Picked up my 18 Chevy Colorado today (Saturday) after test driving it on Thursday. Armando made the process super easy and painless. I just purchased a car a few weeks ago at Car Factory Direct. Armando, Javier, and all of the people working there could not have been nicer. They are extremely knowledgeable about the industry due to their many years of experience. After looking on Car Gurus I found a car that I wanted to test drive and it was at Car Factory Direct. I was able to get there right away and take it out for a spin. I put a deposit down on the car immediately to reserve it - which was refundable if I didnt end up buying the car. I then hired a mechanic to perform at PPD to make sure it was in good shape. They brought the car right to his shop for me. They were very patient throughout the whole process and extremely trustworthy. When the mechanic found a couple of items that needed addressing, they wasted no time in fixing them before the purchase. I highly recommend Car Factory Direct. It was the best car purchasing experience I have ever had.

UPDATE:I purchased a car that came with many issues. I was forced to write a good review so I can “get my second set of keys.” I did the review because they were very nice. After purchasing everything changed. I have been bringing my car back and forth since February and I’m still having the same issues. I’m not sure what’s being done when they take it for a day or more. When they had it for multiple days, they refused to give me a loaner. I was told he had to do 6 hours of labor for us to get one. Again, he had it for days. I was offered to be dropped off and picked up from work, I declined the offer due to Covid.To top it off, they ended up being very unprofessional and quite rude. I was blamed for my belt breaking due to “wear and tear,“ I’ve only had the car for 7 months… A few weeks after purchasing, we noticed a bunch of rust at the bottom of the doors. Which tells me, it was temporarily covered to look good.The car has been pulling to the left and making a knocking sound at the bottom left side. I was told it was fixed, but I’m still having those issues. I have missed couple of appointments, the last time I was never given a call telling me when I can bring it. I didn’t bother to reach out due to a memorial for a cousin that passed away. When I called today, I was talked to in a very rude manner by Javier. He told me (In a rude tone) I keep blowing off my appointments. Again, I’ve been bringing this car back & forth. I shouldn’t have to be doing this.I had my car towed there when my belt broke, just to be told I have to pay to fix it. The warranty didn’t cover it. That being said, I got it towed to my in-laws house and had it fixed for $40 rather than $150.When I called today for an oil change, Javier responds, in a rude tone, “you know you have to pay right?” Of course, this is something I knew because he told me after my car was towed there. His comment made me feel very belittled. Unfortunately, the man that towed the car to my in-laws house, said they were very rude and miserable. I felt horrible he had to deal with that.In the end, I don’t recommend this dealership. Everything seemed so sweet and perfect. Once they had their money, everything changed.

Save your time and money!!! Very unprofessional. 1 month with this car and I’ve been given the run around to get it fixed. I was told there was nothing wrong with it and that the car was in great condition and safe to be on the road. I have been trying to get my car fixed since day 3 when I started hearing noises etc. Was told car had new tires, took it to another mechanic and tires were old, ripped and some had bubbles and was promised new Ones and they never got it done. Brake pads and rotors were never replaced when car was sold and now I have to come out of pocket for 4 new tires, brake pads, rotors plus labor etc.This has been a horrible experience! I do not recommend.
