Be careful when your buying a car from this dealership. The man that works in the finance department is rude. He was working restlessly to get me to buy a car, told me that he could not change the price, then dropped the price when I resisted. I asked how he was able to drop it but he would not respond. Completely ignored my question. Very disrespectful. I wish he would have been honest about dropping the price of the car. Just poor customer service overall. Price was dropped by 1000 . I’m sure it could have been dropped more.

Buying a car Imperial Hyundai was a great experience, but I attribute most of that to the salesperson who sold me my car. I very much DESPISE salespeople in general, but Carlos was much different. The entire experience was easy, laid back, and he was extremely attentive and respectful. The first day I went in, I wore my mask inside and for the test drive, despite no one else in the dealership having one on. When I returned that weekend with my family, he opted to wear a mask while talking with us. This made a huge impact on me, and probably influenced my decision to buy from Imperial Hyundai. Bought a car on 8/31. They took my trade and title. Come to find out that they didnt have the title for the car I purchased. Finally on September 23rd, over 3 weeks later I got my car. 4 days later I was informed by my insurance company that my coverage was terminated effective the 23rd. So I drove illegally for 7 days, until I resolved it myself. In the meantime paid my first payment for a car I technically didnt own. Imperial Hyundai wouldnt let us speak to a sales manager about our grievances. Worst car buying experience Ive ever had

Drove out of my way to this dealer because I was told by Bob Merrill, internet sales rep, that 2 different vehicles I was interested in were still available. I had this conversation one hour prior to arriving at the dealer. I was assured one of the vehicles in question was not actively being sold. Bob stated he checked that while he was still on the phone with me. Come to find out when I walk through the door that the vehicle was just sold. The other vehicle was quoted at $4,000 above MSRP. No room for negotiation. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Also, the price I was quoted was about $3,000 more than what is listed on their website for the same vehicle. Stan had no response when I asked him about the discrepancy. Shady, deceptive advertising. Had I known this, I wouldn’t have bothered to drive over. I overheard a couple also being quoted $4,000 above MSRP for a forty something thousand vehicle. The nerve to quote me $4,000 above MSRP on a $26,000 VEHICLE IS DISGUSTING.

Sales team was dishonest and misleading. Appointment was made, checked pricing and availability on a new vehicle, after deciding to move forward with the sale they changed the price of the vehicle saying they had to adjust for the market. Nowhere on their website does it say anything about market adjustment, the person I emailed and spoke with prior to going to the dealer had confirmed the advertised price and availability on the vehicle. They got me in the door and changed everything. No regards for my time, would not honor the offer they sent me for my trade, dishonest about their advertise prices. I’ve been going there for about 6 years and this experience single handed makes me not want to do business with them again.

After our search on Carfax we found a GMC Terrain Denali that we were interested in at Imperial Hyundai. When we arrived, Sabrina (sales rep), accompanied us on our test drive and showed us all the features of the vehicle. After we decided to purchase, she kept us informed throughout the process. Furthermore, when we picked up the car she informed me that they found a washer fluid sensor issue and set me up with an appointment to fix it. (obviously no charge)

I just wanted to give a shout out to the service crew here at Imperial Hyundai. When my Tuscon needed repairs, these guys took care of me and were extremely professional and courteous. As we all know, auto repairs can send our anxiety through the roof, and these guys always kept their cool when I called to check status updates about a warranty or receiving a loaner vehicle. Its a massive sensory overload experience and I need to plan out accordingly to get in as early as possible to minimize the anxiety. Like I get it - you want to give people things to do while they wait. Its just A Lot for someone like me, but its worth the service, so long as I prepare for it in advance.

Horrible experience. I phoned the manager ahead of time to see if a particular model and color was on the lot because my intention was to come and buy since I was very familiar with the vehicle and wanted to make the purchase. He assured me it was on the lot, I asked him to confirm, he did, and again assured me it was there for purchase. I drove a long distance. Once there, the sales girl suddenly was having trouble finding it on the lot. She got the manager, he came to me and said, its in the garage getting an inspection check it will just be a few minutes. Meantime they offered me a test ride in their Limited edition vehicle which was a significantly higher end vehicle. I took the drive but I knew there was a big lie involved in this deal. I returned and told them it was a nice ride but Im not buying it, and again asked where my desired vehicle was. The manager then said I just got off the phone with the garage, they are backed up and it wont be available until late that day or the next morning and that he will call me when it gets out of the garage. Big Lie!!! Real Big Lie!!! Needless to say he never called and clearly the vehicle was never on the lot. Its one thing to be desperate to sell a car, its another thing to be fraudulent in your dealings with customers. Big Liars!!!! Not to be trusted!!!

