Purchased the new Grand Cherokee Summit L here. Process was quick and easy until the papers are signed then they forget about you. Paid $1100 for a protective coating they put on it which was more useless than discount rain-x car wash. Won’t even return my emails about it making it harder to wash the car. Was told they would throw in some rubber floor mats and then backed out on there verbal deal. Was told they needed accessories paid in full before ordering them even though I just paid $65k for a vehicle. Easily ordered parts from Hillsboro Jeep no questions asked. They put the inspection sticker on for the wrong month and required payment for another to change it. They give you a free first oil change but Jeep Wave program that comes with new vehicles include 3 for free. It’s a make you feel good without actually giving you anything.It’s probably supply and demand that makes them not care about the customers because they will just sell it to someone else. 🤷🏼♂️

I was impressed with both the promptness of service as well as professionalism from Contemporary. I recently hit a pot hole late at night in my Subaru and the closest mechanic to me was Contemporary, where I limped my car to. Ive never taken my car anywhere for service except for Subaru dealerships, but under the circumstances I didnt have anywhere close to bring it. I had to leave the car there overnight, and Contemporary called me first thing in the morning, addressing my issues right away. I had bent a couple rims from the pothole, and they were then able to squeeze me in for an immediate snow tire swap (my easiest solution to render the car driveable again). The advisor, Jesse, was really helpful and also recommended a place to get my summer rims fixed. I was really surprised and pleased with the attention I received, and from a service perspective - I would definitely use Conteporary again!
Went through months of nonsense with a ton of different dealerships who pulled the bait and switch with cars and messed around with prices at the last minute. We grew completely tired of the gimmicks and finally found what we were looking for at Contemporary. Everyone we dealt with was straightforward and made the process incredibly easy. We are actually from NJ and went all the way here because of the service and experience. Highly recommended if you are tired of the same old song and dance from other outdated dealerships.

I went to Contemporary Automotive to test drive one particular vehicle that I had seen online and while they were running the numbers I started to have second thoughts about that vehicle. At that time, I inquired on what the difference was for a new RAM 1500 Classic and, as it turns out, the difference in payments were trivial. The salesperson was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly with a no-pressure approach. So, I am very happy with my experience and also the vehicle.

Worked everything out prior to going so all I had to do was a test drive and sign papers. Smooth process. Highly recommend and I would definitely go back.
I went to Contemporary with a concern regarding my Jeep and they were able to schedule my appointment, do an assessment, and get approval for my extended warranty repairs in a very timely fashion. Quite happy with my service. They would have gotten 4 stars, but there was no loaner vehicle available for me while my repairs were being done. However, I am over all very pleased with the service I received from them.
I went there after purchasing a 2014 Jeep Cherokee, I ended up needed a new shifter to be fixed right after I bought the car. They fixed it but forgot to do something when fixing it so I called back because my car was not working properly and the manager goes “ I guess I will fit you in” after they messed up fixing my car. Then a couple weeks later I go to do an oil change and tires rotated and now my car is making a humming noise when driving over 30 mph. I called and schedule an appointment and the day before my appointment they sent me an email saying it was gonna be over 200$ to look at my car after something that I didn’t even mess up. Don’t recommend going there for service for your car. Very unprofessional customer service.
We just purchased a Ram pick up truck. After going to many other dealers, we found the perfect truck with much more features than what we had seen and for the same price. We were reluctant to purchase a vehicle out-of-state,, but am so happy we checked out Contemporary! The last place we went to, tried to sell us a 2017, but told us it was a 2018. Contemporary was always upfront with us during the entire negotiation. Our salesman, Jeff, was so professional and nice. He went over and above to make our experience pleasant. Even after we purchased the truck, Jeff waited and answered all our questions. In my opinion, Contemporary is very lucky to have Jeff! He is a great salesman!

Saw a car on the website that I liked. Julio provided a personalized video showing me the car in detail, and was overall just extremely helpful. Easy purchase decision in todays market! When I showed up, I was greeted like a brother, all the paperwork was ready for me and it took.. not hours... but minutes in the finance office.When I took ownership of the vehicle it was spotless and immaculate. The detailing was quite notable really. 10/10 will be back for my next vehicle!

Contemporary Automotive uses a system that allows online booking of appointments, ability to choose services you need and to see ones that are due for your in-warranty car, and see the expected price for those services. They are on time when you show up; weve never had to wait more than a minute or two. Services are done professionally and reliably and my car is always returned without a scratch and clean. We have an e-hybrid Pacifica and while there was a slight learning curve for them a few years ago when the car was new, they were always honest when they wanted the car for more time to give their technicians the time to service our car correctly. Would definitely recommend them.

