I go through the drive-thru about once a week with my daughter for some coffee and a bagel. Always nice people, always good food. Orders are correct, and the line goes quickly. What more could a customer ask for?

My mocha madness ice coffee was great.

Only getting 3 stars today. For the amount of employees that were there, the drive thru took way longer than it should have. Staff seemed to get confused quite easily when it came to my order for whatever reason. There were no customers inside so Im not too sure why anyone going thru drive thru should have to wait more than 6 mins

I think this is far better than Dunkin .Dunkin donuts get smaller and smaller for far less value while Honey dew donuts are much larger and better and I think the coffee is better. Get more for your money.

They burnt the bagel and burnt the sandwich and put all the caramel at the bottom of the cup didnt bother to shake at least. sat in line for almost 10 minutes. There is a line of people behind us. One of the girls had fake nails and she was scratching her neck and didnt even wash her fingers beforehand and made my food.... Definitely will not be coming to this honeydew but I like the one across town

While Honey Dew is a chain it maintains a level of family owned which is hard to find these days. The donuts are made fresh every day on location. Ill be honest the coffee isnt 5 stars every time but that just means that a human being is actually brewing it. I go out of my way every day for a coffee at honey dew. The people and the product are worth it.

I am a loyal customer of HoneyDew, but I am appalled at the service at the Milford/ Blackstone MA location at around 4 PM on September 10, 2020. The service was extremely slow, and when I finally did receive my egg’ncheese on an English muffin, it was almost completely cold, basically inedible. Very lame, and I will not be returning to this location anytime soon. Signed, Disappointed.

Its a pleasure to be able to choose! People Dunkin is not the only donut and coffee shop around! This little chain is absolutely wonderful! The products are larger, tastier and priced better. The employees are darling, helpful and polite! Try any one of these shops.

I like going to Honey Dew better than going to Dunkin Donuts. Reason I do is because when I go to D&D I always end up waiting and service is slow. With Honey Dew they are quick. Plus the donuts taste better than D&Ds donuts.

Best coffee shop in Milford.1) coffee is always hot never burnt. Imagine they make coffee the right way 👍2) when you order a donut you get a donut compared to competition their donuts at 2.5x larger and far better tasting.3) customer service is right on the spot. I dont buy coffee much mostly make it at home. But when I do about 1x a week more or less. They know me personally.-sometime they have my coffee ready when I walk through the door.4) when I ask for something they no longer carry or have. They have done whats right and wait for it. Apologized and actually was able to help me pick a similar food item. I ended up loving it so much I now order that food item.In summary best Honey Dew Donuts... Neh best donut shop for miles!

My go to morning coffee place! I prefer their coffees over Dunkin because they actually taste like coffee. Everything comes out well and in a timely fashion. The occasional slip up may happen, as its a fast food chain. The staff is very friendly though and will correct any issues you may encounter; so dont forget about this place next time you need a quick coffee or breakfast!

I love going there for the mocha madness but I think they changed it... it didn’t really taste like mocha. Tastelike regular coffee.. I think they changed it.. but other than tht good service friendly clean environment.

Nitro brew is ok. They use granulated sugar instead of syrup in their coffee drinks so its usually grainy. Donuts never fresh but edible.

Hot coffee is always great, iced coffee can sometimes taste watery if you go anytime after noon. Bagels and donuts are always fresh and much bigger than Dunkins

I don’t like the coffee from HD but the sandwiches and cinnamon twists are the Best!!! And the girls are always friendly which is a plus !!
