I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation here by phone. My selling dealer was backed up 2.5 weeks. Maggie gave me an appointment for only 6 days out and was very nice on the phone and said I could wait. Cheryl checked me in, was very pleasant and I was done and gone in 42 minutes! Great job! We had a nice experience at Milford Auto Group, after going through a horrible experience at another dealership. Steven our sales guy was very nice and upfront with the info I asked as far as the vehicle, no nonsense, no going around it, no surprises. The one and best surprise was that he was able to get me out of my lease vehicle, I had no idea they can do that since it was a different dealer and model car than what they sell. Milford Jeep was accommodating when we had to reschedule a high priority recall after we had a death in the family.When I called at 4:30 to check the status, the service department told me the work was completed hours ago and supposedly left a voicemail (there was no missed call and no voicemail). She told me they close at 5 and she if I would make it, to which I told her that I just needed to up 4-month-old and Id be on my way.We hit significant traffic and realized we were going to arrive 2 minutes after 5. I called a few minutes before 5 and apparently the service department was already gone for the day? Fortunately, the phone rolled over to someone in sales who hadnt left yet and after telling her I urgently needed the car back, was able to help me out. I realized it was Friday just before 5, but the service department knew I was coming, couldnt they have called again to be sure? Why did no one answer the phone when I made sure to call before 5?

Reason for my 2 stars…the mechanics who operated on my vehicle did not mention I had a error code on my instrument cluster nor did they mention I had a active safety recall on my vehicle. You would think if you bring your vehicle in for service that this would be acknowledged and relayed to the customer.Now it looks like I have to bring my vehicle to a different shop. What a inconvenience.

From making appointment with Cheryl to picking up vehicle from sales associate, the experience was easy and professional. The off-hours drop-off option is easy and allows flexibility. The service department (Cheryl) checked in with me during the day to verify work being completed and made me aware of routine maintenance that should be completed, but there was no pushy sales pitch or must do now speech; just friendly discussion with relevant information. Finally, being able to pay over the phone and pick up after service area hours was great as it didnt interrupt the work day. Great Job Milford Jeep/Dodge/Ram Service area!!
We were at a different Jeep dealership when Greg from Milford Jeep reached out to me to see if he could answer any questions. I wasn’t feeling good about the deal I was getting so we went to Milford Jeep and bought 2 vehicles by the end of the day. Mary in finance was SO fast with the paperwork and knew her stuff. I felt like we got a great price for our trades and and we didn’t have to strong arm them on the price. The owners came out and thanked us for our business and we felt the family vibe there. Cashier (sorry I dont know her name) & counter person (I believe her name is Cherie) were very helpful. Oil change was done in a timely manner. Only problem I have is that the low oil light keeps coming on.

My boyfriend and I went to the dealership about a week ago to look at Grand Cherokees. We were looking at cars in the lot when we were greeted by Jordan (one of their salesmen). Jordan gave us all the information we were looking for and we ended up scheduling an appointment to come back and purchase two vehicles. Jordan was extremely professional, honest, and personable making our experience easy and enjoyable. He offered to let us take two Grand Cherokees for test drives and answered all of our questions, exceeding our expectations. He communicated well with me when discussing all of the logistics prior to the day of pick up. I ended up purchasing a used 2018 Grand Cherokee and my boyfriend purchased a new 2021 Grand Cherokee. We moved back to Connecticut in August of 2020. We have a 2017 Jeep Rangler and really hard luck finding a Dealer for warranty repairs. But so far with our first trip to Milford Auto it was, I am glad to say a great experience. They were on time to take my Jeep in, the lady was professional and polite and knowledgeable. Phone calls to let me know what needed to be done and the cost for my approval. Work was completed by the next morning at 10:00 am and it was a big job!!! Oh almost forgot really easy getting a rental since we only have one car. So far so good 😊 clean, efficient can’t say enough good things.

