arrived about 45 min later to jump start our car although that turned out not to be the problem. So our AAA driver called for a tow, it is now 7pm. After two hours and several calls to AAA having to explain each time our reason for calling and then two tow companies deciding they could not be bothered on a Sunday night . We were finally told again that a truck was supposedly on its way.Five minutes later we get a call from One Stop Auto (Kathy) explaining they just received the information and would be happy to tow us. She was apologetic in explaining the driver Roy was 38 miles away but would be to us as quickly as possible. She assured us he was already enroute to us. So we figure we have time to get dinner. So we take Uber toGrottos for dinner.In under an hour Roy and his beautiful new Ford 550 pull up to Grottos!! I run out to meet him and he tells us he is early and to go finish our dinner. We still hurry up our meal and pay our bill and climb on up into Roys truck. Roy takes us back into the park to get our car and then we begin our long ride home to Newark. One Stop Kathy and then Roys professional, kind and caring attitude turned a miserable experience into an almost enjoyable one.Thank you, Steve Palumbo

After being quoted outrageous prices by Hertrich Ford and other local garages, I found One Stop. They replaced my catalytic converter for over $1,500 less than Hertrichs... and guaranteed their work. They even showed me exactly what was wrong with my car and explained it in terms that I really understood without making me feel bad. Oh, plus they changed my oil for that price. THEN, they helped brainstorm solutions for me to fix other problems that I told them Ive been having with my car. These solutions will cost virtually nothing (or actually may cost nothing!) rather than wait for these problems to get worse and cost me thousands. FINALLY--Ive found an honest, caring repair shop. Id recommend them to anyone.
