My spouse purchased a new vehicle from Brian Sudler a few months back. So when I was in the market for a used vehicle I reached out to Brian and he was AMAZING!!! Brian was extremely patient with me as I test drove multiple vehicles, answered every question with detailed knowledge of each model car and answered my texts when I had even more questions.During my car buying process I went to many used car dealers. As well as many other full price dealers. NOT ONE had salesman with the professionalism and dedication to his customers as Brian showed me. To be honest, there was a car that I was very interested in at another dealership, but the service was pitiful. I came back to IG Burton because of Brian.

Last Thursday I went to I G Burton Mercedes in Milford Delaware to have my service B which was due as well as some other required services that were actually overdue. My service advisor was outstanding, having me arrived before 9 a.m. and actually out before noon. She had previously given me an estimate for all these Services done and the actual price was slightly less. She was warm courteous and very professional, as was the service technician who briefly discussed some of the aspects of a service. All together it was a great experience.

Car was not cleaned, inside or out. Interior trim pieces were glued and dried white glue was evident around the edges. Service work took about a week to complete. Car was returned with religious station blasting from the radio. Owners manual was not in glovebox, but lying on passengers seat.This is not the quality of service that I expect from a Mercedes dealership, and I will never bring any of my 3 Mercedes to this dealer again. I have been a Mercedes customer for 25 years, and I will file a complaint with a factory rep.

I was very disappointed with the service that I received at I.G.Burton Mercedes Benz. I was having trouble with my car battery being dead if I didnt drive the car every day. I had them check the car to make sure I didnt have an electrical draw, they said I didnt and replaced the battery and a few months later I had the same problem and they refused to honor the warranty on the battery and said the problem was my fault because I dont drive the car enough. The rep (whos name i will keep to myself) actually had a smart attitude through the entire ordeal. But I will NEVER use them for anything because they are very unprofessional as well as unfair.BUYER BEWARE!!!

My last service with I.G. Burton was a bit tedious, but overall I had most of the issues were sorted out. The management at the body shop took care of about 90% of problems on my vehicle. Between Fred Henry and Ron Whitney they both worked with me to address my concerns. In the end we reached an amicable mutual agreement. I would recommend and use I.G. Burton again.

I.g. Burton Mercedes of Milford does not honor service warranties. I purchased a 2015 S550 at mercedes Alexandria. I bought an extended warranty for the certified my pre-owned mercedes. There was an issue with the massage/ contour function on both front seats. Since milford is only 20 minutes from my home I took it in. IG Burton service desk claims it was not covered under Mercedes warranty and it would cost 1k to fix the issue. I took my S class back where I purchased, a 2hr drive, at Mercedes of Alexandria. It was repaired with no issue. All mercedes have to have warranties issues approved at a higher level outside the dealership so there is no reason Milford Mercedes couldnt honor my warranty as Alexandria Mercedes did! Milford Mercedes tried to cheat me out of 1k! Beware of there service dep!

Vehicle service was completed early. Vehicle was clean and delivered promptly. Never any surprises with the service. They are up front with entire process. As always, great job!