The lady’s at the front were awesome, great smiles and friendly. However, I was a little upset because I made an appointment at 9am for a simple oil change. I got there and checked in at 8:47am. As I was waiting and waiting I noticed my vehicle was still in the same spot. An hour went by and my truck finally got pulled in for the oil change. I went to the front desk and asked why did my truck just now get taken back and besides being “busy” they couldn’t explain and just basically told me another 20 mins it would be done! That’s around about 1 hour and 20 mins for an oil change that usually takes 15-30mins max. An appointment is an appointment for a reason and these companies need to stop “over booking” or “squeezing” people in if they don’t have the proper time or employees to get us in and out as we’re promised.

Great experience yesterday at Milford Jeep And Chrysler. Took my town and country to get the electrical checked out air compressor was not cutting in. I left it at around 11 am and walked to mall one hour after I get a call saying van is done and ac is working again. . Problem under dash. I was just charged for the diagnosis and everything is great. Thanks for all your help. Very honest people.

Brought my Jeep for recall, it came back with the globe light on and the engine light on. Brought it back and the young lady was explaining to me that it had nothing to do with the recall, I explained to her that I understood it had nothing to do with the recall but this happened right after the recall. Didn’t drive my car anywhere and the lights are still on my dashboard.She told me that I have to bring my car back again for them to check out the problem and I will have to pay. They are not nice, the globe light was not from the recall but it was exactly where they changed the part for the recall.They are horrible with service, the young lady was giving me attitude. I am so disappointed and upset with my experience . They try to rip u off when it’s their fault. Poorly rated . Bring your car to Fairfield Jeep instead. I am truly upset !!!!!! I wouldn’t even rate them!!

I was having problems with an on going issue with my tire. I kept losing air, an or having to replace the tire. My left turn signal kept going out, an I needed the oil filter change, they also rotated my tires all in a timely manner an the price was very reasonable. Great customer service but the owner was very rude! I went with a news paper printed price on a truck they had on the lot same vin they would not honor price that was from today’s paper I would never go back to them to do any business and I will tell all my family and friends. Any store will honor what was printed terrible business

Looking for a car post-pandemic was NOT easy. I was in communication with dealers from Fairfield, Old Saybrook and Norwalk - and Jordan from Milford was the ONLY one who was able to get me secured in a jeep. Every other dealership gave me the See whats on the lot or wait to order a car and jordan immediately said - lets get to the point and got right down to logistics. In total, I spent about 25 minutes in the dealership - UNHEARD OF. Most everything was done virtually, and Jordan made the process as easy as possible. I would HIGHLY reccomend Jordan and Milford jeep - and have officially found my new dealership!

I had a great experience at this dealership-owner is reasonable with pricing and very knowledgeable. Finance dept is helpful. However, I would not recommend sales person Greg W. He screwed up essentially every detail of my sale, including my name multiple times. Everything was completed accurately in the end, but very frustrating to be calling back my insurance to correct his mistakes hours before vehicle pickup. I would go back to the dealership for sure!! Just a different sales person.

New Jeep Grand Cherokee purchase was efficient and pleasurable with Mark. This is my 5th Jeep ... my first was an Overland and the rest were Grand Cherokee (Limited).I hope the 2021 version is as good as the 2018 I traded. Whoever gets the 2018 will be pleasantly surprised with gas mileage on the V8 HEMI. I often got 25+ on trips back and forth (CT - SC).

I’m concerned that after paying almost $50 k on a wrangler and only 4500 miles I have my 4wd service light is on and I need a new part as well as my radio acting up. This is not top quality at all.And I’ve never even used the 4wd!

After visiting 4 jeep dealers in CT there is no doubt in my mind that milford auto group is the only option. Came from NY to Milford Jeep based on the fact they had the car with the options and color I was looking for as well as good reviews online. I had been working with internet sales prior to my visit and the day I showed up (without appointment) the salesman assigned to my account was not available so I ended up working directly with Bob the owner. Bob was a pleasure to work out a deal with, one of the better car buying experiences I’ve had. I would recommend this dealership in the future and will consider it for future purchases even though there are other Jeep dealers closer to home.
I was very disappointed on my first visit. I checked in on time for my scheduled oil change. One hour and 20 minutes later I went down to the service area to investigate. Evidently the mechanic had finished the car and parked it out in the parking lot but had never returned the keys so they were waiting for him to reappear. So I went out in the parking lot and looked for my car and lo and behold the keys were in it. Zero apologies from the customer service person. I’m not going back .