I had a really great experience at Contemporary -- I went in for an oil change and state inspection. The Jeep Wave program covered the oil change, and they threw in a tire rotation for free as well. The technician was very thorough and transparent about all charges and potential issues with the vehicle. Friendly, professional, and efficient.
Had our Grand Cherokee in for an oil change, tire rotation, alignment and brake flush. Tech advised that the rear brake pads were worn, due to a seized caliper. Could not do repair because parts not in stock (not a problem, luckily we didnt pay them good money for this...read on). Upon leaving dealership, car was wobbling. Pulled over and found out that multiple lug nuts were loose, with 3 almost falling off. Once arriving at home, we removed the wheel that was loose to check for damage and noticed that the brake caliper that the tech said was seized, was fine, that in fact the pad slides were hung up causing the premature pad wear. They tried to sell work that wasnt needed in addition to almost causing our wheel to fall off. We drove the 30 minutes back to the dealership to have them torque the lug nuts and to speak to someone after trying to call them and getting no answer or only a voicemail box, only to find that there was no manager on duty, so left several messages for someone to call us back over the course of the next 6 days only to be ignored UNTIL we contacted the owner. Service manager called on day 6, did apologize, but it really lacked any sincerity and felt he was only going through the motions, no offer to make it right or to earn our business back. We will NOT be returning to this dealership for service or a purchase again. It is a shame because the service advisor, Jesse, was great and tried his best from start to finish to provide good customer service.
Contemporary was very quick and efficient getting my wife and I into our new Jeep Grand Cherokee! Michael Resto was especially helpful getting us through the finance process. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience buying a car. Always dread going through the buying process of getting a new car but the team at Contemporary made it effortless!
This team is awesome and more importantly fair. Ive bought two cars here. The first time without asking or haggling their price was better than Costco pricing and a slee of others. My second purchase (completed yesterday) went even smoother. They found over 10k in rebates when others werent close. The pandemic has buyers in a tough spot, yet they still came through and didnt take advantage of a tough market at all. How could anyone not be thrilled with that mentality. Ive got nothing but hood things to say about them.
Today my husband and I got our dream Wrangler thanks to Brian and Sebastians hard work. We were looking for something we didn’t really want and or need. And after many conversations they indulged us, and let us test drive our dream Jeep, and worked hard to make it all work out. We are in love and so excited to have amazing adventures in our Jeep. Worst place to bring your car. Brought my car in to get quick sensor fixed, they charged hundreds of dollars the first visit and did absolutely nothing. Second visit they lied and said battery was dead just to get us to buy a new one and said if we don’t buy it we won’t get our car back for 3 days. Terrible customer service and extremely shady mechanics.
I bought my precious Warlock here one year ago and have been treated as a total VIP on anything and everything I have ever asked about and believe you, me, I have asked a lot. I have had Warlock serviced twice for regular maintenance and always have the best service, bar none! It was my first time buying a RAM and my first time at Contemporary. When purchasing a vehicle Im generally pretty hands off. I know a few features I want but the truck type didnt matter. Jeff Skiff was amazing a pinpointed two trucks that I might want. After making my decision, it was up to the leasing office. The backend individuals were nice and knowledgable.I have a busy work schedule and couldnt be there to take possession of the truck. Jeff was kind and dropped off the vehicle after it was ready. This is the type of account managers that is needed in automotive sales. It makes me feel that Jeff appreciated my time and space needed for me to work. He accommodated my schedule and made the experience all the better.In general, Id recommend anyone looking for a SUV or Truck to come here. I am pleased with my RAM 1500. It has the features that I wanted and was a reasonable price.I rated 4 stars because of a small miscommunication between the front end and back end of the dealership about additional features for the truck. It was rectified quickly and my only gripe.