I made an appointment for a Saturday morning test drive at 10 AM to drive a Kona electric vehicle. It’s tough because we have three teenagers with active schedules but we got rides for all of them to get to their various programs. When we got to Imperial Hyundai a salesman greeted us outside and we told him why we were there. His first question was “did you call? Because we had one of those last week but it’s sold.” I told him, why would I have to call for an appointment that I have a confirmation email for? I showed him the email. He then walked around the lot while we watched as he looked for an electric Kona. There was none. No one called me to let me know that the vehicle was not in stock. We had rearranged our schedules for nothing. We will not return to Imperial Hyundai, since obviously we are looking for Hyundai dealers who actually care about their customers’ time and attention.

Great overall experience from sales to financing. Sabrina was great and super responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. Matt was awesome in financing and got me a great rate! Obviously nobody expects to be in and out of the dealership in an hour when buying a new car but they got me in and out as quick as possible and didnt keep me waiting around without keeping me informed of what was going on.

Will, our salesperson, was amazing and this review has nothing to do with him. He is amazingly knowledgeable. We looked at a new Santa Cruz, but they only had the entry level model available. They did assure us that they had a Limited on order, but they refused to price it or to take a deposit on it. We ended up buying a used Volvo for my Wife at essentially the cost of a new one, with the promise that we would be the first to know when the Limited Santa Cruz arrived. Will was awesome and must have spent 20 minutes showing my Wife all the features. Well that was a promise that they did keep. Will sent me photos of it the day it hit the lot, but it was mine if I wanted to pay $6000 over MSRP which was $47,340. Now it is a new model currently selling at or above MSRP, but I pointed out that THEY listed on their website for only $3000 over their MSRP. They countered that they would honor that but with their odd policy that their prices are only valid if you have a trade they want...otherwise they bump the price by $1000 more making the sticker $45,340. Yeah...no...searched online and bought the same truck (black on black Santa Cruz Limited) for $43,305K...and the dealer costs are half what we paid for the Volvo...and the dealers general manager and staff made the whole transaction a pleasure...which is apparently not an option the management of Imperial will provide at a fair price.

Ordered some accessories for my new vehicle because their prices were better than my nearest dealer. Nick helped me professionally, ordering the items I needed that they didnt have on hand. He made arrangements to enable me to pick them up easily 2 days later at the receptionist since his department was closed by the time I got there. Great experience

Sabrina did a good job showing us several cars, and we thank her for her time and effort, but when it got down to making a deal, we were lowballed on our trade, misled on the rebates and told that the rebates listed online were not actually available, and then straight LIED to about pricing by Maaz, who I assume was the sales manager. We walked out, and made our purchase from another dealer, who had the exact car we wanted, and also offered us more for our trade than these guys ever did even BEFORE we began negotiating. Buying cars should be simple, honest, and straightforward, but that was not the case here, and thus they lost our business.

I worked with a young man named Filipe and he made the entire process as easy as possible, within the same day of seeing the car we were able to get approved and that same week the car was ours!

As for being the face of Hyundai they have failed miserably. My car has been in there going on 4 months waiting on a failed engine. They have bragged that they have 22 other cars with the same problem in their dealership. Hyundai will not tell us anything about a repair date. The national number is aproximately 150,000 Tucsons. NEVER BUY HYUNDAI. If your engine blows up? GOOG LUCK.

I knew exactly which trim / model of car I wanted. Staff was professional and helpful. Pricing was as expected. It took some time waiting for the finance department, but it was late on a Saturday. Delivery of vehicle was delayed waiting for DMV to provide license plates but dealer made the effort to get temporary plates and registration. I recommend Imperial Hyundai.

Nic Oden was great during the whole process of buying my new car. He even went the extra mile and delivered my car to my home because I was sick on pickup day. Nic deserves 5 stars.However, Imperial Hyundai is a different story. It was issue after issue trying to buy my new vehicle. I was originally given a different MSRP than what was posted online. The sales manager gave me the most nonsense answer ever about the elevated MSRP and tried to use backwards math using numbers that were based of different incentives and discounts. He never gave a straightforward answer and it took an entire week before my car was ready. Ive never had more trouble purchasing anything in my entire life. Everyone I interacted with EXCEPT the sales manager was very kind. The sales manager said things just to say things and it seemed he was just making things up to make himself seem less deceptive. The sales manager gets 1 star in my opinion. It should never take 7 days to buy a car, especially if all the paperwork and payments are completed within 24 hours of coming to an agreement.

Went in to look at a Tuscan and bought one. There was no pressure to buy. They were very reasonable with price reduction and trade in value. Was able to drive home in my new car. The sales guy stayed to talk me through everything with my new car. It was a great, pain free experience.