Have been bringing my 2011 Jeep Patriot here for the past ~couple of years after moving to Southern NH & Ive been very happy with the service Ive received. After first visiting another Jeep dealer in Nashua & being extremely unhappy with their dishonesty, I have nothing but positive things to say about Contemporary. I go here instead of that other dealer that is MUCH closer to me, as the difference is striking! The service staff at Contemporary are all very friendly & helpful. They do quality work. Recently they were able to help me save some money on the repairs, too. Very nice people, beautiful & newly appointed dealership with solar panels on the roof. Ive also enjoyed looking around the lot at some of the new cars while getting mine serviced. They have a great selection. From my experience, Id say they are a great place to deal with.
This dealership is a nightmare from start to finish. I did all of my research before driving 100 miles to this dealership to make a purchase via factory order. No test drive required and I paid full sticker price. In and out in less than 10 min with a promise from the salesman to receive updates throughout the process. I never heard back, but I was able to get updates through Jeep customer service via online chat. I let the dealership know when my vehicle was arriving so we could complete the purchase process. They weren’t ready when I arrived and had registered the vehicle in the wrong state as sales and finance did not communicate with each other, despite my email and phone reminders to walk them through the process. While competing the paperwork and pointing out the errors they had made, the finance gentleman started to rant about “I’m just doing my job, I’m here to support my family” while no one apologized for the errors or the inconvenience. There were additional errors in the loan paperwork, but there was no way to correct them at that point in time. After the paperwork was complete, the sales person handed me the key and showed me where the error code menu was on the back of the manual and that was it. I followed up with the sales manager via phone who said they were understaffed and that the team didn’t follow “the process”. He offered nothing other than an apology followed by more excuses. To date, my temporary tags have expired and there had been no communication from the dealership about the status (via Beacon registration service) despite me contacting them twice for status updates. I have now reached out to Beacon directly to resolve as the dealership is completely incompetent. Don’t buy here. It’s a lot of work as a customer and frankly, they just don’t care. Had I not placed a factory order and genuinely wanted to purchase a Wrangler, I absolutely would have left and purchased anywhere else.

I brought my 2016 Jeep Renegade that i purchased thru Contemporary and i have been thrilled with the vehicle, until this visit! I had 3 notifications of recalls on said vehicle and i also had a few other issues that had recently started. At first start of vehicle withing 3-5 min of driving it has been stalling out! it doesnt fully stall but the oil light comes on saying low oil pressure! the vehicle has come to a complete stop and is not able to move and this can cause a serious accident! When i mentioned this to the guy who checked me in for my recalls in which only 2 showed up and they did take care of those, however my jeep is shifting rough now not smooth like it used to and it is still stalling! I have a warranty and this should be taken care of and I was not thrilled when the guy who checked me in for recalls told me i need to check my oil in between oil changes! I have been checking the oil in this vehicle for the 4 years i have had it for! The guy who checked me in told me it would cost $175.00 per hour to have anything else looked at! I have a 100,000 mile warranty and this is a very dangerous problem i am having with this vehicle and the guy was very ignorant about helping me! i kept my mouth shut and had them fix the recalls that showed up! I am not happy about this visit and had considered purchasing another jeep from Contemporary once this one is paid for, however if this is how i will be treated I will go elsewhere even if it means a different vehicle type! I think its very inconsiderate that they leave plastic on my shifter and steering wheel when they are done servicing my vehicle! I was very upset and was just going to toss it on the ground but i knew it wouldnt be the guy who checked me in fro service picking it up so i put it in my bag of trash in vehicle! I am going to look into bringing my vehicle to another jeep dealer to get this problem taken care of! Not a happy customer, Darlene Grant

How can a car dealership sell a used car with brand new tires and not realize that one tire is missing the tire pressure sensor?The service TPMS system light came on the day after I purchased the jeep. The dealership wanted to charge me to have it serviced as the dealers warranty did not cover the TPMS system and they couldnt talk me into the extended warranty when I bought it. Yesterday, I had time to bring it to Pep Boys and they discovered that one tire had a basic rubber tire stem and no sensor.I do not recommend or trust Contemporary Auto in Milford.

Been to these guys multiple times, they are great. Always have openings, willing to give you a loaner or drive you if your car needs to be in the shop for a long amount of time. Up front with the pricing. They take pictures of the actual damaged part so that you can see it for yourself. Would give them 5 stars on customer service alone, 4 stars because although the website is convenient in allowing you to schedule appointments, I feel that the user interface is a bit clunky and could be improved, and may actually turn some users/customers away if they arent familiar with computers, whereas other shops just do it over the phone, or have more simplistic layouts.

Met with service advisor Julio Rivero upon arriving for appointment. He was courteous and attentive to issues I had with my 2016 Grand Caravan. Reviewed costs and expectations with diagnosing the problems and committed to get prompt answer. Julio called me multiple times keeping me informed throughout the day. Issue required part to be ordered with possible long lead delivery which he made sure was performed. Once part arrives new appointment will complete repair. I had excellent experience and satisfied with results.

I would highly recommend them to anyone! Never felt rushed or pressured, and legitimately felt as though they were on my team helping me find what I was looking for instead of just trying to push sales.
Brought my 2018 Chrysler 300s in for anticipated warranty work on 4/22/21. The process for check in was easy and my service advisor was great. My issues with the car had been an ongoing issue with the blower motor temperature not working like it should and after visiting another local dealership and the problem still existing I was referred to Contemporary by a colleague as having good a good service department that would never be like the previous two dealerships I have dealt with since buying this car.The other issue was that the led park turn and signal lamps had seemed to stop working. The lights were never able to shut off at all since I bought the car and now had seemingly shut themselves off for good. So after dropping the car off I hadn’t heard from the dealership that day so just at about closing time I called and the fun began. 1st my service advisor stated they couldn’t duplicate the blower motor issues, which I found to be funny since the problem presented itself to me the very morning I dropped the car off. He then went on to state that my extended warranty plan which I paid $3500 would only cover $600 of the $2000 repair for the lights. Really? It was explained to me the control module for the lights had burned out and that was covered but the related damage caused by the failure of the control module. However my service advisor was kind enough to inform that they would replace control module if I wanted. So I picked my car up from the dealership the next day in the same broken condition it was in when I left it.I called Chrysler which passed the buck between themselves and Mopar Vehicle Protection for 3 hours until finally I spoke with someone who understood that this did not make any logical sense at all. I was advised that I should have the dealership speak the the warranty denial which I did promptly. The nice service advisor stated he would definitely do that and get back to me. That was 4/22/21. So here I sit today on 6/17/21 with a heat problem in my car which likely won’t present as an issue until the outside temp drops in October/November, and park/ turn and signal lamps that don’t work because the car came from the manufacturer that way, however, unbeknownst to me my extremely expensive extended warranty only wants to cover the part not any damage your broken part causes. All the while not a peep from the service advisor or Chrysler warranty as if the problems would just fix themselves.My issue with this dealership and Chrysler as a whole, and yes I say Chrysler Because I bought a Chrysler 300, not a Contemporary 300, or an Allen Mello 300 I bought that car from Chrysler just like the warranty which is a Chrysler Extended factory warranty(that’s how you sold it to me), these places love to pass the buck throughout their own brand and place blame elsewhere while we the consumer suffer through the pain of trying to figure out which part of your company they should talk to about their issues only to never have those issues resolved.I wrote this review because Contemporary kept sending me emails asking me to review my experiences online, so I figured I should let everyone know what I’m going through. They have the audacity to send me surveys and emails to hopefully garner positive feedback to show themselves off yet you did nothing for me which you swore up and down you’d take car of when you sold me the $50,000 car and $3,500 extended warranty. To Whom it may concern,I am writing to you on behalf of my experience with Contemporary Automotive Group. I purchased my 2017 Ram in October of 2020. I purchased the vehicle certified and took comfort in knowing that this certification meant that the vehicle was in pristine condition. In purchasing the vehicle, I also purchased the extended warranty for added comfort. However, shortly after we purchased the vehicle, we noted some concerns with a vibration and movement in the center console. We brought the vehicle back and the problems seem to have been resolved. However, a month ago we notice a persistent squeak while breaking. We did not take this into be serviced right away as we had an appointment scheduled for our courtesy oil change and figured we would have It addressed then. We had our complimentary oil service on Monday 3/29/21 as well as a tire rotation and balance as we put a little over 5,000 miles since purchase. The service advisor contacted us that they checked the breaks and informed us that we would need an entire new set of breaks and rotors for the entire vehicle. We were totally shocked given the fact that we just purchases the vehicle 5 months prior certified. The advisor went on to explain the rotors were cut upon the certification, but the break pads were in great shape, therefore not replaced. Because the rotar was cut without replacing the pads, there was run particals on the pads which caused uneven wear now all of it needed to be replaced. When we stressed our concern with how we just purchased the vehicle and this should be the responsibility of the dealership, we were met with an unprofessional “not my problem”. We went on to explain how it is their problem as we purchased the vehicle certified through them, and we were pushed off the sales manager who then, pushed us back to the service manager. Upset by the run around and horrible customer service, I had my wife call the next day to speak with the manager. She expressed her concerns about how we were treated and never once we were offered any type of recourse or even “meeting us half way”. The manager told my wife, he would call her back. He did reach back out in the afternoon and offered to pay for the labor if we paid for the parts. The parts alone were $700.00. After careful consideration of this proposal and after spending almost $40,000.00 in the purchase of this vehicle and warranty we find this unacceptable. For new customers who have made such a large purchase to be treated this way is unacceptable. I fully intend to seek this matter out to the highest availability, including posting my review for public view. We will not be returning to your dealership for purchase, service or giving any recommendation to friends or family to do so as well.

I will never go to this dealer ever again. I’ve purchased 2 vehicles from them and 2 of my family members as well. They will also never return to this dealer. Worst experience in my life
Have purchased several Wranglers from Contemporary Jeep in the last 20 years and they are tops in sales and service. Would highly recommend stopping in if you are shopping around to see the large selection and a pleasant buying experience. Bob M
Literally THE worst dealership I have ever dealt with (and I have done business with many dealerships). They lie and are trying to keep a deposit on a car that we did not purchase. I would suggest NEVER using this dealership. EVER.
